It turned out why Sergei Netievsky actually left the TV show “Ural dumplings. This is how Netievsky lives and what he does now

Sergei Netievsky is a talented comedian and a person who has invested a lot of effort in the development and establishment of the show " Ural dumplings". Moreover, thanks to his efforts, the team went beyond the gates of KVN and became federal. And after Sergei took over as director, he was able to conclude a long-term contract with STS for filming and showing performances.

First version

Netievsky had to leave the Pelmeni team due to the fact that "his own shirt is closer." Sergei realized that his own well-being is much more important than the team's money. Therefore, he simply left the project, leaving his friends “in free swimming”.

Sergey switched to producing television series and other projects, so he did not want to waste his personal time on the show - there is no interest, there is no such profit.

This is the version that was voiced by some of the participants in the Ural Pelmeni, but Sergey Aleksandrovich himself does not agree with it. Sergei told a completely different story, radically different from the first. In support of his version, it can be noted that he is backed up by two years of litigation.

Second version

According to this version, presented to the public by Sergey himself, at first he did not know at all that he had left the project. Yes, yes, it happens. As it turned out, the team members had long looked askance at a friend who held the post of director. Most of the team was sure that Sergey not only poorly paid their work and work, but also took all the money for himself. There were also claims that Sergey began to spend too much time in other projects, abandoning his own show.

After some time, the team simply got together and wrote a class action lawsuit, in which there was a request to remove the director of the UE from their position. Naturally, no one warned Netievsky about this / But Sergey, having learned about this, filed documents for an appeal, and it was accepted in 2016. Then the team filed another lawsuit, and Netievsky filed a counter one.

After the courts passed, Sergei was nevertheless reinstated in the director's position, and the class action lawsuit was declared illegal. But why then did Sergei leave? Nothing surprising - after all the events it would be difficult to simply forget sideways glances and a class action lawsuit, and the old Ural friendship was gone. Therefore, Sergey handed over the affairs to Isaev and wrote a letter of resignation at his own request.

Where is Sergey now and what is he doing?

On the this moment former director comedy show everyone also lives in golden dome with his family. Sergey owns his production studio Idea Fix Media. The main activity of the studio is the production of television series.

"Guys didn't do anything"

Interview with the ex-director of the "Ural dumplings" Sergey Netievsky about the scandal in the team

Sergei Netievsky

Next week, the Moscow Arbitration Court will hold the first meeting on the claims of the company of the ex-director of Ural Pelmeni, Sergey Netievsky, against former colleagues in the amount of more than 100 million rubles. This time, the "dumplings" share the right to use the archives of recordings of their performances on STS.

Litigation between former friends has been going on for more than a year and a half. At first, the members of the "dumplings" tried to dismiss Sergei Netievsky from the post of director of the team, accusing him of withdrawing funds and unwillingness to engage in common creativity. Then friends began to sue because of the combined trademark "Ural dumplings".

In an interview with the site, Sergey Netievsky told why a conflict arose in the team, who threatens him with criminal cases, and whether the reunification of the Ural dumplings is possible.

“Everyone knew the working conditions”

- In 2011, the company "Creative Association "Ural Pelmeni" LLC" was established, the shareholders of which were equally all 10 members of the team: actors and authors. Why did you personally create two more companies in 2012: Fest Hand Media LLC and Idea Fix Media?

- These are production companies created together with partners - the WBD-group company, whose representatives were directly involved in the production and promotion of the Ural dumplings show. The Idea Fix Media company was engaged in the supply of creative products to television. And Fest Hand Media is one of the shareholders of Idea Fix Media (according to SPARK, 50% of Idea Fix Media is owned by Fest Hand Media, another 50% is owned by WBD GROUP JSC ..

- Are you talking about the show that was sold to the STS channel? Which of the three companies entered into a cooperation agreement with STS?

- Yes, I'm talking about the television project of the Ural Pelmeni team, which was regularly aired on STS. Since 2009, all agreements with the channel have been concluded by WBD Group, and since 2012 by Idea Fix Media.

- If the artists and authors of the Ural dumplings were still involved in the creation of the content of the show, and the employees of Idea Fix Media were involved in filming, organizing, promoting and selling the finished show on STS, then who, in your opinion, this case own the rights to the archives of these recordings with the right to further use?

