Let Igor Sarukhanov and his wives speak. Igor Sarukhanov - biography, information, personal life

Like many talented people, Igor, from early childhood, desperately resisting the unwillingness of others to come to terms with his desire to plunge headlong into such a "frivolous" world of show business, slowly prepared for such an alluring and exciting voyage through the waves of music so dearly beloved by him. Neither the close control of the parents, who hoped that the son would change his mind, nor, as a result, the admission to a technical university did not break the young man's desire. After all, he knew his purpose! And once Igor solemnly announced to his parents that he was tying up with the exact sciences. The confidence inherent in gifted and purposeful people affected the parents, and they gave up ...

Realizing that his son’s decision was unshakable, his father decided that it was better to take part in his son’s life, and with his help, Igor got into his first musical group - the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Order of Lenin of the Moscow Military District, artistic director who at that time was National artist USSR Suren Isaakovich Babloev. It was there that his historic meeting with Stas Namin, whose musician served with Igor, took place. This combination of circumstances once again confirmed to Igor the correctness of the chosen path! And with indescribable enthusiasm, Igor began to master the repertoire of the then super popular group "Flowers", performing it throughout the military unit. It is quite natural that Stas Namin physically could not help but notice the young man - his guitar improvisations the topic and the voice carried throughout the garrison. And one day, having heard applause after the next passage and turning around, Igor realized that he had been heard. So they met...

As a result, having been demobilized and having undergone a four-month "internship" in the no less legendary ensemble "Blue Bird", in 1979 Sarukhanov was admitted to the "Flowers", where he worked for three years. It was a time of unprecedented romance, crazy popularity, sold-out stadiums and popular love!

In 1981, Igor became one of the founders of the Krug ensemble, which, despite the fact that it had existed for 4 years, gave many imperishable hits, the words of which are still remembered - "Behind sharp turn"(it was performed by Anne Veski), "Kara Kum", "Not a word about love", "You said, believe" ...

Sooner or later in the life of every person there comes a moment when the accumulated and experienced so overwhelms a person that one wants to leave the present in the past and make a strong bold leap into the unknown... If at such a moment a person is ready for independent swimming, it turns into solo work. So, in 1985, a new name appeared on the pop horizon - Igor Sarukhanov. Experienced and accumulated smoothly resulted in more than 300 songs of his own composition. And only a relatively small part of his songs are co-written. But what are these names - Alexander Novikov ("Violin-Fox", "Two Rays"), Simon Osiashvili ("My Dear Old Men"), Alexander Vulykh ("Boat", "Invented Love").

Why is the work of Igor Sarukhanov so attractive? If you carefully read the artist's guest post, you can summarize that Igor equally manages to touch on the thoughts and feelings of both adults and children, men and women, creative people and people far from this area. At different stages of life in his songs you can find support and competent advice. Under them, you can cry and laugh. And even meet the love of your life! This is creativity without boundaries. Creativity for everyone and for everyone.

Igor Sarukhanov: biography

The singer was popular in Soviet times as a composer, poet and performer of his own and other people's songs from the stage. In 1997 he became the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.

The singer considers Samarkand to be his hometown. There were Armenians and Azerbaijanis in his family. From the age of four, the Sarukhanov family began to live in Dolgoprudny. Mom is a teacher of Russian language and literature, father, candidate of technical sciences, got a job in one of the capital's universities. The great-grandfather on the father's side had a lot of money from the sale of grain, timber and stone, owned several plants and factories. Actively helped the hungry.

Igor could tell a lot of interesting things about his family. He himself went to school and along the way learned to play his favorite instrument - the guitar, so he enthusiastically and diligently studied music lessons much to the delight of teachers and parents. Soon, not a single school disco was held without Igor and his guitar. Igor and the guys took fees for their performances, which the director of the school was very dissatisfied with.

Commercial activity in the Soviet Union was prohibited. They wanted to expel the entire composition of the musicians accompanying the discos at the school. But Father Sarukhanov Sr. convincingly proved to the administration educational institution that funds were being spent on new instruments and guitar strings. We can say that the biography of the singer began from the school bench.

