Yuri Bardash: “Even our commercial director does not think about money. All clips Members of the group quest pistols

Which hasn't released a debut album yet. All three projects stand out against the dull backdrop of Russian pop music with their fresh presentation - modern sound and trendy video clips. Chapter Kruzheva Music - Yuri Bardash, a former break dancer who is studying video production in Los Angeles and supervising staff working in Kyiv, Los Angeles and Moscow. Yuri Bardash usually does not give interviews, but forCOLTA. ENmade an exception and detailed his "producer code".

Yuri Bardash and Quest Pistols

- Group name Quest Pistols refers to Sex Pistols, and on the Russian Radio website for some reason it is written about them that “they took over the baton from the legendary British group of the early 80s. Adam and the Ants”, which was also handled by Malcolm McLaren. I asked the guys from QP during the interview: they are not even aware that they took over the baton from Adam and the Ants or didn't want to talk. I would like to clarify: was there a “punk background” in Quest Pistols early in your career? What do you think show business lacked then?

There was no subtext. There was a dance group Quest. Its name is rooted in the small town of Alchevsk, which is located in the Donbass region of Ukraine, where a kind aunt - the head of a youth club sheltered a group of dancers for free, the club was called "Search", as children's and youth clubs used to be called: such as "Timurovets", "Spartak" or "birch". In honor of this club, the name of the break dance team was given - Quest.

Ballet in Kyiv Quest became so popular that autographs had to be handed out everywhere: on the street, in the subway and in all corners of the country, all this thanks to the hard work of the team and the country's rating TV show - "Chance". At one of the ballet rehearsals, the guys warmed up under the group shock blue, and I, even then being not a dancer, but a manager, went to a rehearsal and heard this song, I really liked it, in general I always liked music. In addition, there were circumstances that at the next photo shoot only three participants of the ballet got into the frame, and when I saw all this, the idea arose to turn the dance group into a show of a larger scale than a back-up dancer often for deranged hellish singers.

At that time, I was introduced to the underground music guru Ukrainian stage Sasha Chemerov, he was also the soloist of the rock group "Dimna Sumish", I asked him if he would like to participate in the creation musical project. So there was a "cover" for the song "Long and Lonesome Road" groups shock blue - "I'm tired", and the name of the group came up by itself, I knew that there was once a group that appeared out of nowhere and tore everyone with its faux ... zm, - these were Sex Pistols and I said to myself: why not, only we will have Quest Pistols. This is how it started new story adventure, or new Quest as you feel more comfortable.

Zhenya took the guitar and sang. I asked him why he sang such a meaningless song.

I don’t know what show business lacked then, and I don’t know now, I wouldn’t really want to delve into this movement. I am glad that there is a Russian market with some kind of desire for something new and interesting. In general, for me it is like a platform for action. I don’t really want to think about the scope of my activity, since there are neither rules nor laws according to which any creativity lives and flourishes, today there is one legislator, tomorrow another, therefore for our creative movement there is only the concept “Let’s stir up such "...

The production idea was very simple - to live and feed on what you love and know how to do. There were no other ideas. You can, of course, say that there were some ideas, strategies, but let eminent producers talk about this, we are intuitively moving forward.

- New songs QP give out a change in the course of the group - as it seemed to me, less banter, less dancing, more lyrics. What is the reason for this - what is the new feature?

With the growth and development of a creative personality, a change of course is always an inevitable event, the main thing is that motives do not conflict with principles. Six years have passed since the first single of the group, which means that changes are taking place in the heads, even of the hottest ones.

Our team is first and foremost Quest Pistols, and ordinary people, like everyone else, people who are going through the stage of growing up - something that you will no longer hear from your parents, but that you will have to know yourself, face to face with life; and therefore the lyrics are a consequence of certain events. Everything is very simple - you live, you learn, you grow, mistakes, lessons, conclusions, again mistakes, victories, defeats, love, dislike, family, woman, wife, weakness, struggle with yourself: everything that no one talks about now, but this does not mean that we do not experience it, and if at the age of 18 you want to jump and jump, you take it and jump, you jump beautifully, like no one else can, - this is called an artist, and then in the life of an artist, but first of all human, new ones are coming life stages in which he adapts to express himself in new forms for him: this is the search for himself.

