Year of birth of Nadezhda Matveeva. Nadezhda Matveeva - biography, television career and personal life

At first, the girl was content with the role of the keeper of the hearth. Nadia was engaged in raising her son, and also managed to get a second higher education - economics. But the desire to build a career never left her, and soon the girl started looking for work.

Having not found worthy vacancies in the field of engineering and economics, Nadezhda decided to try her hand at journalism. Thus began her journey in the world of media business.

Nadezhda managed to work as an editor-in-chief of a newspaper, a leading author's programs on TV and a DJ on the radio. In 2012, Nadezhda was cast in the show "Everything will be kind" on STB. It was this project that brought her fame and mega-popularity.

For 5 whole years, Nadia was the host of the women's TV magazine. In the studio apartment, she hosted expert guests who shared useful tips and solve important issues. For many women, Nadezhda has become the main adviser and assistant in life, because every program the audience learned something new and solved painful problems.

In the new format of the project, she takes on the role of an expert in self-realization, the main critic, who always argues with fellow hosts and finds weaknesses in any discussions. It is impossible to deceive or confuse her: Nadia is reasonable, wise and ironic.

The host of the women's TV magazine "Everything will be kind" and the TV show "Everything will be delicious!" at STB, Nadezhda Matveeva is one of the most recognizable and pleasant people to the viewer. We decided to talk to Nadezhda personally and learn about the secrets of her beauty and life rules.

Ivetta: It is difficult to surprise the host of a women's TV magazine with some beauty tricks. But still, which of the beauty procedures that the guests of your studio talked about surprised you the most?
The most amazing piece of advice I've heard at the Be Good Studio is about starch. I had no idea that potato or cornstarch could be used as a face mask - except perhaps as talcum powder. But it turned out that it has an effective lifting effect, but for me it is important. Therefore, I periodically make a mask of starch, which tightens and soothes the skin.

Ivetta: In general, do you use many of the tips from the air or do you prefer the old proven ways to take care of yourself?
Both. Since childhood, I have known about a hair mask with yolk, burdock oil, honey and cognac - mix everything and apply to your hair. As a child, I had long curls, and my mother once a month made me such a mask. It would seem that in childhood there are no problems with hair - but it was a very cool preventive procedure, even from my grandmother.

From time to time, our experts talk about this recipe, and something new: the same recipe for a mask with starch or with kelp, which I also did not know about before. I use all this with pleasure.

Ivetta: Let's continue with the topic of hair. The screen image cannot be changed at will, but would you like to straighten your hair, for example?
In this sense, I'm probably a little bit different from the majority of women. (laughs). I really like that I have the same hairstyle for many years. You know, I really appreciate my curls, although in my youth, like every girl, there were moments when it seemed that my hair should be different. Many do not like their own and it seems that it will be more interesting in a different way! This period has passed, and now I am doing my best to save what is left of the curls. If you start straightening your hair, then they lose their structure and turn out to be neither straight nor curly, but it is not clear what, some kind of tow!

Therefore, I am against such experiments - although several times at the very beginning in the program “Everything will be delicious!” I had straight hair. There is even a photo session where I have straight hair.

As for purely professional nuances, since the program is daily (today we are filming a column from one issue, tomorrow from another), it turns out that it is even more correct from a visual point of view - that I have the same hairstyle. Then it does not need to be redone often during the shooting day. It turns out that such a production need coincided with my deep desire and conviction that hair should be touched less!

You know, in fact, in everyday life I go with a screen hairstyle. She suits me perfectly. And I hope it stays that way for many more years.

Ivetta: You will probably be recognized at every turn. Are you trying to disguise yourself?
It’s not like it’s always… Literally today I was riding the subway, then I walked down the street in the center for a long time, and it seems to me that they never recognized me. I don't disguise myself in terms of "put on glasses and pull on a hat." I once thought that if I went to the store without makeup, they would not recognize me, but it turned out that they would recognize me anyway (laughs)! And when they identified me without makeup several times, I realized that it’s better not to rely on incognito, you just need to always look good. Of course, I don’t dress or make up so brightly that it is noticeable that I am a “woman from the TV”. That's why I'm on the subject of recognition. If they recognize it's good, if they don't recognize it, it's also good. (laughs).

