Zucchini is quite specific vegetables that not everyone likes because of their taste. But as practice shows, those who do not know do not like them. recipe for zucchini with cheese and garlic. They can make a wonderful snack, which is good at any time of the year, both hot and cold.

To cook zucchini with cheese and garlic in a frying pan you will need the following ingredients:

  • young zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 100–150 gr.;
  • mayonnaise, dill, vegetable oil, flour, salt;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.

The time spent on cooking will not take more than 30 minutes.

For cooking, you need to choose a zucchini whose seeds have not yet formed inside, and the pulp has not become hard. Peel the vegetable from the skin, trying to remove it as thin as possible, and cut into slices 5-7 mm thick. Put in a bowl, lightly salt and stir. So they will stand while the cheese filling is being prepared.


Cheese grate on a fine or medium grater. Add garlic squeezed through a press to cheese, and mix everything with mayonnaise.


Salt is added to taste, as many types of cheese can be quite salty. Finely chop the dill and add to the cheese mass.

Roll the zucchini in flour and fry in a pan on both sides until a ruddy surface is obtained.


Don't overcook them, as this will give them a bitter taste. From the pan, it is better to spread the slices on thick paper napkins so that excess oil goes into them.

After the zucchini has cooled slightly, cheese filling is laid out on each circle and covered with a circle of the same diameter on top.
