With the introduction of a new full-time position in the collectives of preschool institutions, it was necessary to solve a number of problems that arose regarding labor motivation, awareness by employees of their official duties, functions, goals, tasks and methods of work.

To meet the specifics of the teacher-educator in the institution of the sanatorium and meet the expectations of the child suffering, constant reflection and the ability to constantly reconsider their attitude and behavior are necessary for children with special needs. Children and young people have always cared for the Church. The diocesan synod considered this to be real and argued that the future depended on them. As a result, people were hired who agreed to work for a low salary, with positive personal characteristics that did not contradict the requirements for teaching staff, but who did not have special training for work as a junior preschool teacher.

"Job description of a junior educator", a person who has a secondary vocational education without presenting requirements for work experience or a secondary (full) one is appointed to the position of a junior educator general education and additional training in education and pedagogy with no work experience requirements. In the preschool educational institution in Belgorod, the following situation was revealed: a minority of workers have only a secondary general education, the majority have a secondary vocational education. Most junior educators did not receive additional training in the field of education and pedagogy.

Community participation is growing. Proposed at the diocesan level, this plan will apply to all parishes and to all who participate in the formation of these segments. General provisions of this plan are provided for by the following provisions; they will be finalized and updated by the diocesan bodies involved in the promotion of youth pastoral work.

The problem we are discussing is, of course, a social one. At this stage, preschool and primary education levels are experiencing a shortage of teaching staff due to low wages, and social benefits (providing paid leave and sick leave) and convenient mode of operation. Junior caregivers are often students, women with small children and people without education. These categories of people most often do not have sufficient and adequate motivation for the chosen activity: love for children, interest in their upbringing and education, high-quality compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements.

It is not about establishing a theoretical plan, but about taking into account the place where the one who will be educated thinks. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully read and better understand the complex reality of youth and collect positive signals and problematic issues.

In particular, it is necessary to use languages ​​designed to ensure openness and acceptance of the gospel message. As teens and young adults go through years of critical life choices, youth pastoralism should be characterized by its professional dimension, helping teens and young adults embrace gospel motives that lead them to appreciate the gifts they receive and be responsible for the church and society responsibly towards the congregation.

We conducted a survey of junior educators in order to identify their preparedness for the performance of their duties. Were they asked to answer such questions?

This factor reduces the attractiveness of work for other employees.

Pastoral care of vocations in the priesthood and life. The catechetical plan expresses a concrete attentiveness and passion for caring for vocations in anticipation and consecrated life. Pastoral care for those who are indifferent and depressed. Many young people do not usually participate in training because they are indifferent or more problematic or searching. The growing community should also take care of this and continue to update methods and languages ​​in a way that communicates their faith in terms of their life experiences.

Pastoral education of students and students. Therefore, it is necessary to promote education for the progressive discovery of the meaning of life and the value of research for life; a significant presence of marriage in the school should be encouraged. With regard to classes, junior educators see their help in maintaining discipline, safety, and entertainment for a subgroup of children who are not present at the lesson. To the question “Should the junior teacher help the teacher in preparing for the lesson?” the respondents answered that they themselves have a lot of work to perform their functions, they have no time, but in theory they should do it.

In the face of profound changes that characterize our society, changes that also concern the field of university education, in the spirit supported by the Church, new organization university animal husbandry. Several guidelines are useful for this project.

Pastoral service for youth with special needs. Youth pastoral service should pay special attention to young people with special needs. There is a need to remove barriers that prevent explicit participation, promote collaboration and encourage the growth of a communication mentality that will be implemented in initiatives and structures so as not to marginalize them. In this sense, fruitful cooperation can be achieved with the help of associations such as Caritas, which develop specific projects in this area.

As mentioned above, this is a problem not only of the junior educators themselves, but also of the preschool administration, which is obliged to work to improve the quality of the performance of their duties by junior educators.

The culture of their behavior in a team, the manner of communication of junior educators with children, and among themselves is important in the activities of employees of preschool educational institutions. Modern junior educators often use abusive vocabulary in dealing with each other, children; in front of children, they discuss their employees, come to the workplace smoky, etc. And in the job description (clause 2.5.) Many problems concerning junior educators: low wages, unprofessional motivation, inappropriate level of culture, insufficient knowledge and ideas required from junior educators, can be solved by local governments, as well as competent leadership from the administration of the preschool educational institution.