Ivetta: When planning a vacation, what kind of vacation do you choose?
I love to travel, but not far. I really like Hungary - there are thermal springs, and the country is close. Once, having visited the Carpathians, she discovered thermal springs there. This is a pleasant relaxing type of holiday, optimal for me. I don’t know how to ski, but where the water is, it’s also warm - I like that. It is also important for me to be able to walk a lot. Sometimes on vacation I develop routes so that I can spend the whole day on my feet. I love being tired at the end of the day.

Ivetta: Abroad, all women at least once, but go shopping. What do you buy when you travel overseas?
I don't like shopping! Especially when there are a lot of people. If it's a weekend sale, you'll never see me in the store. Not because they will recognize me, but because I prefer to calmly look and choose a product. Abroad I try to buy only what I need, and if it is in a certain country, it is cheaper than here.

For example, in Austria, the locals told me that they really good discounts for quality shoes. By the way, it is not so easy to find the right pair of shoes. When I was in Italy, I hardly bought something digestible. They just went with a friend in search of not returning empty-handed. Therefore, it is normal for me to go somewhere and not buy anything.

Ivetta: Even sellers from God are not able to "suck" you a product that they did not plan to buy?
Frankly speaking, I mainly plan shopping during sales because it seems to me that clothes or shoes without discounts are always sold at a clearly overpriced price. But seeing the discount, I still ask myself the question, do I need it or not? I'm not a fan of shopping.

I don’t understand household appliances and I won’t go to buy it myself, I’ll take a person with me who can tell me. I always trust sellers, and I can not only be deceived, but convinced (laughs). The main thing is that the seller is not intrusive.

Ivetta: Do you like to sleep on vacation or are you an early bird?
I try to get up early. At sea, I set an alarm for 6 in the morning or even at 5.45 to meet the dawn and enjoy the morning sun. These are the most pleasant hours, and it is foolish to sleep at this time.

Ivetta: What time does your day at home start?
At home I sleep until 8-9 in the morning. To say that I can oversleep for half a day is most likely not. Then I feel that I miss the good hours when you can walk or do something.

Ivetta: The experts of "Everything will be kind" often talk about the benefits of breakfast. Do you cook them or snack on the go?
Yes, I'm cooking. I knew about the benefits of breakfast before, and experts reinforced my knowledge. It’s like a law for me: no matter what time I wake up, I definitely have breakfast! For example, today I ate scrambled eggs and carrot salad. If I have time in the morning, I like to cook cheesecakes. 20 minutes is enough for me, I have already filled my hand. Cottage cheese casserole, porridge ... And I really like to drink a cup of coffee in the morning.

Ivetta: In the frame, you do the exercises almost on an equal footing with the trainer. Is it a montage or is your physical preparation that good?
Thanks for the point of view, I appreciate it. When filming the first sports headings “Everything will be kind”, the coaches and the film crew were somewhat surprised at how easily I do everything. But let's start with the fact that our coaches can give more complex exercises, and those that an unprepared spectator can perform. After all, the most important thing is not to show off some difficult exercises, but to show that everyone can do it. And my role is to convince that a person without special training is able to perform the exercise if he tries.

And it also helps me that almost from an early school age I always went to some section: dancing, aerobics, basketball. It wasn't an achievement sport, but I did go to the gym nonetheless. When my son was born, after a month or two I was looking for where I could study.

To my shame, now I don't go to the gym. I told you, and now I will be ashamed (laughs)! Somehow I relaxed ... Maybe because of the thought that I was training at work? I will take matters into my own hands!

One of those workouts that isn't a montage!

Ivetta: I would like to ask you more about my son. What is it like to be a young mother of an adult son?
When he was little, there was no grief about the fact that he was growing up. Many girlfriends said, “If only my baby could stay so small in a stroller a little longer.” And I liked all periods, and thanks to my son that even in adolescence he didn't give me any problems. Now he is 23 years old, and I am happy with him. Maybe he does not achieve the successes that he sets for himself, but as a mother, I am calm. We have a trusting relationship, although I do not presume to advise something directly. Maybe with a daughter it would be different, but the son says: “Don’t, mom.” (laughs).