Career formation, songs

Like all young people, Sarukhanov went to serve in the army. Igor's army years were spent in the Moscow Military District in the Song and Dance Ensemble. It was here that he met Stas Namin. This musician helped the future composer get a job in the famous ensemble. Sarukhanov finally decided to become a professional singer in 1979 while working in the Blue Bird ensemble.

Later, Igor left the ensemble for the Flowers group. Soon, through the efforts of the future composer, the Krug group was created, which lasted three years. This team consisted of those who had previously played in the group "Flowers".

When the poet Anatoly Monastyrev begins cooperation with the newly formed group, new songs and audience recognition appear. But soon a decree was issued in the country on the disbandment of many groups, including the Circle under this instruction. The deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper Sovetskaya Kultura, the wife of the son of Yuri Vladimirovich Andropov, the poetess Tatyana Kvardakova, interceded for the musicians. A new surge of ideas and solutions occurred in 1985. Igor participated in the Moscow World Youth Festival and became its winner.
Solo tours began, and his first song album was released. The circulation sold out instantly. Igor continues to participate in various song contests and festivals, he wins well-deserved awards. The singer began to actively write songs for the A'Studio group, Nikolai Noskov, Anne Veski, Alexander Marshal. In addition, he wrote the book "Biography of Feelings". The artist's career went uphill: he received the title of Honored Artist, membership in the Union of Writers and the Union of Composers.

For the fourth time, the singer and composer decided to start a family. This time, he chose fashion designer and designer Elena Lenskaya as his life partner. And again, the number "5" began to haunt this marriage.

The ballerina Ekaterina Golubeva-Poldi became the fifth wife after a two-year acquaintance. She composed poems that immediately went to the music of her husband, starred in his videos. big love, which broke out between the two artists, did not become long.

It turned out that Igor was always looking for his companions not at all there. Happiness has always been there. Its administrator was Tatyana Kostycheva, who solved many of the performer's work problems. “I know for sure that everything that happens in life is from God. Both joy and punishment are all from him. I have always appreciated the gift that I received from birth, and I knew that I had no right to ignore it or use it somehow in a wrong way ...

Music has always been in my life. At home holidays, my mother (a teacher of Russian language and literature by profession) played the piano remarkably and sang romances very beautifully, since she graduated School of Music. Therefore, I did not resist when my mother suggested that I, a ten-year-old, go to a music school. We thought to go to the piano class, but there were no empty seats, and after listening we were offered to choose any other instrument. Mom chose the guitar.

My teacher Lyudmila Vasilievna Akishina was our neighbor and mother's friend, a teacher of the highest class. And she instilled in me a love for the instrument by the fact that she herself played it superbly. So I never wanted to skip classes or goof around, I studied diligently.

Actually I was capable child- already in the 6th grade he composed a song with which he performed at a school evening.

Do you remember the words? Naive, perhaps?

- Of course, I remember: “Why are you leaving?” The reason was personal: I liked the tenth grader, but she preferred the student. By the way, then that same MIPT student became my friend, and we played together in an ensemble.

- But your student life did not work out: you left your studies for the sake of music. Surely such an act upset your dad, a scientist?

The misunderstanding lasted ten minutes. I told my parents that I was leaving the Institute of Chemical Engineering, where I managed to unlearn for only a year. Dad asked: “Where are you going?” I say: "While rehearsing in the basement." Of course, he was worried about my future. But the son did not just play in the basements, but earned money.

- How?

- As a high school student, I played in a school ensemble, which, in addition to native walls, also performed at dances. The fee is 100 rubles for four per concert. Great money! Considering that my mother earned 120 re per month. By the way, when they learned about my “successes” at school, the question arose of expulsion - after all, a Komsomol member has no right to sing in a restaurant! But dad came and explained to the teachers that this should not be done, because the son earns not for entertainment, but for musical instruments. And in general, it works, but does not beat the buckets.

Soon I was noticed by the guys from the ensemble of the famous MIPT. They needed an experienced dude - a singer, a guitarist with music education. They were self-taught. "Blue bird", The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, deep purple- that's what we performed on the dance floor of the city of Dolgoprudny.

