Valery Didyulya was born on January 24, 1969 in the city of Grodno, Republic of Belarus. The boy received his first guitar at the age of five as a gift from his mother. His teachers admired his efficiency, and the guy, not paying attention to anything, just improved his game, looking at the great guitarists of his time.

As a teenager, Valery first learned about the existence of various auxiliary devices that allow him to work on a guitar sound. From that moment on, he began to “experiment with sound and guitar”: he put a pickup, a sensor on the guitar, connected the instrument to a self-made amplifier. Together with friends, he attended concerts, watched how they play at weddings.

Didula developed his skills, and at the same time worked on creating an original guitar sound. Very soon, these efforts bore fruit. The musician's compositions began to acquire their unusual sound for the first time. Later, the young man was accepted as the third guitarist in the Scarlet Dawns vocal and instrumental ensemble led by Nikolai Khitrik.

After the collapse of the ensemble, Valery took up sound engineering work in the Grodno song and dance ensemble "White Dew", where they played, sang and danced mainly Polish, Belarusian, Ukrainian, gypsy folk dances and motifs. As part of this team, Didula for the first time went on tour in Europe: in Spain, Italy, Poland, Switzerland.

Valery Didula liked the folk style so much that subsequently notes of folk music constantly sounded in all his later compositions. In Spain, he got acquainted with the flamenco style, the traditional Spanish music and dance style, which influenced his final formation.

Valery Mikhailovich gathered around him a good team of like-minded people, with whom he began touring in Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, and Spain. Active assistance in promoting the young musician during this period was provided by Minsk businessman Igor Bruskin and composer Oleg Eliseenko. On their advice, the musician moved to Minsk and took part in several major concerts and competitions.

Didula's music made a splash everywhere, and therefore very soon received an offer to perform at the international festival "Slavianski Bazaar". The appearance at such a large music forum opened up new prospects for development for Valery. The guitarist was invited to work in Moscow, and already there he began work on his first studio album. Flamenco was released in 2000. This was followed by a clip of the artist.

Soon, many famous Russian musicians began to turn to the talented native of Grodno for help. So in different years Didula worked with Abraham Russo, Kristina Orbakaite, Dmitry Malikov. In 2002, the guitarist's fame was strengthened by the new album "Road to Baghdad", followed by the album "Satin Shores".

As part of the Didula group, he tours the CIS countries, giving about one hundred and twenty concerts annually. Having earned a name for himself in the world of show business, Valery also began working as a producer. With his support, an album by Belarusian musician Igor Dedusenko was released.

Didula is sure that his music has an absolutely special effect on listeners, giving them an extra boost of energy. This fact was subsequently even confirmed by doctors and psychologists. That is why Valery's music is often called therapeutic.

is a completely original Belarusian guitarist whose sincere work is unique throughout the territory of the former USSR. Live instrumental music naturally intertwines with electronic effects, creating its own emotional world. The sound, like a living wave, gently strengthens in the mind, causing the listener to admire and sincere pleasure, which is unlikely to be forgotten.

Interest in the inner world of the creator of musical worlds, as well as in the creative path that the author went through before he appeared on the stage, prompts us to tell the biography of the string genius.

Mom's gift

Valery was born in the west of Belarus in the city of Grodno. Here begins his biography - he received a school education and here for the first time he touched the guitar that his mother gave him. A start was made and the fingers of a talented boy from that time began to look for ways to revive guitar chords. Valery Didula's teachers could not restrain their delight and surprise at such an unbridled craving for guitar art.

Spending 8 hours playing, the boy was also keenly interested in the string idols of our time, trying to learn as much as possible about guitar skills. In adolescence for Didula, the real revelation was the discovery of guitar effects that allow you to transform the sound into completely new musical patterns. We can say that with the beginning of the experiments, the original style of the future legendary guitarist began to emerge, which touched the hearts of millions of listeners with his work. Like a man possessed, he crossed a guitar sound with an electronic one. And soon, the first shoots of his fanatical work began to break through. And all sorts of gadgets, pickups, sensors and other equipment have become constant companions of the guitar virtuoso.