Nadezhda Matveeva with her son

Ivetta: Children famous parents they are usually either embarrassed or boasted. How does your son feel about your popularity?
At first he had pride, but now for us it's just life. I don't think he's bragging about it, but he's not shy either. Probably because I myself in no way believe that working on television makes me a person who needs to be treated in a special way.

Ivetta: What would you from the height of your rich life experience advised our readers - how to remain cheerful, young and energetic at any age?
First: to make life more pleasant, you need to drink water. Yes! Wake up - drink water! I have been doing this for a long time and I understand that it really has a positive effect on health.

Secondly, I really want all women, and men too, to have the opportunity to do something pleasant for themselves. For some, as for me, this is a walk, for others - an extra hour of sleep. You need to listen to yourself and understand what brings joy. Maybe just watch a video with kittens! Every day you need to find time for yourself.

And the third is to do daily physical exercises. At least some, at least somehow, at least a little, but do it! These three simple moments make life sweeter and more pleasant, charge you with energy and strength.

We have already begun to follow the advice of Nadezhda, and you?

Biography

Hope(real name Ludmila) Matveeva I was born on November 15, 1968 in Kerch and fell in love with this cozy town and the warm Black Sea for the rest of my life. Little Luda was a diligent student and graduated from school with a gold medal. Already at that time, the girl had big plans and significant ambitions, but it was not possible to realize them in a small town. Therefore, Nadezhda went to study as an engineer at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

The life of the capital completely captured the young provincial, but even before completing her studies, she met her first husband. Matveeva followed him to Kremenchug, where he had a job. From this marriage, Nadezhda is raising a 20-year-old son, Vladislav.

There, Nadezhda continued her education in a completely different direction at the Kremenchuk University of Economics, Information Technology and Management. At first, she was content with the role of the keeper of the hearth and office worker, but neither an engineer nor an economist came out of her, and it was tight with a job in her specialty in a small town.

It was then that the girl remembered what she does best - to speak and be the center of attention. She got a job as a DJ on the radio and began working as a presenter on a regional TV channel in Kremenchug. Then Nadezhda worked as a newspaper editor in the city of Cherkasy, and then moved to Kyiv, where she began working for "Russian Radio". In journalism, Nadezhda felt like a fish in water and her career was rapidly rushing uphill.

In 2012, Nadezhda was cast in the show "Everything will be good" on STB, after which she turned from a good editor and presenter into a real TV star. From the first issues of the popular women's TV magazine, Nadezhda Matveeva has become one of the most recognizable presenters on Ukrainian TV. She knows how to present any information in a fascinating way, and she communicates easily and naturally with experts and guests of the program. As a result, Nadezhda Matveeva has become a real adviser for a whole generation of women who do not want to be content with the role of ordinary housewives. From show to show "Everything will be good" on STB, the presenter asks the experts of the program about how to be beautiful wife and a caring mother, achieve success at work and remain a good housewife, as well as maintain true independence and the ability to learn something new about yourself and the world around you every day. By her own example, she inspires women to move forward and become better day by day.

Having decided to achieve even greater heights in her career, Nadezhda Matveeva became the host of the show "Everything will be delicious!" and project judge "The fight of extrasensories" on STB. With all the workload, she does not forget about her first media passion - conducting morning broadcasts on the radio.

“My main passion is work. Plunging into it with my head, I get so many impressions that it will last for several lifetimes. Friends even joke that I have more information in my head than in an encyclopedia.”

But even in her free time, a woman amazes with her activity and irrepressible energy. She goes in for sports, relaxes in the sauna, visits the cinema, cooks something tasty, and also spends time with her friends and her son Vladislav.