Our new feature, like the previous, old ones, is personality, character, charisma. It doesn’t matter what a person’s suit, hairstyle, whether he has drawings on his body or not - these are all trifles, people will quickly pick up and make any trend unbearably boring. But if you are a character, you can never be forgotten, you will always be at the top of the chart, only another chart, not the one that program directors create, but the top that no one talks about - the top of self-sufficiency, confidence and calmness. When people feel this, they give the artist applause, which we, the artists, convert into money. Everything is like everyone else.

Yuri Bardash and Quest Pistols

- If the day after tomorrow Anton Savlepov and Nikita Goryuk declare that they are tired and want to leave QP, will you close the project or find a replacement for them, as Konstantin Meladze would have done?

I understand your comparison with Meladze, since we also made a similar move towards VIA Gra, taking into the group a person who has nothing to do with the spirit of the team. Time has shown that if there is no hand, you cannot sew someone else's hand, and the prosthesis will only remain a prosthesis.

Everything ends sometime, and the project Quest Pistols will end its existence, but this does not mean that the people who worked on it will fold their hands and sit back and remember the good things that happened to them. Next, we are preparing a step that no one expects, it will happen in September, so follow our movements and you will be entertainment.

- How many people work in Kruzheva Music? How does it work - as a company or as a creative community? Who in Kruzheva M usic makes decisions - is there some kind of artistic council, editorial board, or is it all the vision and will of one person (that is, yours)?

- Kruzheva Music is chaos. It sometimes seems to people from the outside that I am "Karabas-Barabas", but no one knows how things really are. I myself do not fully understand how this happens: when people are in a creative search, there are always a million options for what to do and where to go, there is never a clear course.

Regarding the hierarchy, everything is simple. Everyone understands that responsibility cannot be shared by everyone, otherwise there will be no one to ask, this is my answer to the question of who has the last word. By the way, the company Kruzheva Music there are no contracts with artists, except for the rotation of music content, because it is necessary, but there are no papers inside the company. Everything is controlled by the word. We believe in the value of the spoken word, and this is our strength, no matter how naive it may sound.

People constantly come to the company, the criterion for selecting people is simple - to share the principles of the team, to be interesting to yourself, because when you can find a common language with yourself, it means that you are also cool in everything else! All the people who work with the Lace company are the Lace company, so it’s not so easy to count everyone. For example, you went to the site, spent your time to study the topic, made up questions on topics close to the company - it means that you are not one of the journalists who work for themselves, it means that you are already in our company. By the way, this is the first interview when I am pleased to answer, and this is the first time I answer. It’s not that I’m super arrogant, it’s just that you can immediately see the attitude with which questions are asked; it's like in America, for example, people ask when they meet: How are you?- while not looking into each other's eyes. Such people will never be in the company "Lace".

Nobody in the company talent searching, in the family, no one is looking for someone else to shelter.

I will not write about the device, come and see for yourself! We have two offices: in Moscow, business issues are resolved, and in Kyiv - a creative workshop, we do not accept a conveyor system for the production of a “product”. I am convinced that the pipeline will not work. The Lace company has been working with young people for eight years now, and you need to be honest with young people, otherwise there will be no applause, but no clap - and there will be no money, but everyone wants to be recognized, although they say that they don’t give a damn about it .

By the way, the formula was drawn by itself: money for an artist is recognition. Not only artists crave recognition, but all people on the planet, only there is more attention to the artist, so he turns, poor, between hell and heaven, and you don’t want to deceive yourself, and you also need to please the viewer. This is where the cornerstone of the company's philosophy lies. The most important thing is to always analyze what motive you have to do this or that, and only in this way can you avoid falling into the trap of social opinion.

- Who is involved in the company talent searching? How did you find the groups "Nerves" and "Iya"?

Nobody in the company talent searching, in the family, no one is looking for someone else to shelter. Here, for example, Milkovsky Zhenya: five years ago, this small, frail boy appeared at one of the parties that are an important part of our company, where he came from and who brought him - it doesn’t matter anymore. So, Zhenya took the guitar and sang. I asked him why he sang such a meaningless song. He said that this is a song from the Star Factory, in which he participated. Then I asked him what he really lives and what his soul sings about, and asked him to write a song about it. The next day there was a song "Station Mist".

"Nerves" - "Coffee is my friend"

In creativity you can not arrange searching, I believe in natural chemistry, and it was there, in a relaxed atmosphere of fun, that the boy heard and understood the most important thing - that you have to be yourself. Now this is no longer a boy at all, and both a girl who is 13 years old and a mature “commerce” who orders a group for himself for his 45th birthday get high from his songs: ask - why? Probably, everyone likes honesty, and you don’t need to look for it, it will find you on its own if your heart is open.