Valery Didula never retreated from his destiny and his first professional performance took place in the composition of the vocal and instrumental group Scarlet Dawns, popular in Soviet Belarus. The ensemble gave concerts wherever possible! Cities, villages, collective farms and other settlements for the first time heard the play of the third guitarist, though as part of a group, but at the same time a full-fledged member of it. The folk style of playing was popular among the countryside listeners, but it was time for the band to fall apart. The reason was the collapse of the USSR, with which new horizons opened up for any activity. Some musicians opened their own business, others left the country, but Didula and here he did not leave his love for music and continued to work with his guitar work.

In the difficult nineties, the musician managed not only to get into the White Dew group, which was an order of magnitude higher in professionalism than the Scarlet Dawns, but also to acquire the skills of a sound engineer, whose position in the group was entrusted to Didula. The performance of the folk songs of Poland, Ukraine and Belarus sounded in the style of "folk" and this added its own special flavor to the work of the guitarist. Later, in his solo performances, folk music repeatedly permeates his compositions, which are intertwined with guitar and electronic sound. It takes the listener on a whole new kind of musical journey.

"White Dew" at that time were in demand not only in the territory of the former union, but also in Western Europe. Having traveled around Poland, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Spain and other countries, the guitarist caught another sound, which harmoniously formed the basis of his work. It was flamenco! The Spanish energy embedded in the guitar rhythms and passages made the musician leave the band at the end of the tour and study a new musical trend for the guitar genius.

The birth of a star

In 2000, the musician finally acquired a fully formed style, which sharply distinguished him from the usual, similar guitar masters. Belarusian-Polish folk motifs, intertwined with house arrangements and hot Spanish flamenco, began to fill the halls with people and the first professional recordings appeared. Gathering a group of musical like-minded people, Valery Didula began to give concerts in Ukraine, Belarus, Poland and Spain, delighting the audience with his unusual and charged playing of his guitar.

Of course, much of the guitarist's progress was made by his musical guardians. Minsk businessman Igor Bruskin and composer Oleg Eliseenko persuaded Didula to move to a more promising Minsk, where all kinds of competitions and concerts rained down on the guitarist's head. The musician's talent was not in doubt, and he received an invitation to perform at the major international festival "Slavianski Bazaar", which gave a powerful impetus to the career of a guitar genius.

After the festival, new horizons opened up for Valery, and soon Moscow opened its doors to Diduli's creativity. The first studio album was recorded in 2000, under the name "Flamenco", and then the first video of the guitarist appeared. Success inevitably fell on Valery Didula and offers of cooperation rained down on him from Russian pop stars. Among the customers were Abraham Russo, Christina Orbakaite, Dmitry Malikov and many other famous artists.

In 2002, the guitarist's new album "The Road to Baghdad" was released, and after it the album "Satin Shores" was born. To date, Didula has nine albums behind her back, each of which is unique and original. The created group, named after the Belarusian guitarist, gives about 120 concerts a year in the CIS countries, invariably delighting the listener with their energetic and sparkling musical colors and compositions.

Having established himself on the musical Olympus, the guitarist also began to engage in production activities, helping, among others, his compatriots. Among Didula's Belarusian protégés is the musician Igor Dedusenko, who released his album with the help of Valery, as well as the blind guitarist Denis Asimovich since childhood.

Music as a science

At the end of the year 2000, Didula continues to experiment with sound, calling his search "sound in sound". Describing this experiment, Valery Didula compares this sound with the "musical 25 frame". According to him, the sound from this effect becomes voluminous and rich, creating a new background for the composition.

The musician himself is sure that such music causes a surge of energy in the listener, which has a very peculiar effect on the mind and drives away bad and disturbing thoughts. Some doctors and psychologists have confirmed this in their observations, calling such music healing.

Soon the autobiography of the musician and his band is expected to appear, expressed in the documentary musical film "Dear of the Six Strings". The film was shot in the magical places of mountainous Abkhazia and tells about the work and everyday life of musicians, accompanied by philosophical and life observations.

The concert, which was released on June 23, 2009 in St. Petersburg at the Oktyabrsky Concert Hall, leads to the release of the album LIVE in Saint-Petersburg. The collector's edition on CD and DVD discs captured a unique and bright with its incendiary energy concert, which was appreciated by St. Petersburg fans of Didula.