Personal life

Hope has been married twice. She met her first husband at the university when she was studying in Moscow, and from this marriage her beloved son Vladislav was born:

“When I got married for the first time, I was sure that it was up to old age and the tombstone. My husband was a real man, but sometimes I did not understand him. For example, he left with friends for regular work, was absent from home for more than a month. And then I accidentally met him on the street when I was walking with a child. It turns out that he returned, but did not immediately go home to see us, and also decided some business at work. Then it really annoyed me. Although now I understand that it is possible to argue in different ways. However, thanks to my first husband, I got into radio work. He heard about an ad for a local GM station and advised me to go. I didn't even think I could work there. I went - and it turned out ... "

It's on the radio future star television met her second husband:

“Because of this, we can say that we divorced our first husband. After all, on the radio I met a man whom I soon married. And again for good man- talented, smart, decent. When trouble happened to his first wife, my husband rushed to the rescue of her and her son. For almost three years he was torn between two families so as not to offend anyone. But, of course, I still felt offended. It was hard to get through this time. We parted ways after eleven years, when I moved to Kyiv to work on Russian Ya Radio.

Now Nadezhda Matveeva prefers not to talk about her personal life and whether her heart is free now, fans still do not know.

Nadezhda Matveeva periodically appears in public with her son Vladislav, whom she is very proud of and rejoices in their mutual understanding:

“Vladislav does not like it when I talk about him, and the desires of people, especially the most beloved ones, must be taken into account. Therefore, I will not go into lyrical details. My son graduated from a technical university and lives separately. Works as a promoter for a household appliances company. Independently cooks, cleans, erases, cares for the cat. He is engaged in boxing, mastering driving a car. In men, he respects the mind and strength, in women - the ability to look attractive and interesting to communicate. I completely trust my son and feel his support.”

  • Real name - Lyudmila. Having moved from Kremenchug to Kyiv, Matveeva changed her name, hoping that it would help her cope with the difficulties in the new place. According to the TV presenter, with the name Nadezhda, changes came into her life, and she herself changed - she became more decisive and confident that "all good things will definitely happen."

How Nadezhda Matveeva takes care of herself

Every day Nadezhda Matveeva invites to her studio famous people to open them to the audience from a new perspective. Viva!, in turn, tried to find out 10 interesting facts about the popular TV presenter.

1. Failed ballerina.“My children's circles began with failure - I was not taken to the ballet. Rather, I was a bit like classes, and then the teacher asked my mother to pick me up from the studio so that I would not suffer. Then I went to folk dances and danced for seven years. Along the way, I visited the pool, then tennis. There they hit me on the head with a racket, I figured out what would happen next, and decided to go to basketball. There were cutting and sewing courses, a theater group ... "

2. Nadezhda Matveeva is afraid of heights.“When I first went out onto the balcony of the 14th floor, I grabbed the railing and was afraid to move - my head was spinning, and my voice became thin and trembling. Although I’m not afraid to fly on an airplane, I’m afraid to even think about skydiving until I’m ready.”

3. As a child, I wanted to be like Margarita Terekhova in the role of Milady from the movie "D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers".“Her manner of speaking and chic curls seemed irresistible to me. Later, I learned how the actress had to “mock” her hair in order to achieve such an effect. Since then, I have become even more appreciative of my natural curls. They, of course, are not as luxurious as those of the movie Milady, but I like them.

4. At school I sewed panties for my dad.“I know how to sew and knit and theoretically love doing it. But the whole question is time. To be worthy, you need to fully concentrate, delve into the process and its subtleties, pay attention to every detail. And I am focused on the details of another - television - process. In high school, I made most of my own clothes, even my prom dress. Dad - family cowards, sorry for being frank. Then to the son - undershirts, shirts. And she rarely knitted, because in this business my mother is an unsurpassed master!

5. Beats dishes.“When I’m angry, I don’t hit. But I have periods when I accidentally break plates or cups. This happened intermittently, I eventually tried to figure out why this is happening?! And I came to the conclusion that this is how I act in a situation that seems hopeless to me. When I lived with the parents of my first husband, I broke the dishes so often that I was even ashamed. At that time it seemed to me that we would never live separately, and internally, apparently, I resisted this. It’s good that the mother-in-law was a wise and kind woman, she forgave me.”

6. Admire doctors.“Even as a newborn, I suffered lobar pneumonia, being on the verge of life and death. A young doctor, still quite inexperienced, literally took me out, despite the sad forecasts. A doctor from God, low bow to him and endless gratitude.