As for the "Iya" group, this is a new event in Kruzheva Music. You don't need to have a developed intuition to understand that their music will be a success. That's what I understood. This group is close to me, first of all, it is the friendship of my family (by the way, I became a father a year ago) and the families of Sergey and Katya, we have a similar vision of the world, the same goals and, of course, the creativity that connected us. My wife Kristina Bardash creates images, shoots videos for the band while our children play in the sandbox. By the way, my son's name is Zhora, and Katya and Serezha's daughter's name is Iya.

"Iya" - "Saw"

In fact, we would not really like to expand, this will never lead to victory, I am for pinpoint, targeted strikes. "Nerves", "Iya" and Quest Pistols- no more, and it's not about quantity. Sincerity is important, this is when everyone respects and loves each other, which is a rarity among artists, we succeed in this, and we follow this balance. The company has passed the times of the gold rush - “they say, come on, come on, more, more”, the lesson has been learned, values and priorities have been determined.

How do you define the place that "Nerves" and "Iya" occupy now on the pop card - their niche, their unique selling proposition?

As for the place on the pop-map - time will tell. I personally like almost all Milkovsky's songs, except for the really snotty ones, I also like where "Iya" is moving, oh Quest Pistols I will not say - this is my heart, this is my everything.

- I found this ad on the Internet, posted on behalf of your company: “Our principles: work only with real artists, with real musicians, showmen, plus all the moral principles of the artist must coincide with the ideas of the Book of Eli, otherwise Kruzheva they don’t take it on, no matter how wonderful and talented the artist is.” What is a real artist? How do you define it? Have your principles changed?

I had experience of all kinds of movements for oil money, practice has shown that one should not deceive oneself. Mistakes exist for that, in order to draw conclusions and tune in to the right course.

A real artist is someone who does not want to shake hands with all the channel heads and journalists, a real artist is actually a person who makes a show out of the air, and out of the show - the air that we all need so much. Once I read a book about Niccolo Paganini, it described his attitude to money, that a servant followed him and carried a chest of gold, the problem was that Paganini constantly forgot this chest, lost it, because a person lived by art! This is the real artist for me. Money is needed in order not to think about them, and not vice versa.

And this quality is present in all artists. Kruzheva Music. Even our commercial director, the person who resolves issues in Moscow, does not think about money. Not everyone will be able to understand this, and whoever can - the green light to a fear-free life.

In America, people in cars sing songs, and they don't care that someone is looking at them, people there are free from complexes, they dance in the streets, they sing.

- You live in Los Angeles - is the company going to Kruzheva Music work for the American market? To what extent is it now possible for a project from Russia or Ukraine to emerge that would achieve the same global recognition as Tatu?

As for America, everything here is the same as in our country, only a little different. It's not that people here are more talented, it's all about the market, which is legal in America, with its own laws, rules and a huge turnover of money, so huge that serious businessmen are not afraid to invest in shows as in a market, but in our country everyone his own hero. In America, people in cars sing songs, and they don't care that someone is looking at them, people there are free from complexes, dance in the streets, sing, if they see an artist, they line up to get an autograph and pay tribute; in our country, when an artist appears in public, a menagerie begins. Our people are not to blame for this, it's just that everything is different with us. But you know what, I personally would like to work with Russian people, for me Russians are those who understand the Russian language, I understand the Russian language, and it’s easy for me to explain myself and convey my idea exactly the way I want it, and I know that it will be understood. For example, I want to make films, and in LA the most best school and there is much to learn, but I want to shoot about what I know, about what I have experienced, and most importantly - for those who can associate it with themselves. I was once told that it is possible to film international ideas; yes, maybe, but it’s more important for me not to create conjuncture, but to create on mother tongue, which my parents spoke and which I speak. But this is another topic - about the future of the company.

As for music, when Milkovsky and I, for example, discuss his new songs, for us the indicator is “goosebumps”. It’s hard for me to feel goosebumps from songs in English, even though I learned to understand it)) ...

Regarding Tatu: Vanya Shapovalov is my good friend, a mentor in some ways, one of the few people who impressed me with his approach to work, this is a real producer, and I don’t care that everyone says that he was “blown away” or he's crazy, which means they've never spoken to this man. I was lucky enough to know him, and I'm glad for that.

The Ukrainian pop group (QP) turned all ideas about how to make a show upside down. No one influenced her and? Moreover, it was not created by the efforts of the producers. At first, it consists of Anton Savlepov (leader of the group), Nikita Goryuk and Konstantin Borovsky (great director).