— The first 27 concerts belong to WBD GROUP JSC. And since 2012, when Idea Fix Media began producing the show, all rights to the archives began to belong to it.

- The current director of Ural Pelmeni Production LLC Evgeny Orlov, in his interviews with the media, claims that you "received income from the sale of shows to TV channels, hiding it from the team for three years (from 2012 to 2015.". Allegedly, you told the team that they work for fees, and the guys believed this version, and at that time you embezzled money.Explain the conditions under which cooperation with STS was carried out?How was the income of artists and production companies formed?

- Yevgeny Orlov has a substitution of concepts in the matter of remuneration. As if everything that the production company and I, as a producer, earned, had to be shared with the team. Producing work is a huge work on the production of the show, different from the actors and authors. It doesn't just happen by itself! The guys did nothing as producers.

"Ural dumplings" again sued their ex-director Sergei Netievsky

The team performed the functions of actors and screenwriters, so the production company entered into contracts with them, as with actors and authors. And they got paid for every episode of our show. By the way, these agreements were concluded with him by Yevgeny Orlov, who was then CEO"Idea Fix Media" and worked by proxy. The guys knew about all the conditions of their work. How could I have misled them for so many years? They also knew about the production company and that I was working as a producer on the show. Of course, Idea Fix Media, as a production company, also received its income for work. This is the media business!

By the way, after we launched the show on STS, the actors began to receive a separate percentage from each showing of the show from Idea Fix Media. Previously, they did not have these conditions. This is my advantage as a producer - I achieved this for the team.

“Orlov withdrew money from the company in favor of third parties”

- Now the Moscow Arbitration Court is considering several lawsuits from your company Fest Hand Media against its subsidiary Idea Fix Media. You are trying to challenge in court the loan agreements that Yevgeny Orlov concluded when he was the CEO of Idea Fix Media. What was the reason for filing these claims? Have you begun to suspect a former colleague of something?

- The shareholders and founders of Idea Fix Media conducted an audit and found out that Orlov was withdrawing money from the company in favor of third parties with the help of loans. And he did not coordinate all these transactions with the founders. We believe that Orlov acted illegally. And the court will look into it. Actually, that's why Orlov was fired from the company, because he began to act non-transparently.

- What damage did Idea Fix Media receive from these unapproved loans, according to the audit?

— We have filed lawsuits with the Moscow Arbitration Court for a total amount of more than 100 million rubles. I'm afraid to make a mistake, it seems to be 107 million rubles. These are loans in favor of legal and individuals.

— But, if now Orlov is fired, then from whom in your own subsidiary do you want to claim damages?

- We are suing Idea Fix Media as one of the shareholders, and, as far as I know, the second shareholders of the company (VBT Group JSC join this lawsuit. They have already stated this in court. The lawsuit was not drawn up against Orlov personally , but according to the results of his activities in the "Idea Fix Media". Who will pay, let the court sort it out. Probably, these will be the companies to which he distributed loans.

“We repeatedly urged the team to negotiate”

- Also in the Moscow Arbitration Court there are claims from Fest Hand Media against Ural Pelmeni Production LLC. You demand to return to your company the right to dispose of the archival recordings of the performances of the "Ural dumplings" on STS. How did it happen that this right, which previously belonged to Idea Fix Media, passed to Ural Pelmeni Production?

- Evgeny Orlov, taking advantage of his position, withdrew the licensing rights for all concerts from Idea Fix Media in favor of the Ural Pelmeni Production company, where he later became the general director. He also did not coordinate this action with the shareholders of Idea Fix Media. You see, the actors, the scriptwriters, and the production company that produced the show have the rights to record these concerts. It is necessary to agree on the procedure for the use of these rights. And we repeatedly urged the team to these negotiations when disputes began between us. But Orlov decided to act in his own way.

- Sergey, none of your companies is in any way connected with the Ural dumplings. Why do you need the rights to record their concerts? You just don't want to miss out on the potential profit you can make from another sale of these archives on TV?

We want legitimacy! Audiovisual works must belong to those who produced them. How can people who did not do anything as producers for the show, can claim and, moreover, take the fruits of someone else's labor? It's not fair. And, yes, of course, it's a matter of business.

- It turns out that Yevgeny Orlov, in your words, performed all the illegal actions being your subordinate. In fact, all the machinations you are talking about, he carried out under your nose. How could you not notice this?