7. Impatient.“I can’t stand it very well when someone at the checkout in a supermarket unhurriedly stacks the purchased goods, not paying attention to the queue lined up behind him. Perhaps I find myself in such situations to learn patience. I even convince myself: “Imagine that this person bought a dozen more goods, and at that time the cashier punches the check ... Don’t watch him sleep near the checkout, think about good things ... Nadia, you are not in a hurry, you just stand there in the store, enjoying the opportunity to buy everything you need ... "

8. Nadezhda Matveeva loves cats.“Our family has cats, pets. This choice was made by the son, and we fully supported him. In childhood, we lived with a dog, a hedgehog, fish, a hamster, a guinea pig, a talking jackdaw. At different times, of course."

9. Favorite actor -.“He’s just handsome, talented and smart. Over the years, he becomes more and more beautiful, and I, as a woman, cannot be indifferent to him. Moreover, if suddenly, by some miracle, we ended up in the same room, my plan is to quickly run away from there! Firstly, in his presence, I would not have connected two words, and such admirers, I suppose, are already tired of the hell out of him. And secondly, I would not be able to adequately perceive a man whom I consider so beautiful, and would be terribly upset if he were not ideal. I'm almost serious about this."

10. Nadezhda Matveeva believes in horoscopes.“And not only in them, but also in the predictions are different. Only I understand that they may not come true due to circumstances. Therefore, I focus on the positive aspects of the horoscope and act in this direction. And there - how it goes. If it didn’t come true, the horoscope is not to blame.”

For many years, Crimean Nadezhda Matveeva has been sharing vivacity, energy and useful advice with viewers of the program "Everything will be kind" on STB, and recently Nadezhda became the host morning show"Everything will be delicious!". Side by side with celebrities, she discovers the secrets of culinary masterpieces. asked the birthday girl about what tips from her programs she uses in life, how she manages to do everything and what she loves most in the Crimea.

Nadezhda, how often do you come to your hometown and Crimea in general?

Yes, I was born in Kerch, I love my hometown and often come. True, recently there has been more work, and it is possible to escape literally for 2-3 days. Enough to visit my mother, walk along your favorite streets, and swim in the sea, if the weather allows.

Do you spend holidays in Crimea or do you prefer to rest abroad? What are the pros and cons of a holiday in Crimea in your opinion?

In Crimea, everything is native, familiar, almost homely. Since childhood, I have mastered the Kerch beaches, and when I come to my parents' house, I get a pleasant vacation as a bonus. Although, frankly, Crimean vacation prices sometimes bite, and the quality is not always up to par. There is something to compare with vacationers who have already visited Turkey, for example. Crimea has potential, I believe that our resorts will become world famous.

Nadezhda Matveeva will teach anyone how to cook.

What are your favorite places in Crimea? What do you like to do when you visit? Where do you go?

Kerch in last years has changed - the central streets have become more beautiful, flowers are everywhere, fountains are working. I like to take a walk along the embankment, in the evening, with a friendly company, climb Mount Mithridates right in the center of the city. From childhood, I remember a trip to the Crimean Grand Canyon. It was exciting! I plan to repeat this ascent, recharge with the energy of my native Crimean mountains.

What was your childhood like? What moments from your childhood do you remember most often?

The school was next to the house, the sea is visible from the balcony. In general, all the conditions for a pleasant pastime. I loved to study, I was always an excellent student, I still managed to go to folk dances, basketball, swimming, in different years, of course. In the summer, there were especially many impressions, because every year relatives came to us to relax by the sea. This is probably a common memory for everyone who lives in the Crimea. Parents added trouble, and I - entertainment and gifts.

Tell about your parents. What were they like at home? What have you been taught? What's wrong with them now?

Dad worked in a construction company, mom first worked as a nanny in kindergarten, then as a laboratory assistant in the boiler room. Since childhood, I know what it means to save up to a salary, buy winter clothes in installments ... Mom knits well, I wore the most beautiful sweaters, and I even had knitted dresses. My father's habit of drinking made life difficult. Because of this, the parents divorced. But I remember childhood as a joyful time, thanks to parental care and the Crimean sun.