Biography of Anton Savlepov - leader of Quest Pistols

Anton was born on June 14, 1988 in the small village of Kovsharovka, Kharkov region. Since childhood, he loved Michael Jackson, even grew the same long hair trying to somehow be like an idol.

Anton studied perfectly, so all his relatives and friends predicted a wonderful academic future for him, but dancing still took its toll. At the age of 16, he participated in a break dance festival, in fact, where he met his current colleague, Nikita, whom he often visited.

The guy fell in love with Ukraine at first sight, so he soon moved to live in Kyiv. Experiencing a craving for dancing, he enters the university as a choreographer. That's just not the fate of him to finish his studies. A year later, he began performing in the Quest Pistols group, and had to put his studies on the back burner. In addition to vocals and dancing, the soloist is fond of drawing, tattoos and rare bikes, he even moves on his scooter.

Biography of Nikita Goryuk

Nikita was born on September 23, 1985 and lived in the Far East, in a border town between Russian Federation and China.

He is fond of figure skating, and all his childhood he dreamed of a world title.

It was only after moving to Kyiv that he turned his attention to dancing. After all, they not only helped him to earn money by dancing on the Maidan, but also to become an independent person. Actually, thanks to them, he met the future founder and ideological inspirer of the Quest Pistols group - Yuri Bardash.

Biography of Konstantin Borovsky

Konstantin was born on February 14, 1981 in Chernigov, where he studied ballroom and folk dances until the age of sixteen. In addition to dancing, he loves homemade and vegetarian cuisine, tattoos. And, it would seem, nothing new could happen in his life, as his family was about to move to the capital of Ukraine. There Kostya's interests changed radically. Now he is interested in breakdancing. Actually, he helps the guy start his vocal career in the pop group Quest Pistols.

Creative activity Quest Pistols

The first debut song of the guys is the composition "I'm tired", which sounded April 1, 2007. Especially for her, the guys thought out simple dance moves so that the listener could not only sing along, but also dance. An incendiary melody, easy-to-remember words, and a special manner of performance are a guarantee good luck. As a result, the song gave many people joy, good mood, smile. This is also evidenced by the fact that the hit has become the absolute leader in terms of the number of downloads and views (about 60,000 thousand viewer votes) in such a short period of time. In May of the same year, the first clip "I'm tired" appeared. Five months later, namely in October 2007, the first album called "For You" was released. It included 15 tracks, including the debut hit "I'm Tired", "Glamour Days" and "I'm Tired (Remix)". The album not only managed to take pride of place in the rankings, but also exceeded all levels in terms of the number of discs sold. As for the opinions of critics, they all left only positive reviews.

AT 2009 year, the second album is released, which includes ten songs.

in winter 2011 the third album is already being released, and Anton also began to talk about leaving the group. However, a week later, the leader changed his mind and returned back. Reporters were told that this was some kind of prank. In the same year, some amendments did take place in their composition. Danil Matseychuk joined them, and Konstantin Borovsky left.

Biography of Daniil Matseychuk

Daniil was born on September 20, 1988 in the very heart of Ukraine - the city of Kyiv. He, like the rest of the group, leads a healthy lifestyle. That's just to join the team, it took him some time to learn the movements and repertoire. And it is not known how he would have coped if Anton had not helped to master all the subtleties of choreography. At one time, Daniel helped Anton by letting him live at his place, now it's the other way around.

AT 2012 year, the fourth, the last to date, album, which includes six songs, is released.

AT 2013 year, Daniel left the group and joined Konstantin. Together they created their musical group with a similar name, its own brand of clothing, as well as a club project.

At the very end of the current at the time of publication, 2014, a new track from Quest Pistols is released - Santa Lucia, which, like many tracks of this group, is widely recognized among young people.

For all their years of existence, the guys have matured, changed, overcome many obstacles in their path and - most importantly - were able to reach the top. Now they have many years of experience, millions of people who will always remember their compositions, dance moves and everything else. What will happen to the group next, only time will tell, but if other songs do appear, the public will only be happy to hear them.