“I don’t go with him all the time! He acted by proxy. Evgeny Orlov was responsible for this. The founders look at the reports once a year. Yes, we gave the company some recommendations, worked on it strategic development. And he ran the business.

Is there any personal conflict between you and Evgeny Orlov? He used to work for you, then, as you say, he committed these frauds, now he works for opponents.

- When Orlov worked as a manager at Idea Fix Media, he also received his income. At some point in time, Orlov began to claim bonuses (profit. From the income of the production, which did not depend on him. The shareholders deprived him of part of the bonuses, which he was terribly offended and told me: "I'll arrange it for you." I think that's why he made such a revolution between us.

“It would be great to prescribe everything, as in a marriage contract”

- Let's go back to that period of the Ural dumplings, when you were still the director. Why did you only have a charter in your company, but didn’t conclude corporate agreements, written partnership agreements between the actors-shareholders? After all, then none of the artists could be guided by their idea of justice. Potential steps for each of you would have been agreed in advance.

- The "Ural dumplings" was then still minimal activity. We did not burden ourselves with additional documentation. But, probably, it would be great if we concluded them and prescribed everything, as in a good marriage contract. But when people begin joint activities, they do not always think about how they will need to part.

- But, by the way, that is why in 2016 there was a conflict with your dismissal from the Ural dumplings. The artists could not fire you legally, because for this, according to the charter, your consent was also needed. And if you were going to leave the team anyway, why did you prove the illegality of your dismissal through the court? Is it a matter of principle?

- I was fired illegally, without even notifying about the meeting. I had to return to the post of director of Ural Pelmeni in order to accept the combined trademark Ural Pelmeni from the Fest Hand Media company. The situation is this: the text of the trademark (the name of the team. came up with the team, its graphic image— Fest Hand Media design team. As a producer, it was just convenient for me that these trademarks were united in a production company, that is, in Fest Hand Media. When there was a discord in the team, Fest Hand Media decided to give the guys a trademark so that they could use it. But the guys themselves just didn’t want to take it. That is, they used it, but they wanted to get it only through the court. Therefore, I had to prove that I was fired illegally, return to the position of director at Creative Association Ural Pelmeni LLC and accept a trademark. After that I left.

The official group of "Ural dumplings" in the social network "VKontakte"

That is, instead of solving everything peacefully, the guys sued me, as if I had once illegally appropriated a text trademark. But that's not the case. When I was a producer, I combined a text trademark with a graphic one for the collective. And, when our relationship ended, I did not prevent the guys from using it further. I gave away the trademark for only 2 rubles. And they still try to take away the trademark, which they already own, through the court! The decision has entered into force and there is no subject of dispute. They have a sign. All the courts are only for the sake of media hype, for the sake of pressure on me to withdraw my claims from the arbitration court. It is obvious.

- You know, from the outside, this story looks absurd, really.

“But it is. Word by word.

- Over the past week, a lot of materials have appeared in the media that you left your wife with three children, accumulated a debt of about 1.5 million rubles in alimony. This is true?

- These are dirty fake articles, not supported by facts. Yes, my wife and I separated a long time ago, and all property issues have been resolved with us. But as soon as we (the Fest Hand Media company) filed two big lawsuits for the illegal actions of Yevgeny Orlov, these dirty articles from the waist down immediately appear in the media. What do you think this is for? Moreover, Orlov’s representatives , they threaten me with criminal cases.Obviously this is pressure to refuse the courts!

- One way or another, but the story of your relationship with the "Ural dumplings" is over. What is Fest Hand Media doing now?

- Life at the "Ural dumplings" has not ended. We are doing other projects.

Sergei Netievsky handed over a disputed trademark to Ural dumplings for two rubles

- Which for example? Are you currently producing any show that is comparable in income to Ural Pelmeni?

It's still a trade secret. I would not like to speak. There are projects that we are working on.

- A trade secret is a specific figure. It's not about that.

- So far, Fest Hand Media does not have such a big project as Ural Pelmeni, but there are others that we are developing. After all, the show "Ural dumplings" became successful and profitable only three years later.

- Do you think your reunion with former colleagues and friends is still possible?

- We talked for a year and a half, talked. As you can see, nothing has happened yet. I doubt very much that a reunion is possible when "weapons sellers" are next to the guys. I am ready to negotiate in order to leave disputes in the past and for everyone to move forward in their own direction. This is the most correct way out. No need to cling to the past.

