From this we can draw a simple conclusion - since these pluses crowd out all the negative manifestations, then the score for the software should be slightly higher than average. I personally think that it would be most adequate to give the "four" to the entire system as a whole. If there was no noticeable disregard for the results of meetings, broadcasts and infographics, then the rating could have been the highest - if there were such and such advantages! But all these bad little things do not allow to evaluate at the highest level, but even 4 is a very good rating.