February 2010 gives birth to a fresh and bright album called "Aroma". The recording of the album involves special wind instruments, among which is the dudosaks donated on tour. The colors of this album are gentle and airy, like apricot blossom, and immerse the listener in a relaxed atmosphere.

Abroad, the popularity of the musician is also growing. In 2010, together with a Canadian partner, Didula created "DiDuLa Entertainment Inc", which is designed to popularize the guitarist's music in Canada and the USA. The concert company deals with the preparation and implementation of all live and recorded performances of the string virtuoso, as well as the organization of concert tours and media relations. In September 2010, one of the most successful projects of Valery Diduli in the Russian Federation was specially re-released for the West - this is the album "CAVE TOWN OF INKERMAN" ("Cave City of Inkerman").

In the course of interaction with the famous director Alexei Balabanov, Didulya receives an award in the nomination "Best Music for the Film". At the competition "White Elephant-2010" Balabanov's film "Stoker" was exhibited, which included early compositions of the six-string genius.

The Belarusian guitarist does not stop supporting the guitar school of his homeland. So on August 30, 2012, Diduli's production work, Igor Didusenko's album "Prayer" (2012), was released to the world, and in November of the same year, Denis Asimovich's official website was launched.

For Didula himself, 2012 was also a very fruitful year. This year, on December 6, the Quadrosystem company releases a serial album called Ornamental, and at the very beginning of 2013 another work by the guitarist called LIVE in Kremlin (2013) is released. In 2013, the video editing of the concert "Music of the Sun" was completed, which was held live at the State Kremlin Palace on December 08, 2011.

The Didula group is one of the most active instrumental music groups in Russia, which annually give about 120 concerts in Russia, as well as near and far abroad.

Diduli's creativity is not only an entertaining act of show business, but also carries a restorative, harmonious energy at its core! It helps to move away from life's troubles and thanks to this restores emotional balance. Diduli's new concert event called "Music Heals" is a musical spiritual healer that unobtrusively pours a healing instrumental balm into the listener's subconscious, curing diseases that, in fact, are only a reflection of negative thoughts.

Today, the creative world of Valery Diduli is expanding in collaboration with the ex-vocalist of "Rainbow" and "Deep Purple" Joe Lynn Turner. The guitarist also plans to interact with Russian musicians and performers, and symphonic music becomes a new stage of experimentation on the path of this energetic and talented musician.

Valery DiDuLa Career: Musician
Birth: 20.5.1969
Didula was born in the city of Grodno. This Belarusian town is beautiful with its architecture and rich in musical traditions. Nearby are the borders with Poland and Lithuania, resulting in a great cultural interaction. A lot of nationalities live in the city: Poles, Jews, Lithuanians, Belarusians, Russians, Ukrainians. The city is interesting, pleasant, only warm memories remain about it.

DiDuLe's first guitar was given to him by his mother when he was five years old. Interest in the instrument was special, maybe because someone was constantly strumming the guitar in the yard, or maybe because he was drawn to music in general. Like every child, DiDuly had all sorts of record players in childhood, which also had a rather strong impact. With the very first guitar, the first unobtrusive experiments with sound came: a sensor was placed on the guitar, home-made amplifiers were turned on, all sorts of gadgets were made. For DiDuLi, a period of guitar courses began: the teacher showed what chords exist, how to play, what habits and playing techniques exist. This was the beginning, the first steps in mastering the guitar.

The craving for experiments with the guitar was inextinguishable, the boys attended concerts, watched how they play at weddings, and how it all happens in general - it captured and had a serious impact on interests and ideas. DiDula with friends, who were also fond of the guitar, showed each other new achievements, competed, which, of course, pushed, forced them to work hard and keep themselves in suspense. Years passed, experiments continued, the first group appeared. DiDuLyu was taken to the vocal-instrumental ensemble "Scarlet Dawns" as the third guitarist. The ensemble was like dogs of uncut people - an expanded composition, it had its own brass section, keyboard instruments. Concerts were held in collective farms and state farms, and also in the city. Nikolai Khitrik, the permanent head of the ensemble, and service there, gave a healthy skill and important performances. In the process, a little gentleman was filtered out, after which the performances were continued at a local cooperative restaurant. It was an amazing school: six hours of play every sunset of the day, no days off, almost no breaks; various kinds of music were played. This could be called the first serious school, where DiDuLei received basic knowledge and skills of speaking to the public, in addition, the first capital was earned, which he was very proud of, because getting a penny doing what he loves is a dream for anyone.

