If the weather is cloudy, you can do solarization on other light sources.

For example, light a candle, turn off the light in the room. Sit down at a distance of a meter or more, make a central fixation on a burning candle, blink. When you look at the left wall, you will simply feel in the dark that the candle is somewhere to the right. Then whack - a candle flew before my eyes. Solarization of the eyes can also be done like this: having covered the window with curtains, leave a gap, which will be the source of light. Or in a dark room at eye level, turn on a table lamp - do solarization on it ... And be sure to palming after a candle, window, light bulb.