A faithful wife, a caring mother and a desperate housewife ... Such Stefania-Maryana Gurskaya was remembered by all fans of the Ural dumplings. In the popular show, the girl was a serious competitor to all comedians. But this was not enough for Stephanie-Maryana, and now she decided to conquer a new peak - from January 9, the actress can be seen on TNT in the series "Civil Marriage".

FROM "Dumplings" I GONE TO ANYWHERE

- Stefania-Maryana ... How do you like Stefania or Maryana more?

I understand that two names are not very common in Russia. Of course, it is correct to address by full name: Stefania-Maryana. But friends and relatives call me differently. Some call me Maryana, others Stefa. I like both names.

The audience remembered Stefa for her roles in "Ural dumplings" Photo: Stefania-Maryana Gurskaya's personal archive

- How did it happen that everyone has one, and you have two names at once?

I was born in Ukraine on Saint Stephen's Day and when I was baptized, they named me Stephanie according to the Catholic calendar. And mom and dad decided to give a name on their own and called Maryana.

Stefania-Maryana, you devoted two years to the Ural dumplings. And why did you suddenly decide to leave there when the show is at the peak of its popularity?

For six months I dreamed of starring in the series. To be honest, from the "dumplings" I went nowhere. There were suggestions that I quarreled with the team ... But I just left because I realized that this was the ceiling. I can't jump any higher in the show. It was a bold move for me, but I believed in myself. As they say: you need to get rid of something old in order for something new to come. "Ural dumplings" is a very high start, but you always need to move and develop further. And it so happened that two weeks after leaving, an agent called me and invited me to audition for the series “Civil Marriage” on TNT. And I got approved right away!

In the series "Civil Marriage" on TNT, Stefa played the girlfriend of the main character. Photo: TNT

- It means that you are a good actress. But you don't have a professional education...

Indeed, I have no acting education. To be honest, I'm not going to go to school. I am sure that the best experience a person receives directly during work. There are many beautiful and talented actors without education. What matters is what you can and can do. And 150 professional actresses auditioned for my role in the series!

ON DATES HERSELF INVITED

- Your character in the series is different from those married ladies who had to play before?

My Anya does not develop relationships with men at all. She herself steers the process, calls for dates. By the way, I was the same until I met my boyfriend Sergei.

- That is, you also had to invite on dates?

Yes. If I liked the boy, then I looked after him. Of course, she didn’t give flowers (laughs), but she did various surprises. One boy, for example, had breakfast on the roof (laughs). Then I met Serezha. We played with him in KVN. At first they were just friends, and then they started dating. He was the first to take care of me. But everything was mutual.

The series focuses on the relationship between a man and a woman. And before that, you still had a whole team consisting of successful men. I'm talking about Pelmeni. Sergei jealous?

My Seryozha himself is successful! He is a very intelligent person and a talented architect. He designed the airport in Perm, bars in Yekaterinburg. Why should he be jealous of the success of other men? The only thing Serezha joked was that he dislikes scenes with Brekotkin when we played spouses (laughs) But I miss our numbers with Dima. And if it will be necessary to play with Brekotkin again, then I am in favor with both hands!

- Looking at how convincingly you played a wise wife, it's hard to believe that you are only 25 ...

It really pisses me off (laughs). But I understand why this happens. After all, I worked in a team where all the participants are 20-25 years older than me! Just imagine! And I played their wives there. Of course, people will perceive me as older. But on TNT, I finally played the heroine of my age. Hooray!

- Have you tried to bring our Ural flavor into the image of your heroine?

Everyone heard my Ural dialect and immediately asked where I was from. In Moscow, because of the series "Real Boys", everyone immediately thinks that I am from Perm, since I say so. When my agent Leroy and I just met and had not yet started working, the first thing she said was that we needed to cut the conversation. But I didn't do it, to be honest. Then time passed, and somehow I was invited to shoot one project. There, everyone was delighted with the way I speak and told me not to take my accent away for anything. In general, now this is my chip.

ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU WANT

An amazing coincidence. On December 19, when there was a pre-premiere show in Moscow, it was 4 years since Serezha and I were together. And January 9, the day of the premiere, is my birthday. Double holiday. For the second year in a row I plan to throw a noisy party, but the day before I decide that I don’t want anything like that. And just spend time with my loved ones. You must always do what you want. Especially on your birthday. If I want to lie in front of the telly all day, I will!