On Saturdays, absolutely crazy concerts were held in the cafe at the Physicotechnical Institute - they played "Time Machine", "Flowers", "Lucky Acquisition", "Leap Summer". A lot of people crowded into the small hall! Of course, we also dreamed of performing there. And then it happened: once our "Aquarium" was invited to perform on the famous stage. They just went nuts with happiness. By the way, at that time we did not even know about the existence of another "Aquarium" and BG (Boris Grebenshchikov. - Approx. "TN"). I still remember how I was dressed at the first performance: a body shirt and corduroy pants - with a velvet on top, and 26-centimeter bell-bottoms at the bottom.

The crowded hall of the Crocus City Hall exploded with applause, and I stood on the proscenium, looked at my wife and daughter, sitting in the front row, and enjoyed the happiness. Photo: Arsen Memetov

- It is clear what the boys' earnings were spent on.

- So after all, it was necessary to match the guitar! On the shelves in the early 1970s lay everything gray and equally miserable. And I went to my mother's friend Aunt Anya, a Mostorg worker, and asked for help. She got me scarce fabrics - jeans, velveteen. And then my favorite tailor sewed according to my sketches. Having become older and already earning decently, he bought from speculators. We were hippies!

In addition to clothes, a guitar was needed, which was 250 rubles, strings - 7 rubles 50 kopecks, drumsticks were also needed, and so on. All this was mined from under the floor in the Accord store on Maslovka. And imported vinyl records speculators have 60 rubles each! We recorded them on tape and learned new songs by ear. Did not understand in English, but copied the sounds exactly.

- It is hard to imagine how your fate could have developed further if you had not ended up serving in the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Moscow Military District. After all, it was there that the fateful acquaintance with Stas Namin happened?

- If my mother had not turned to our neighbor Vladimir Andreevich, the trumpeter of the ensemble, and had not asked for help, and he had not called whoever needed about me, then surely nothing would have happened. Destiny is ultimately influenced by a million different circumstances. Exactly

so I don't want to live my life over again. I would not change a single second in it - so wisely, in a single chain, all the events of my biography are collected. Stas Namin often came to the ensemble to visit a friend and ran into me - an orderly with a guitar. At the same time, I did not strum, but shifted Elton John's piano fingering to the guitar. Once Stas came up to me, we got to talking, got to know each other.

But I did not immediately get into his group "Flowers". First there was the "Blue Bird", to which I was invited by the same comrade Namin, whom he visited. From January to April 1979, I played in this amazing band, but it didn’t work out there - for some reason I felt out of place. When Stas called to "Flowers", he happily agreed.

The conditions in both the Blue Bird and the Flowers were strict. For example, at eleven in the morning - a consolidated vocal rehearsal. Like it or not, you have to. But we also earned very decently. Dad, with his salary of a university teacher with a candidate's degree of 300 rubles, did not understand how it was possible to receive two thousand a month.

- And what did Armen Vaganovich say about this? That life is arranged unfairly, or how is it right that you did not become scientists?

- Dad was amazed, but treated with understanding when I explained that we really work hard, playing four or five concerts a day, that the ligaments are torn and blood is coming throat. So it was, it's not a figure of speech.

- Soon you and your friends founded the Krug group, and since 1984 you began to perform solo. It was then that popularity came to the performer of his own songs, Igor Sarukhanov?

- The main hit of the VII World Festival of Youth and Students in Moscow in 1985 was the song "Masquerade", written by me to the verses of Anatoly Monastyrev and Olga Pisarzhevskaya. The song went along the line of the Komsomol, we can say that the Komsomol members promoted me - it sounded on the radio, the popular "Sound Track" was released in Moskovsky Komsomolets. And then - covers with my photo in the magazines "Worker", "Peasant Woman" ...

The festival was held in the summer, and already in September, as a solo artist, I went on tour around the country. It was scheduled every day until December inclusive! Popularity was added by "Morning Mail", in which I sang the song "Guy with a Guitar". After that, they began to recognize me everywhere.