But the ensemble fell apart, after which for DiDuLi came the sound engineering period of work. He went to the dance ensemble "White Dew" - a very serious, authoritative group in the city of Grodno, which had touring skills and a happy moment. Various music was played, sung and danced, mainly folk dances - Polish, Belarusian, Ukrainian, gypsy. The team was large and versatile, where DiDuLa became a sound engineer - an important and responsible service, and at the same time very interesting. Although during the work I had to learn a lot: how to make a sound, how different instruments sound, how the public generally accepts this or that number. After all, a sound engineer, sitting in a concert hall, feels like no one else what is happening on the stage, what is the reaction of the audience in the hall, which numbers are better received, which are worse, how the sound affects the viewer. Subtle psychological moments of the concert - that's what DiDuLa managed to learn while working in this team. A huge skill was also gained from communicating with the musicians - they were people who went through fire and water, with a powerful academic education, who played folk music like no other. The touring business of the ensemble had a very strong influence on the further work of DiDuLi, for the tours took place both on the territory of our vast motherland and abroad.

With this team, DiDuLa traveled to Europe for the first time - in Spain, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, France, Germany. The diversity of people, the traditions of these countries produced an indelible impression. Working with this team, DiDuLa went to Spain, where he got acquainted with the Flamenco style, a Spanish folk tradition. Although before that he was interested and studied their music, he delved into it, but only in Spain did it become clear to him. The ensemble spent quite a lot of time there, various musical instruments were purchased there. Also during his stay in Spain, DiDuLa arranged street concerts, which gave great skill and hardening.

Working in the ensemble, DiDuLa communicated not only with musicians, but also with dancers and choreographers, because it was a dance ensemble. The first serious composer experiments began there, having a good technological base in the ensemble, DiDuLa began to contribute more or less professionally. His first recordings began to appear there, the first ideas about concerts. First there was cooperation with dancers, then there was an acquaintance with a wonderful guitarist Vladimir Zakharov, a wonderful dancer and choreographer Dmitry Kurakulov. Thus, a dance-musical trio and an excellent concert program were created. The period in "Belye Rosy" was a time of ideas, the atmosphere of the team, communication with interesting people, and tours greatly influenced.

After some time, DiDuLa found out that a competition was being held on Belarusian television, where interesting young performers of various genres were invited. If you overcome the qualifying round, great prospects will open up. He decided to try it, and, having collected things and tools with Dima Kurakulov, he went to another town, where the competition was held. Didula and Dima passed the qualifying round, after which they were invited to shoot. It was a great inspiration, preparation for filming was very serious. To his surprise, having played some of his usual acoustic things, DiDuLa went through the next tour and got to the gala concert. It was a huge victory and success - the dream of a healthy audience came true. In the same place, acquaintances with professional directors and editors took place, they helped, shared their own experience, indicated what one should wish for and in what direction to act. The gifted Belarusian composer Oleg Eliseenkov played an important role in DiDuLi's promotion at the competition. His assistance was without fuss invaluable, his advice - accurate and useful.

But the scope of a sound engineer becomes too narrow for DiDuLi - you want to do what you love - guitar, composition, sound, arrangement, your own author's music. And at the invitation of businessman and pianist Igor Bruskin, he moves to Minsk. Bruskin owns a music salon that sells various instruments. DiDuLa is engaged there in consultations and sales, working with various musical equipment, often travels to Moscow, where, interacting with recording studios, concert halls and other musical organizations where this equipment was supplied, he receives the necessary skill.

