2. Mix the yolks with sugar. Add milk, salt and starch - mix. Then add the sifted flour and crushed walnuts in a blender into the flour. And you can and any others.


Knead the dough. It will get pretty thick. We will bake pancakes like American pancakes, that is, small and lush.

3. Carefully, kneading the mass from the bottom up, introduce whipped proteins. And then bake small-sized products. To do this, warm the pan well, and use oil for baking.

1. Mix all the ingredients in the same sequence as in the previous recipe. Let it brew for 25 - 30 minutes. Then bake pancakes in a hot skillet. Lubricate with oil if necessary.


2. Prepare the filling. To do this, chop the onion, cutting it into small cubes. Fry it in a skillet until lightly browned.

1. Knead the dough for pancakes. To do this, mix flour with milk. Add a pinch of salt and soda slaked with vinegar. Then add the eggs and mix everything until smooth. Leave for 15 minutes to infuse.


2. In the meantime, let's prepare the filling. Cut the mushrooms into 4 parts, then cut them into plates. If they are not very large, then you can first cut into two halves.