Initially, the Quest Pistols group included three soloists: Anton Savlepov, Nikita Goryuk and Konstantin Borovsky. The guys themselves defined their style as "aggressive-intelligent-pop". The author of music and lyrics, except for the song "White Dragonfly of Love" (it was written by a young eccentric composer Nikolai Voronov), is the Polish Izolda Chetkha. Also, a costumed ballet in the person of Dima Shishkin alone performs at the group's show. The guys from the group "Quest Pistols" started as a dance show ballet "Quest", which, having existed for three years, made a lot of noise in Ukraine. They amazed with the eccentricity and insane outrageousness of their performances, but dancing alone was not enough for them. And they sang. The founder of the ballet and producer Yuri Bardash sent Nikita and Anton to vocal lessons, and Konstantin was assigned the role of rapper. Their vocal debut took place on April 1, 2007 on the air of the popular Ukrainian TV show "CHANCE". It's hard to believe, but "quests" do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, eat only healthy food and promote vegetarianism. They also do not visit nightclubs at all and do not listen to club music.

The debut video of the group "Quest Pistols" - "I'm tired" was released in June 2007 and immediately appeared in the rotation of the MTV channel, subsequently becoming a real hit. But having starred in the video “You are so beautiful”, he changed his mind. In August 2011, the group included new member- Daniil Matseychuk, and in September 2011, Konstantin Borovsky left the post of performer and retrained as an artistic director.

QUEST PISTOLS is a popular Ukrainian band that has won the hearts of millions in Russia and throughout the post-Soviet space.

QUEST PISTOLS are outrageous, young and endlessly talented. This team does not require a vivid presentation - their work, their life, their views - this is the best presentation!

Key contributors to QP

For the song "I'm Tired" the music from the composition "Long and Lonesome Road" (Dutch group "Shocking Blue", author - Robbie van Leeuwen), released in 1969, was officially used. Izolda Chetkha - pseudonym of Alexander Chemerov, participant Ukrainian group"Dymna Sumish", used by him as part of his collaboration with the Quest Pistols group. In 2011, they took part in the “Muz-TV Prize”, where they were presented in the nominations “Best Pop Group” and “Duet” (together with Artur Pirozhkov, the song “Revolution”), but were left without awards, as in the past year. In September, a new member, Daniil Matseychuk, joined the group, and Konstantin Borovsky took a place in the management of the production center Kruzheva music.

Quest Pistols SHOW 2014

Quest Pistols SHOW is not just a new concert program of the band. This is, first of all, a spectacular performance that has no analogues both on the Russian and Western stages - a great futuristic performance with which Quest Pistols go beyond the format of a musical project, asserting itself in the status of a unique pop cultural phenomenon that breaks stereotypes of perception concert shows.

With their innovative approach, the Quest Pistols lift the curtain on the world of interactive musical shows of the future, which people will experience as the action of a fantastic blockbuster: huge graphic projections of the band members, plastically repeating the movements of the performers; real-time cameras mounted on quadrocopters, broadcasting video from the hall to the main screen; and powerful visuals, accompanied by a unique dance performance and live performance of all the hits of the group in a new actual sound. Capturing the spirit, what he sees does not leave the person who came to the concert an outsider, but on the contrary, provokes everyone to find a dancer in himself, even if he has never danced. Quest Pistols SHOW is new chapter in big story dancing street freaks who managed to become not just pop stars, but artists who change modern culture.

Today, the songs and composition of the Quest Pistols Show group are known to everyone who is at least a little interested in modern domestic show business.

But in 2007, no one could have thought that the April Fool's performance-prank of three young and outrageous dancers with the composition "I'm tired" would grow into a mega project - the Quest group Pistols Show regularly changing its concept, but not losing popularity.

Group Quest Pistols Show 2018. New composition relevant for today.

About all members of the Quest Pistols Show group

The history of the group began in 2004. It was then that choreographers Anton Savlepov, Konstantin Borovsky and Nikita Goryuk founded the Quest Pistols dance group. They defined their style as "aggressive-intelligent-pop". The guys performed quite successfully in front of the Kyiv public, but there was no talk of real popularity yet. Then the producer Yuri Bardash sent Anton and Nikita to vocal lessons, and Borovsky was assigned the role of rapper.

The breakthrough occurred on April 1, 2007, on the Chance project, broadcast by the Inter TV channel, a cover of Long and Lonesome Road by the Dutch band Shocking Blue sounded. The performance instantly received 60 thousand messages in support, and the composition "I'm tired" occupied the first positions of the main domestic charts for a long time.

In September of the same year, in Belgium, the Pistols performed the "Dance Against Poison" program in support of a healthy lifestyle. Many do not believe, but "quests" do not consume alcohol and nicotine, and actively promote vegetarianism. They also don't listen to club music and don't go to savory establishments.