You have two divorces behind you. Why did both marriages end in separation? What is your current relationship with your ex-spouses?

I am grateful to my husbands for the fact that there was and is no enmity, and now we can calmly communicate if necessary. My first marriage broke up in the seventh year of existence, because I became different, matured or something, I felt that I wanted more in my family, in my profession and in spiritual development. Fortunately, the son has already grown up and quite quickly found a common language with his stepfather, while maintaining mutual understanding with his father. Special thanks to my husbands for their wisdom in relation to the child. Having changed "earthiness" to "elevation", I lived in my second marriage for 11 years. I understand now that we probably wanted too much from each other - constant attention, continuous care, inexhaustible interest. But everyone imagined this idyll in their own way. It was hard for me with the piled up everyday problems, my husband lacked enthusiastic attention from me. Perhaps, having the knowledge that I can rely on today, I would have acted differently. But then I would be different than I am now. So I try not to regret what I have lived, to respect the people involved in my fate, and to analyze my mistakes so that in the future I do not repeat them, but make new ones. (smiles).

Nadezhda values "responsibility, sense of humor, intelligence and decency" in men.

Who could win the heart of today's Nadezhda Matveeva?

A strong man, self-confident and at the same time patient, understanding that my profession requires dedication, time and effort. Perfect Look men turned out ... But, firstly, I know such things happen, and secondly, I love surprises and I am sure that life at every stage is capable of surprising. The main thing is to be able to perceive what is happening with joy, gratitude and patience.

What qualities do you value most in men and what do you hate?

I appreciate responsibility, sense of humor, intelligence and decency. But I know that there are no perfect men, just like perfect women. So get ready for the surprises of life. I do not agree to put up with lies, this complicates the life of both the person himself and those who are close to him.

What is your attitude towards infidelity in marriage? Forgive or leave without talking?

It depends on the specific circumstances. Although in general, betrayal is probably the most serious test for a relationship. As an expert psychologist once said in "Be Good": "Change means change." And the other half in this situation will have to decide for themselves whether it is possible to live with this "changed" person or not. And no matter how hard it is, before making such a decision, you need to talk, discuss, find out why it happened. Indeed, in treason, as in everything that happens in a couple, both partners are to blame. And before moving on in life, you need to reflect on past mistakes.

How do you feel about guest marriages and sleeping spouses in different rooms? Does it help to keep the novelty in the relationship, or vice versa, does it divide?

It is better, of course, to live together and sleep side by side. It really brings people together and makes them look for compromises, clarify misunderstandings and find solutions to issues even before deadlocks arise. Among my acquaintances, there are options for guest marriages, moreover, lasting for more than one year. This is for people who are too busy with work and are not able to pay enough attention to loved ones, even being in the same room. If it suits both partners, it can last a long time. But as soon as one person meets a person with whom he wants to be near all the time, a guest marriage will crack faster than a traditional one. I think so, although I am not inclined to bring similar forms of relations to the same denominator. Now everything is changing so fast that any options are possible.

New project "Everything will be delicious!"

Is your son already an adult? Do you find a common language with him? Does he watch your shows? What would you like to see your daughter-in-law?

My son is already 20 years old. We get along well and always understand each other. I try to give advice only if he does not ask me and not ask unnecessary questions. We have different television tastes, he does not watch the programs that I host, but he sincerely rejoices at my success, and is proud, in my opinion.

Which of the tips that you learn and try in the program have been useful to you in life? What have they adopted and now they are, so to speak, a "must have" for you?

Do not count everything. Practically in all life situations I remember what I heard and saw in "Everything will be kind" and "Everything will be delicious!". For example, I know how to determine the starch content in potatoes in three ways and why you need to take starchy potatoes for pancakes, and with a low starch content for frying. Recently, Taras Shpira taught me how to choose the right down jacket, taking into account the fabric, accessories, filler and impregnation. These tips came in handy when buying a jacket for my son. Thanks to our gardener Nelly Murashkina, I realized what violets need to bloom all the time, and I grew a beauty with rose petals from one leaf. Olya Metelskaya taught me how to make a skin wrap with seaweed - just lovely. I can continue, but I'd rather advise you: watch "Everything will be kind" and "Everything will be delicious!" on the STB channel, this is really a storehouse of useful and interesting information for all occasions.