Vdruzhban, in the wake of the TV contest, a mini-program was organized at the very large Slavic Bazaar festival, where all the artists who participated in the TV contest were invited. Finally, it became possible to announce oneself more seriously - the festival was broadcast to all CIS countries, and also to Poland, the Baltic states and Bulgaria. This gives DiDula a healthy incentive to continue working in the direction in which she was going, builds a clear position - the work of instrumental music, guitar, guitar aesthetics and all this with a little influence of folk music. Also, DiDuLa tried to mix electronic music to some extent. A visit to the Slavianski Bazaar has remained a good tradition, moreover, after DiDuLa moved to Moscow. This period of time is typical for DiDuLi by working closely with local choreographers, creating unusual and interesting numbers.

But Moscow beckons with its diversity and great prospects. Didula warmly says goodbye to Igor Bruskin and moves to Moscow. At first it was extremely difficult - because the capital is terribly specific - it has its own customs, principles, traditions. For a visitor, this is a completely special and unknown city, other people. But the target, stubbornness in achieving it and faith in luck helped a lot to overcome difficulties. The Arbat segment of time began - performances on the street, but not by a ragged street artist, but by a professional musician with good technique and appearance, the one who played, first of all, for his own pleasure. Here DiDula met many people, including Sergey Kulishenko, at that time he held a high commercial post. Although DiDula was not very easy to get close to strangers, but against the background of the difficulties that arose, a choice had to be made: either call one of those with whom he met, or leave Moscow.

The first person DiDuLya called was Sergei Kulishenko. Sergey wanted to learn how to play the guitar, so DiDuLi got an initial student. Sergey also showed interest in DiDuLi's activities, helped with housing and instruments, paid for the first professional recording at the studio of the wonderful guitarist May Lian. A high-quality home recording studio determined the orientation of DiDuLi's further work. Mei Lian's recording was excellent - eight songs were recorded, technically everything was at the highest level, although artistically - not that. DiDuLa very warmly remembers communication with Mei Lian, a talented guitarist and composer, a good teacher and respected friend. DiDuLa, together with Sergey, began to develop an interrogative motive for creating their own home recording studio, explored the market for musical equipment. A set of equipment was formed, which was installed in Sergey's country house. A serious systematic service began in the field of sound, guitar, exercises, classes, search. An interesting acquaintance with the popular music group Arkady began. It was a fascinating Samara musician, singer, composer; their joint club performances with DiDuLei began.

Through Arkady, I got acquainted with Sergey Migachev - a sound producer, arranger, a person who understands music, familiar with both modern computer and analog technologies. After a year of diligent joint work under the direction and with the help of Sergey Kulishenko, the debut album was recorded and the first video clip "Isadora" was shot. But in major recording companies, DiDuLu was refused: they all argued that instrumental music was not for Russia, that very genre was not interesting. There were no financial opportunities to show their music to a healthy public, which put DiDuLi's company into a dead end and did not inspire optimism. At one of the club concerts, I met Sergei Baldin, a man who is quite famous today, he was interested in music and performance. He invited DiDuLa to meet at the office of the Monolit company, where they could talk about cooperation. The company's management, after listening to the material, then refused to give it much thought. Sergey Baldin's interest was inspiring, and DiDuLa began to focus on performances in clubs. Speaking and analyzing what the audience likes more, DiDuLa was able to correct his album, achieved an interesting, unusual sound from his guitar. At one of the next concerts, DiDuLa was approached by people who invited him to negotiate with the Global Music company. The company became interested in the project and agreed to cooperate. DiDuLi's primary contract was signed. But, unfortunately, the lesson did not go further: for unknown reasons, the group did not show activity in the work.

Six months of cooperation was not in vain: DiDuLa met Timur Salikhov, the director with whom he is currently working. This man is perfect for his job - professional acumen and subtle diplomacy. The contract with Global Music was terminated. After some time, DiDuLe got a call from the Russian Studio, they offered to place one of the compositions in the collection. In the office where the summit was scheduled, DiDuLa was able to talk with Prigogine, a young, quick-witted specialist. He said he was starting a new company, Knox Music, he was interested in new projects and would like to collaborate. It didn't take much thought to answer - DiDuLya agreed. The materials were reviewed, the orientation of further work was discussed and a contract was signed. The shooting of a new video immediately began with the participation of Alla Dukhova's ballet "Todes". The plate, design was prepared; commercials began, the debut album was released. A service was set up to introduce an unusual genre of instrumental music. Video clips began to be shown on television, in addition, DiDuLa took part in the original program of Dmitry Dibrov "Anthropology", where they managed to identify themselves, and talk, and acquaint viewers with the record. After that, more serious sales of the album began.