My heroine in the TV series “Civil Marriage” herself calls everyone on dates, like me, says the actress Photo: TNT

- Do you plan to move to Moscow?

I will definitely move. My young man and I want to develop. And Moscow is an excellent platform for this. There is room to grow and move. The only thing is that there is no urgent need to move yet, we will settle all matters in Yekaterinburg and move quietly.

Watch the series "Civil Marriage" from Monday to Thursday at 20:00 on TNT

Sergei Alexandrovich Netievsky is a Russian actor, TV presenter, screenwriter, general producer of Idea Fix Media, a former member of the Ural Pelmeni KVN team.

Childhood and youth

Born on March 27, 1971 in the village of Basyanovsky, Verkhnesaldinsky district. Here he received his secondary education at school number 12. After graduation, he entered the Ural Polytechnic Institute. In 1993 he graduated from it and received an engineering diploma with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Sergei Netievsky is considered one of the most mysterious members of the Ural Pelmeni team, part-time director of a TV show on the STS channel, concert host and actor. His biography is full of interesting events related to participation in "Dumplings" and work on television. After graduating from the Polytechnic University, he combines participation in KVN with work as a director in a hardware store.

The popularity of "Ural dumplings" grew rapidly. The team actively toured, preparing for performances required not only time, but also responsibility. Netievsky had to make a choice between a job that promised a business career and participation in a popular show. The artistic nature of Sergei Netievsky chose the club of the cheerful and resourceful.

Creation

The year 1995 becomes a landmark for the team, when the Ural dumplings take part in the festival in Sochi. Unexpectedly for themselves, they get into a gala concert and into the Major League of KVN following the results of the festival.

Sergei Netievsky with the team "Ural dumplings"

The period from 1995 to 2000 is complex and eventful, filled with creativity. In 1995, "Ural dumplings" dropped out of 1/8. In 1996, they are already in the 1/4, but they lose again, and in 1997 they finished the season in 1/8. In the semi-finals of 1998, the Urals lost to the future champions - "Children of Lieutenant Schmidt". At this time, Sergey makes a difficult decision: he quits his job in the store and becomes the manager of the team.

2000 becomes a triumphant year for Pelmeni. Overcoming all stages, they win and become the best in the Major League, having received the unofficial status of "the last champion of the twentieth century."

In 2002, the team receives the KVN Summer Cup (the team participates in the Cup games three times - in 2001, 2002 and 2003). In 2001, Sergei made his debut as an actor, starring in a comedy series on television called "Outside native square meters."

The team achieves significant success by participating in the “Voicing KiViN” in Jurmala. In 2002 they become the owners of the Big KiViN in Gold, in 1999 and 2004 - the Big KiViN in Light, and in 2005 and 2006 - the Big KiViN in Dark.

In 2007, as part of the Ural Dumplings, Sergey participates in the game between Asia and Europe. The result was a draw. In the same year, in September, he becomes a producer and presenter on the TNT channel. A new comedy sketch show is coming out called Show News. The program was prepared by the creative team of the Ural dumplings commissioned by the Comedy Club Production.

In 2009, the STS TV channel aired its own show "Ural dumplings" called "Burn it all ... with a horse!". The first official release took place in Moscow. Sergei Netievsky was remembered by viewers for his vivid images - a buxom teacher Malvina Karlovna, one of the trio of mosquitoes, the head of a typical Russian family on vacation.

In 2011, a new project, Unreal Stories, was launched on the STS TV channel, with Sergey becoming the creative producer. The format of the project is a sketch show with a constant storyline and characters. Sergei gets used to the role of the lazy tramp Peter, begging for alms from merchants passing by. In parallel with this, he acts as a screenwriter for the popular comedy "Freaks", which is beloved by the audience.

As an artist, Sergei Netievsky participated in the show program "The Beard is Wrinkled", where he performed in a duet with the team "Not Guys" with the vocal number "Acquaintance at the Bar".

In the fall of 2012, the MyasorUpka competition project was released on the STS TV channel, in which groups of 2-5 people participate with numbers for 3-5 minutes in the style of the Dumplings sketches. In each round, the jury screens out the participants, and the winners receive 500 thousand rubles. Sergey is not only the producer and jury member of this show, but also the creator and mentor of the teams.