The success of the guys from Quest Pistols was overwhelming. They did not have time to give interviews, and their photos constantly flashed in Russian and Ukrainian glossy tabloids. In 2011, fans were alarmed by the unpleasant news that Anton Savlepov was leaving the team, but this information was soon refuted. Around the same time, Konstantin Borovsky announced a change in status and a transition from soloists to curators, and another participant joined the guys - Daniel Joy (Daniil Matseychuk).

In 2013, Kostya Borovsky and Matseychuk left QP to create the boy band KBDM. Despite the fact that critics began talking about a creative crisis, the Quick Pistols continued to tour as a couple, and soon an incognito masked participant joined them.

Initially conceived as a trio, the group has grown to five members in 2014. Washington Salles, as well as Ivan Krishtoforenko and Mariam Turkmenbayeva joined the team. Soon Daniil Matseychuk returned to the team. But the main laurels still belonged to the trio of founders: Goryuk, Savlepov and Borovsky, and the newcomers remained behind the scenes for some time. And only when an updated title appeared and the group received a new name Quest Pistols Show, information began to appear about a change in concept and sound.

Today, the team prioritizes a high-quality visual image, vivid images and choreography honed to perfection. The opposite images of the participants create the impression of a dance battle, but despite the unusual format, the new tracks turn out to be very harmonious and memorable.

To date, Quest Pistols has three full-length albums in its luggage

  • In 2007 - "For you";
  • In 2009 - "Superklass",
  • In 2017 - "Lubimka".

The team is the owner of the Golden Gramophone and MTV Europe Music Awards. Hits of Quest Pistols

The next hit after the sensational cover "I'm tired" was the composition "White Dragonfly of Love", which collected a record number of views on Youtube video hosting. It is interesting that at the very beginning creative way the repertoire of the pop trio consisted of only 3-4 songs, and this was clearly not enough for full-fledged concerts. The guys found a simple way out: first, "Pistols" rocked the hall with their dance numbers for about half an hour, and then performed the songs they had in stock.

By 2007, the repertoire expanded, and the debut album "For You" saw the light of day. Almost all the texts were written by the leader of the musical group "Dymna Sumish" Alexander Chemerov under the pseudonym of Izolda Chetkhi. The only composition of the period 2007-2012, written by another author, is "White Dragonfly of Love" by the novice musician Nikolai Voronov. Works of later years are written by the soloist of the group Nikita Goryuk.

The list of other well-known hits of the Quest Pistols Show group includes the compositions “Days of Glamor”, “Cage”, “He's Near”, “Revolution”, “I'm Your Drug” and “You're So Beautiful”. Thanks to them, the album "For You" received gold status in Ukraine.

In 2011, the first change of composition took place and Daniil Matseychuk came to replace Borovsky, who took part in the recording of such video works as "Different", "Romeo", Let's Forget Everything" and "You Lost Weight" (with Lolita Milyavskaya). Around the same moment, Anton Savlepov wanted to leave the team, but after the release of the video “You are so beautiful,” he changed his mind.

In early 2014, popular tabloids increasingly began to write that the team was in a creative crisis. At the same time, Nikita Goryuk released his solo track "White Bride". Many predicted that the group would cease to exist. But Goryuk and Savlepov continued to tour together, presenting the new single "Baby boy" to the public. And a little later they appeared to the public in a completely new role and introduced new participants. The presentation of the new line-up was marked by the release of a cover of Igor Siliverstov's 1992 composition "Santa Lucia".

On November 15, 2014, with the premiere of the Quest Pistols Show, the band went on a world tour. The concept of the show became the basis of the new philosophy of the group, which later led the Quest Pistols group to the format of a show project performing dance, club house music.

On November 13, the premiere of the video with the solo performance of Mariam Turkmenbayeva "The Alien" took place, and on December 31, returning Daniil Matseychuk (Daniel Joy) presented the clip "We Know for Sure".

In April 2016, at the premiere of the video "Dissimilar", fans saw the group in the format in which it performs to this day. On September 1, a new video “Toughest of all” was released, and in October the team performed at a large-scale solo “Unlike Concert” and presented their first album “Lubimka” with a renewed line-up.

The audience enthusiastically accepted the new compositions of the Quest Pistols show, which focuses on the quality of the choreography. And despite the fact that the vocal component still does not reach the level of the "pistols" of the first line-up, the members promise the fans to keep their former provocative and slightly vulgar style and make concert performances no less bright than before.