This period of DiDuLi's work is also associated with acquaintance with stars of truly important magnitude: Placido Domingo, Bryan Adams. The idea of working together with Abraham Russo appears, the goal is to write in a few songs, DiDuLya acts as a composer, arranger and producer. The work is going terribly well in tandem of Sergei Migachev, Abraham Russo and DiDuLi, and is pouring into a large-scale plan. The circle of acquaintances with artists is expanding, young performers are involved in the work, people are bright and interesting. The touring activity is expanding, new cities and clubs are included. During these tours, new instruments are acquired, as well as skills and ideas that benefit creativity.

The album "Road to Baghdad" is born. There are complications in relations with Prigogine and his company "Knox Music". At the same time, there was an acquaintance with Andrei Konchalovsky and shooting DiDuLi in his film "House of Fools". During filming, DiDuLa worked with Bryan Adams, who was still taking part in the film. In the film, DiDuLa played a guitarist, it's easier to say - he played himself. Pirated copies of discs began to appear - of course, the only form of recognition for an artist. At one of DiDyuLi's concerts, Dmitry Malikov invited him to jointly release an instrumental work. DiDuLa agreed, the idea of the work was born quite rapidly, so the composition "Satin Shores" was created. In the same vein, there was cooperation with Christina Orbakaite, a joint composition was born.

The geography of DiDuLi's performances is expanding, the order is getting higher. Participation in TV programs and various concerts continues. There comes a period of more serious concert work and DiDuLa decides to form his own team, his own group. The set begins: a bass player (Yaroslav Oboldin), a keyboard player (Alexander Leonov), a percussionist (Kirill Rossolimo), a sound engineer (Boris Solodovnikov) are invited. The group is rehearsing, a program is being prepared, consisting partly of new, partly of old music, supplemented with new colors. There is a search for his style, the continuation of studio experiments.

Valery Mikhailovich Didula is known for his virtuoso guitar playing. Valery created the DiDyuLya group, tours the world. Musician Valery Mikhailovich Didyulya was born on January 24, 1969 in a Belarusian family living in Grodno. This glorious city is located on the border with Lithuania and Poland, so their culture also had a great influence on the formation of a guitarist.

At the age of 5, Didula receives an original gift from her mother - her first guitar. This helped him discover his love for music. In the city where the musician lived, teenagers in the evenings gathered in large noisy companies in the yards and sang songs with a guitar. Music records had a great influence on the development of Diduli's creativity.

Strumming the guitar was boring for him, so the future star began to experiment. The guitarist used special pickups, amplifiers that he created himself, and other gadgets to get a new sound. Didula studied with a teacher in guitar courses during his school years. The musician studied chords, guitar playing techniques. Education was the first conscious step towards music.

Music

Music captured Didula from the first chords. With friends, the young guitarist often went to concerts, came up with original melodies. Valery joins the Scarlet Dawns vocal and instrumental ensemble. With concerts, the group performed in front of the inhabitants of the city, collective farms. Performances in a cooperative restaurant bring Didula's first earnings.

The ensemble breaks up, so Valery had to look for a new job. He was invited to the White Dew team as a sound engineer. Didula admits that this subsequently had a great influence on his work. The guitarist had an understanding of the psychology and desires of the audience. The artist travels the world with the ensemble. On tour in Spain, Didula gets acquainted with the flamenco style.

Until that moment, the guitarist was in no hurry to delve into the sound of Spanish music. The team spent a lot of time in Spain. Valery even managed to participate in several impromptu street concerts. Work in the ensemble prompted Didula to creative experiments. He had the necessary technical base, which allowed the guitarist to record compositions. Together with the dancer and choreographer Dmitry Kurakulov, he is going to conquer television.