The Best of Sergei Netievsky

In May 2013, Netievsky became a jury member of the Creative Class project, an analogue of the English mental show Nation's brightest for schoolchildren.

On November 8, 2013, the anniversary concert of the "Ural dumplings" took place in the Kremlin Palace under the name "20 years in the dough!".

In 2013-2014 Sergey is studying directing and screenwriting courses. Thus, he plans to make a long-standing dream come true to make a feature film with the participation of "Ural dumplings". Engaged in the development of a sitcom on a family theme, conducts post-production of a documentary about the twenty-year history of a popular team. But so far, Sergei's filmography consists of only one picture "Monsters on the Island 3D", in the dubbing of which the artist participated in 2013.

In March 2014, the pilot episodes of "Show from the Air" will start - a 100% improvisational project in which the presenter communicates with the audience. Sergey acts as a producer and TV presenter of the program. His co-host is .

At the end of 2015, Netievsky disappears from the screen, and in the latest episodes of the Ural dumplings show, he takes the place of the leader. The team team surprised fans with a scandal that erupted within the creative association.

It was not possible to get an answer from the producer himself, why he left the Ural dumplings, since Sergey did not answer calls. According to Sergei's colleagues, he was "kicked out for stealing." The financial conflict led to the collapse of the team. Netievsky still lives in Moscow, is the owner of Idea Fix Media and produces series.

Personal life

Information appeared in the media that Netievsky was also in a relationship closer than friendly, but these rumors were not confirmed. Sergei's personal life developed successfully. In the early 2000s, the actor had a family, his beloved wife Natalya and children. He has three children: Timofey (2002), Ivan (2005) and Maria (2007).

He is interested in computers, cars, yoga and travels around India. Natalia does not work, she takes care of the house and children. Sergei does not like to advertise family life, even on a page in "Instagram" placed not family photos, and photographs with participants in projects in which Sergey participates. The artist's height is 182 cm, and the weight does not exceed 85 kg.

In 2015, Netievsky changed his marital status. On June 22, Sergei and Natalia divorced. The wife stayed in Yekaterinburg with the children, and the producer went to Moscow to build a new life.

Sergei Netievsky now

In 2016, Sergei Netievsky began cooperation with the Moscow 24 TV channel, where his author's project The Ear of Moscow was broadcast, and a year later the News-Battle Prevention program was released. On "STS" Sergey appeared in the show "One Hundred to One". The production project of Netievsky was the program "League of Improvisations", which he launched in 2017.

Netievsky participated in the Multimir festival for children, which took place in the summer of 2017 on the territory of the VDNKh pavilions.

Even before the divorce, the humorist began to invest in the purchase of real estate and cars. At the time of departure to the capital of Russia, Sergey's fleet consisted of several executive cars and a BMW motorcycle. In Moscow, in a house on Pogonny passage, more than one apartment was bought from Netievsky. Along with the main business, Sergey became a co-owner of the LOS ISLAND fitness club. Such expenses, incommensurable with the earnings of colleagues in the Ural dumplings, who live much more modestly than their former leader, may have prompted the idea of stolen millions. According to them, KVNshchiki sued the producer.

The trial took place in early 2018. Sergei was charged with misappropriation of 28 million rubles earned by broadcasting episodes of the Ural dumplings show. While the rest of the project participants and its co-founders, owners of equal shares creative association, received a salary, Sergei Netievsky allegedly appropriated all the profits. But Netievsky's lawyers managed to convince the judges of the legality of his actions.

The Yekaterinburg Arbitration Court sided with the producer. The recognition of Sergei Netievsky as the resigned head of the show was declared invalid, and subsequent directors were declared illegitimate. Now Sergey Netievsky maintains relations only with Yulia Mikhalkova. The rest of the Ural dumplings colleagues prefer not to communicate with the producer because of the protracted conflict.

Yekaterinburgers, who chose orange shirts as their uniform, gathered in 1993 at the base of student construction teams of the Ural Polytechnic Institute. There were 12 of them, like apostles - Andrey Rozhkov, Dmitry Brekotkin, Dmitry Sokolov and others. Sergey Svetlakov was taken from the Park of the Current Period team. In 1994 Sergei Netievsky came. They created a combined team of USTU-UPI, called themselves "Ural dumplings", began to play in KVN and won in 2000 major league. Then they took a few cups and began to think about continuing the path.