- Curious, is it possible to trace your personal life through your songs? Here, for example, in what case does the song come out more poignantly - when are you happy or, on the contrary, are you disappointed?

— Songs are written in a different state. I'll give you an example. 1986, Simon Osiashvili calls: “Hi, Igor, how are you?” “Daddy has a heart attack,” I answer. He sighs - his parents are also sick ... “I wrote the text, I want to show you,” he says. Half an hour later, he sits opposite, I read the text, and it covers me: there is already a verse and a chorus in my head ... I couldn’t even finish singing - a lump in my throat. That's all, that's how the song "My Dear Old Men" was written. Simon is a good guy. With this song, we entered the history of Soviet radio.

You have no idea what happened to the country after the first broadcast! The song sounded from every radio station 24 hours a day, and as a result, its record in the music library simply became demagnetized. You probably don't understand this. The fact is that today any editor of any radio station can put a copy of any song. And in those years, musical material was taken from the music library official application like a book in reading room. And if the song sounded at Mayak, for example, then it could not sound anywhere else. There was only one copy, and due to frequent repetitions, it was demagnetized, and a second one had to be made. This happened twice in the entire history of Soviet radio: the first demagnetized song was Nightingale Grove.

After the "Old Men" I immediately wrote the perky "Green Eyes" - just so that there would not be an opinion that I write only lyrical songs. There was no background or personal history.

Or another hit - "I wish you." 1987, I'm on tour in Kaliningrad, eleven in the morning. I'm sitting in my hotel room, watching a local program - everyone congratulates each other on anniversaries, birthdays and so on. It came to a little boy who said a sacramental phrase: "And I wish my mother one of a thousand toys - the most beloved." That's all. I turned off the TV and after 15-20 minutes I wrote a song.

- It turns out that you can not control inspiration?

- You correctly said - songs are either written or not written. And I don't want to know how it happens. AT literary institute I did not study at the composition department either, so all the songs just fall from the sky. And it makes me very happy!

- I can ask a guitar teacher a question: why does the guitarist Lyuba Sarukhanova have her hand incorrectly set? Actually, I teach my daughter myself when I'm at home. Photo: Arsen Memetov

- In my youth, dancing to your "Violin-Fox", I wondered: why the fox? I finally got the chance to ask the author.

- For more than twenty years, people have been arguing about the name of the song ... Who calls it "The Squeak of the Wheel", who is "Violin-Fox". In fact, it was originally "Violin-Fox". When accruals to the copyright agency began to come to my name for the performance of the song "Squeak of the Wheel", I registered the second name of the song - "Squeak of the Wheel", and wrote in brackets: "Violin-Fox". That's all: I have a song with two names.

- Some kind of smooth comes out creative biography. It seems that success has been in your hands all your life.

- There were problems ... Do not forget about the Soviet artistic councils. One, the most important, the artistic council of the country's radio committee was located on Kachalova Street. And there was also an artistic council at the Melodiya record company. All these artistic councils were terrible for me, because they forbade me to perform my own works, since I was not a member of the Union of Composers and the Union of Writers. They were allowed to sing 20% of their repertoire, and the remaining 80% had to belong to "venerable" authors in order to give them the opportunity to earn. Well, censorship did not spare me either: they didn’t let the song “Across the River” pass for a long time - they asked which river I mean, which country.

- Nevertheless, on International Festival songs in Sopot in 1984, your song "Behind a sharp turn" won the first prize. Even today, any person over forty can easily sing it.

- I have already mentioned the poet Anatoly Monastyrev, he helped me in many ways. The Sopot Festival is a television competition, Anne Veski won the first prize. And here the “mastodons” in the Union of Composers for the first time asked the question: who is this Sarukhanov?!