The qualifying round was successfully completed. Valery's skill allowed him to move on to the next stage and take part in the gala concert. The work of a sound engineer is no longer a pleasure for Didula. At this moment, an invitation arrives to move to Minsk from pianist Igor Bruskin. First, Valery works in a music salon as a salesman, regularly visits Moscow, gets acquainted with the owners of recording studios, concert halls, and musical organizations.

Didula took part in the festival "Slavianski Bazaar". The event made him recognizable in the CIS countries, Bulgaria, the Baltic States and Poland. For Valery, a new stage of life begins. The musician tries to combine electronic and folk music. Moving to Moscow was difficult for Didula: it was necessary to quickly get used to local traditions and principles of life. He had serious difficulties. Valery would have had to return home if not for the help of Sergei Kulishenko. He helped the guitarist make professional recordings in the studio. The musician recorded 8 songs. Soon, together with Sergei Didula, he created a home recording studio.

Valery meets sound producer Sergei Migachev. Thanks to his influence and help, Valery creates his debut album, shoots the Isadora video. Despite this success, major record labels did not want to collaborate with the musician. Again and again, Didula worked on the perfect sound of the guitar. Soon he signed a contract with Global Music, but this did not help advance his career as a guitarist.

Timur Salikhov appears in Valery's life. To this day he works as a director of the musician. With Global Music, the contract was terminated and cooperation with Knox Music began. After signing the contract, Didula starts filming a new video with the participation of the Todes ballet. Gradually, the recognition of the guitarist begins to grow, there are more and more tours, new ideas appear, embodied in the album "Road to Baghdad". Didula collaborates with eminent musicians, including. They create the composition "Satin Shores".

In 2014, Didula and Max Lawrence in a duet applied for participation in the Eurovision music contest from Belarus. They prepared a large-scale number that surprised the jury and the audience. The text for the song was composed by the lead singer of the band "Deep Purple". In addition to the musicians, there were dancers on the stage. The choreography included elements of sign language translation.

Despite the fact that the audience chose them, the solo artist Theo entered the competition. The musicians tried to cancel the jury's decision by sending a letter, but all attempts were in vain. Some of Didula's works become hits - these are "The Way Home", "Flight to Mercury". He actively shoots video clips for songs such as "Inkerman Cave City" and "Arabica", "Wind in the Steppe".

Personal life

In the biography of guitarist Valery Diduli, there are not only creativity, but also family scandals. The man was married to the girl Leila. They had a son, and the musician also adopted his wife's daughter from his first marriage. A few years later, Leila and Valery divorced. Didula practically does not communicate with children.

The girl came to the program “We Speak and Show” to talk about what a guitarist is like in real life. It turns out that the man does not pay child support for a long time. Because of this, Leyla and her two children are forced to live in a rented apartment in poverty. The amount of debt exceeds 2 million rubles. The former family of Diduli is in such a desperate situation that the son went out with a poster "Daddy, pay alimony" to the city street.

Didula strongly disagrees with this. His lawyer said that the musician regularly transfers money to children. Valery has no alimony arrears. The artist's friends came to his defense, saying that the guitarist would be happy to take part in the upbringing of older children, even send them to study abroad. True, this will happen if he is allowed to communicate with them. Currently, Valery is married for the second time. The wife works in the musical group "DiDyuLya". The couple had a daughter.

In 2016, the album "Music of Unmade Films" was released, and in 2017 - "Aquamarine". Experiments with the guitar were not stopped.

Valery Mikhailovich Didyulya is a famous Belarusian musician who is the leader of the Didyulya group. Having become a popular person on the Belarusian and Russian stages, Didula found many admirers among our compatriots. Many are interested in knowing the biography of the singer and his marital status. Few people know if the beloved artist has a wife and children. We will tell everything that the press knows about this musician.

The musical performer was born in the city of Grodno on January 24, 1969. Here he went to grade 1 and for the first time picked up the guitar that his mother gave him. Then the little boy did not yet know how cool this gift would change his life.

Teachers studying with Valery were surprised how cleverly the boy handles the guitar. Many even then saw him as a future musician.

