The Primorye Art Gallery prepared an art program for the festival. A plein air will be held on the FEFU campus. Based on its results, a viewing and an “Exhibition on easels” will take place. Everyone will be able to purchase a work of art created as part of the plein air in memory of the event and Vladivostok.
One of the most interesting cultural events of the festival is the exhibition " Fairy tale Anastasia Arkhipova. Modern book illustration. The author of the exhibition is a hereditary artist. Her work can be found in the books of the Brothers Grimm: fairy tales "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", "White and Rose", "Hansel and Gretel", as well as in "The Ugly Duckling", " snow queen” and “The Old House” by Hans Christian Andersen.
Books with her illustrations have been published in the USA, Italy, Germany and many other countries. Refined watercolor works by Anastasia Arkhipova have a unique style.
What else to inspire: during the “Summer in Russian” there will be an exhibition of Primorye artists, which was presented as part of the program “Days of the Primorsky Territory in Heilongjiang Province” (Harbin, China), the plein air “Summer in Russian-2017”, the exhibition of Inna Bregovskaya “Dreams and fantasy: Visionary art".

On each day of the festival, Primorye residents will be able to catch the rhythm and master dance styles. For example, on Friday from 13:00 to 15:00, world and Russian champion Natalya Urban will teach ballroom dancing, and Italian Saverio Loria will present the Latin American program (building B, room B357).
The dance floor also organizes jazz-modern lessons from the choreographer of the television project “Dancing without Rules” Alexander Mogilev, a hip-hop master class from the choreographer of the Channel One projects “Dance” and “Ice and Fire” Alexei Arapov.
Where else to dance: on July 9, Primorye residents are invited to the Dancing Island marathon (building S, from 13:30 to 17:00), where you can learn tango, salsa and waltz, as well as take part in a flash mob. In addition, on Saturday, June 8, in building S, professionals will show a show of champions in the Latin American program (from 19 to 22 hours).

During the summer holiday, the Inclusive Dance Primorye festival will be held. This is a regional stage of the V International Charitable Dance Festival Inclusive Dance in Primorsky Krai.
On July 8, competitions in inclusive dance will be held in the areas of "Dance improvisation", "Sports ballroom dance", " Folk dance”, “Modern dance”, “Ballroom dance”, “Variety dance”. On the same day, July 8, master classes in inclusive dance will be held. The festival will end with a gala concert on July 9th.
What else: people with disabilities will compete in tennis, darts, street ball tournaments, and also show their abilities in athletics.

The First Lady of Primorye today for the first time presented to the general public her dance number- paso doble dance. Irina Miklushevskaya, together with the master of sports in ballroom dancing Nikita Smolnikov, performed at the dance festival as part of “Your Summer in Russian”.

The large-scale festival of culture and sports "Summer in Russian" will begin in Primorye on Friday, July 7, and will last until Sunday, July 9. During these days, guests and residents of the region can become participants and spectators of more than 40 cultural and sports events.

On the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University on Russky Island, it will be possible to become a spectator of aquabike competitions, the Russian Grand Prix Escape open water swim, and competitions for athletes with disabilities in seven sports.
“Aquabike races will be organized on the island, 39 Primorye athletes have confirmed their participation in the competition. On July 7-9, the sports part of the open Championship and Championship of the Primorsky Territory in powerboating “Russian Grand Prix 2017” involves the passage of 390 kilometers by athletes over three days of competition. The distance of the race on each day of the competition is 130 km, the route will pass through the picturesque waters of the Russky Island of the Amur Bay,” said the chairman of the regional public organization"Federation of water-motor sports of Primorsky Krai" Yury Ryabko.
During the festival, a mass swim will be held from Skrypleva Island to Ajax Bay under the mystical name "Escape". Amateurs will participate. They have to cover a distance of 5.5 kilometers.
“The fact is that there used to be a prison on the island, hence the name. Athletes will have to walk five kilometers of the distance. According to the requirements of the organizing committee, only 100 swimmers will take part in the swim," he added.
The highlight of the festival will be dance tournaments. As part of the dance festival, participants and spectators will have a rich three-day program with master classes, demonstration performances, and competitions.
Master classes will be held by world champions Natalia Urban and Saverio Loria. Guests of the festival will be able to take dance lessons from the choreographers of the TV projects "Dance", "Ice and Fire", "Dances without Rules", "Dances" Alexey Shalburov, Alexey Arapov, Alexander Mogilev. Inside the dance and sports block will operate inclusive program for people with disabilities: this is the Inclusive Dance Primorye dance festival, which is the regional stage of the international cup; as well as sports competitions in six sports. Athletes from 12 municipalities of Primorye will take part in the competition.
“Such a scale of regional competitions for people with disabilities will be held for the first time. We are preparing a positive, bright show that is not associated with disability in any way and is designed to break stereotypes about people with disabilities,” said Yulia Barkhanova, coordinator of the inclusive part of the festival.
Preparations for the competition are in full swing. For four months, the festival participants were trained by the best choreographers from Vladivostok and Primorye, as well as guest choreographers who work with people with disabilities.
For three days, the FEFU campus will host competitions for people with disabilities intennis, powerlifting, swimming, athletics, street ball and darts.
Among other things, the guests of the festival are waiting for an enchanting display of collections of outfits by young designers from the Pygmalion Fashion Theater and an exhibition of paintings by Primorye artists right on the easels.
The event will take place on July 8 on the territory of the Far Eastern Federal University in building S. Young Models Pygmalion Fashion Theater will show the festival guests the best outfits from Primorye designers.
All three days for festival guests will work music venues, animators, photo studios. Adults and children will be taught how to make beautiful postcards with their own hands right on the FEFU embankment.