Several people have helped me a lot in my life. In addition to Anatoly Monastyrev, the poets Igor Davydovich Shaferan and Mikhail Isaevich Tanich, on whose poems I wrote many songs that later became hits. Igor Davydovich gave me helpful tips how to deal with officials. His wife was friends with Raisa Maksimovna Gorbacheva, and this was also an important factor in the then system. ... You can't hide from age anyway, and it's not necessary. It is better to ask yourself the question: “What has changed in your personal synchronization of desires and their fulfillment?” And if you still materialize them just as quickly as at 30, 40 and 50 years old, there is no age. I still easily jump up at five in the morning, and at seven I already sing live.

I got married when I was young, then got divorced. Only at 50 did he mature to become a husband in the full sense of the word. Photo: Arsen Memetov

— What are you doing to ensure that the internal motor does not stall?

— I have two wonderful motivations. The first is music. The second is my family. Think, compose new song- this is half the trouble. I have more global tasks - to make sure that in a week this song is known to the whole country, just like the new song “My Love in the City”.

- By the way, she also peed for no reason?

- The mood was bad, I quarreled with my wife. And before approaching her with the words: “Tanyush, I can’t live without you” and hear in response: “And I can’t,” he wrote this song.

Tatyana and I have been together for 13 years. Our daughters, Lyubochka and Rosochka, are seven and a year old, respectively. Tatyana is a wonderful artist, and we were creative with her full program, creating collections for the fashion house of Igor Sarukhanov.

But somehow I said: “We need children!” And Tanya gave birth to my daughters. Surely you will ask about my numerous marriages - not a single interview can do without it. I'll tell you this: a real wife is the one who gave birth to children. (Igor was officially married several times. - Approx. “TN.”) Both my grandmother and mother told my brother and me: “You need to get married only when you understand that you can raise children, not sleep at night ... And if you are afraid of all this - don't get married. It's still early, then."

They were right, but I realized this only recently, because I got married in my youth, then got divorced. Only at 50 did I mature to become a husband in the full sense of the word.

Tatyana and I met in 2003 - she and her girlfriends were visiting the wife of my neighbor in the country. At that moment I was free. When I saw Tanya, I realized that I really like her - I love intellectual women. Tatyana studied at two faculties and worked as a marketing director in a serious company.

- Older musicians are called "downed pilots." No one can say that about me: I, as before, write good songs and I have a great team. Photo: Arsen Memetov

“Did you try to make her a housewife?”

No, I think it's wrong. Women cannot be kept at home, they need to express themselves - otherwise they will drive you crazy.

Are you officially married?

- We got married a year and a half ago, when Tatyana was in a position - we were waiting for our youngest daughter Rosochka. I don't know why I didn't mature sooner. But suddenly we wanted to, and we went to the registry office.

- Do you take part in raising your daughters?

- I spend everything with my family free time. And as a father, I can ask a guitar teacher a question: why does the guitarist Lyuba Sarukhanova have her hand incorrectly placed? Actually, I teach it myself when I'm at home. But I often go on tour and shoot, and I have to practice the instrument every day.

I am an experienced dad, I can do everything - change diapers, cook porridge, read fairy tales. You can safely leave a small child with me for the whole day. My daughters have changed me... I used to think that I was an egoist. Not anymore - I live for my family. Recently, I almost died on stage, because my voice disappeared, and I had to sing a full-fledged concert.

My daughters have changed me. I used to think I was selfish. Now I don't - I live for the sake of my family. With wife Tatyana and daughters Lyuba and Rosa. Photo: Arsen Memetov

Do you say this with regret or with joy?

- Of course, with pleasure! And when the crowded hall of Crocus City Hall during anniversary concert exploded with applause, I stood on the price, looked at my wife and daughter sitting in the front row, and enjoyed the happiness. This is so cool! Often youth

calls older musicians "downed airmen". But no one can say these terrible words about me: I have a cool team, I, as before, write good songs. They say that real artists do not leave the stage themselves - they are carried out. No matter what happens, I will still go out and sing.

Family: wife - Tatyana; daughters - Lyubov (7 years old), Rosalia (1 year old)

Education: graduated from the Institute of Contemporary Art

Career: wrote more than 300 songs, including: “I wish you”, “Violin-Fox”, “Guy with a guitar”, “Green eyes”, “Karakum”, “Behind a sharp turn”, “Boat”