It was then that Sergei Netievsky took over the control of the ship. Everyone considered him a good ship captain, a person who could promote and sell the project on TV. Both Sergey Isaev, who later replaced Netievsky, and Dmitry Sokolov, and Dmitry Brekotkin said in unison that it was not in vain that Sergey pupated into the producer of the team.

It was his idea to go to TNT with the idea of the show. The humorous project "Show News" did not last long and was a failure, but it was this bad experience that allowed the guys to sit on the STS channel for a long time.

Live for profit

"Ural dumplings" put together a serious composition and began to shy away concert programs. In 2009, they were invited by STS. More precisely, it was Sergei Netievsky who did not abandon his attempts to sell the project - and he did it super-successfully. The team began recording shows right at their concerts. Not too multi-layered, but understandable humor, interactive with the audience in the hall, recognizable faces - that's the whole secret of success. Plus, Pelmeni continued to tour. 130 people (!) are working on the show - authors, directors, film crew, make-up artists ...

In 2013, Ural dumplings soared to 15th place on the Forbes list. And where there are large sums, there are big conflicts. Alas, even among old friends.

Deep in court

In 2015, the team was suddenly headed by Sergey Isaev. The revolution passed without bloodshed. After all, ten participants in the Ural dumplings are the founders of the project - here. It turned out that by the time of the change of power in Pelmeny, Netievsky single-handedly organized the tour of the team - he was general producer Idea Fix Media and founder of First Hand Media. These are the companies that produced the projects of "Ural dumplings" and were engaged in touring activities team. All income from TV shows came to the piggy bank of these firms. The key claim was this: Netievsky "received income from the sale of the show to TV channels, hiding it from the team for three years."

Producing work is a huge job on the production of the show! And the guys did nothing as producers

But the displaced producer is not at all embarrassed by this. “As if everything that the production company and I, as a producer, earned, had to be shared with the team! Sergei Netievsky is surprised. — Producing work is a huge work on the production of the show. The guys did nothing as producers. The team performed the functions of actors and screenwriters, so the production company entered into contracts with them, as with actors and authors. And they got paid for every episode of our show."

Pelmeni lawyer Yevgeny Orlov assured that the ex-producer stole "not a fundamentally huge amount, several million rubles." Netievsky went on a retaliatory attack - to the court. He stated that he was removed, firstly, without a quorum of votes and, secondly, not notified of the date of the meeting 30 days in advance. The court reinstated the producer in his position and exacted 300 thousand rubles from his former colleagues in his favor - for legal costs. After that, Netievsky was fired again, and he again proved the violation of rights. Realizing that porridge with "Ural dumplings" can no longer be cooked, in the fall of 2016, Sergey left voluntarily.

The team filed a class action lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court and demanded that they retain the rights to the Ural Pelmeni trademark, and not Netievsky. The court refused. After that, Sergey gave the team the right to two trademark"Ural dumplings", asking for a symbolic sum of two rubles.

But the litigation didn't end there.

Because the rights to the performances belong to all the actors of the TV show. However, until 2015, Netievsky was also among them, and after 2015, not. Therefore, the team is trying to negotiate with Sergey how to share the rights, earned capital, website and shares in the project.

Divorce per million

“Now I am producing a program in which teams of “already Muscovites” and “come in large numbers” compete in wit on the Moscow 24 channel,” says Sergey Netievsky. — Together with the Russian Youth Union I am engaged in All-Russian festival STEMs that I want to make a TV show out of. And for a year now, the authors and I have been writing the script for the film "March 9".

"Ural dumplings" also participate in the film process. Not so long ago, whose heroes won 43 million rubles and decided to run away from loved ones so as not to share. Maybe it's hello ex friend. Maybe a symbolic message for everyone.

Be that as it may, Sergei Netievsky now lives alone. He separated from his wife two years ago after 18 years. life together. The producer refutes the information that since the divorce he has accumulated 1.5 million rubles of alimony. He moved his eldest son Ilya to Moscow, the guy goes to school and does not want to return home, as his father assures. The middle son Ivan and daughter Masha live in Yekaterinburg with their mother.

Now Andrey Rozhkov is legally the director of the Ural dumplings.