Did any funny things happen on set?

From time to time, of course, we have fun. Once Roma Medny talked about what every woman should have in her cosmetic bag. Among the essentials was a can of thermal water. I was so excited that I decided to sprinkle a little on myself. Despite the surprised and warning look of our stylist, I pressed the sprayer and smelled ... the smell of hairspray! It turns out that he had a can of the right size with him only with varnish, so he played the role of thermal water, since he did not have time to go shopping. And I had to "feign joy."

Was also with cockroaches Funny case. Taras Shpira told how to get this evil spirits out of the house. Cockroaches sat in glass containers, causing me quiet horror and disgust. Taras mentioned that they can even fly, but I did not believe it, I laughed (a little nervously). And now, at some point, either a moth or a fly flies over my head, from no one knows where it came from. Naturally, I thought that it was a cockroach flying, and how I would scream! Already Taras was frightened, especially since he is also not enthusiastic about cockroaches. But the delight of the audience knew no bounds!

Do you read fan mail? What is usually written?

We receive many letters. With gratitude, impressions from what he saw in the programs "Everything will be kind" and "Everything will be delicious!", With requests for advice. Kind words unusually pleasant, and practical issues often develop into topics for future programs. We even have a section: "Experts answer questions." Moreover, the range of interests of our viewers is so large and diverse that it becomes clear that thousands of vital topics are waiting for the best solution. It is joyful to realize that we make people's lives easier and more inspiring, help to really take a fresh look at what is happening, gain confidence in their abilities and start acting.

Nadezhda Matveeva: "The best the way to look fresh is to sleep well and smile more often."

What time management "tricks" do you use to get enough time for everything?

I like the idea of the 34th President of the United States, David Eisenhower, that urgent things are rarely important, and at the same time, important things are rarely urgent. I make sure that important things do not turn into "important and urgent", i.e. I don't put it off until later. And I try to exclude things that are “not important and not urgent” - long phone conversations, “hanging out” on social networks, aimless shopping trips ... On the other hand, I tell myself: “There are never more than 24 hours in a day, so don’t try to fit more cases than possible." When there is a lot of work, I have to give up the things that I would definitely do if I were free. But priorities change, and you should not reproach yourself for this.

How do you usually spend your weekends?

I sleep first. Then household chores, a gym if possible, and adventures according to the plan - going to the movies, going to a cafe, or just a walk in the park. If there are two or more weekends, I plan a pleasant trip or spa treatments.

What do you like to cook at home for yourself? What dishes do you surprise your guests with?

For myself, I prefer not to cook complex dishes, cut salad or bake fish. But my relatives like the way I cook, so I try for them with pleasure. Pilaf and pasties are especially successful. From desserts - a cake of sea buckthorn and chocolate - yummy!

The simplest, most useful and delicious salad can be made from avocados. Take a ripe fruit, peel, chop. Add onions, tomatoes, herbs, you can shrimp. Drizzle with a drop of olive oil, salt, pepper and ... you're done!

What are your beauty secrets? How do you take care of yourself, do you use folk recipes?

I drink a glass in the morning pure water and during the day I do not forget to quench my thirst. Thanks to the advice of experts "Everything will be good" I know a lot about proper nutrition, rational physical activity and home cosmetics. Of course, it is not always possible to follow the rules. But some good habits stick. For example, in the morning I wipe my face with ice cubes, it can be from herbal decoctions or with the addition of lemon or cranberry juice. If the skin on the hands, knees is very dry, I use "khee" - melted butter with a little beeswax. And the most effective way look fresh - sleep well and smile more often. And since my sleep is irregular, I am saved by a good mood and a smile.

Thank you for interesting questions I wish you inspiration, joy and health! Let's meet on the STB channel in the programs "Everything will be kind" and "Everything will be delicious!" Sincerely, Nadezhda Matveeva.