As soon as Valery got a guitar, he began to spend all his free time with it. The future musician studied new ways of playing, watched famous performers play, and experimented.

Perhaps it was then that the unusual style of Valery's performance was born. Recall that the compositions performed by Didula are folk and fusion with the influence of the new age style.

First professional steps

Valery decided not to deviate from his dream of becoming a professional musician and tried to do everything possible to be noticed. His efforts were not in vain. The young man was invited to work in the Scarlet Sails group. It was led by Nikolai Khitrik. The group traveled with performances in a variety of cities. A little later, "Scarlet Sails" began to perform in a cooperative restaurant.

The ensemble broke up with the collapse of the USSR. The team members realized that each of them had a wide field for self-expression. It is worth noting that not all members of the "Scarlet Sails" subsequently connected their lives with music. Some started their own business, while others left the country altogether.

Work in the ensemble "White Dew"

Further, the future musical performer "Didulya" connected his biography with the ensemble "White Dew". At that time, Valery did not think about the family - he did not want to have a wife and children. It was important for the artist to fulfill himself professionally.

"White Dew" - an ensemble of the city of Grodno - gave Valery a chance to try himself in a new field of activity. Here he worked not only as a musical performer, but also as a sound engineer.

The band members performed folk songs of Ukraine, Poland and Belarus. In the future, Didula will take the folk-style game as the basis of her solo work.

The ensemble in which Valery worked turned out to be in demand in Western Europe as well. Here the musician discovered a new interesting sound in music - flamenco. When Valery became an independent performer, he often began to use these motives in his songs.

Formation of the singer's own style

In 2000, Valery acquired his own unique style of performing musical compositions. He markedly distinguished him from other musicians playing the guitar.

Valery gathered a group of like-minded people and became a solo artist. His team traveled to many CIS countries. The audience always warmly welcomed Didula. Many found and still find his style of performance really very unusual.

Some sources indicate that Valery had "guardians", without whom he would hardly have been able to break into the big stage. Of course, the man has talent. However, this is sometimes not enough to become recognizable and in demand. Under the patronage of Minsk businessman Igor Bruskin and composer Oleg Eliseenko, Valery moved to Minsk.

Valery Didula with his team "DiDyuLa"

The artist was almost immediately invited to perform at the most famous venues in the city. Valery was also offered to take part in various music competitions, thanks to which he grew up as a professional artist.

Somewhat later, Didula accepted an offer to participate in the Slavianski Bazaar festival. This gave a powerful impetus to the further development of the musician's career.

How the artist's life has changed after the festival

Participation in the "Slavianski Bazaar" dramatically changed the biography of Didula. Now that he was noticed, Moscow opened its doors for Valery. Here the artist was able to find even more opportunities for the realization of musical talent.

The musician recorded his first studio album in 2000. Somewhat later, Didula released his first music video. Many Russian stars wanted to collaborate with Valery. The man understood - here it is, a real resounding success.

In 2002, Diduli's second album was released. Valery called it "The Road to Baghdad". Even later, the album "Satin Shores" was born.

Music as the 25th frame

Valery Didula is known for studying music, like 25 frames. The musician is sure that the sounds that the audience hears can affect their psychological state. Valery has been studying exactly how this happens for a long time. According to the musician, listening to special musical compositions causes a surge of energy that positively affects the human subconscious. In addition, it drives away negative thoughts. This opinion was reached not only by the music performer, but also by some scientists.

Didula's work with foreign performers

Valery Didula works not only with the stars of domestic show business, but also with the stars of foreign scenes. For example, in 2010 Valery managed to establish cooperation with a Canadian partner. Especially for this, he created DiDuLa Entertainment In, which should popularize his music in Canada and the USA.

In addition, for the West, the musician re-released one of his most successful music albums.

How many compilations has the music artist released?

To date, the singer has released three collections, including:

  1. 2003 The Best compilation (also known as "Satin Shores") (Audio CD).
  2. 2006 Grand Collection (Audio CD, MP3 CD).
  3. year 2013. Collection "DiDuLa. Top 100 Songs (MP3 CD)".

It is worth noting that Valery Mikhailovich is known not only as a musical performer, but also as a producer. So far, he has only two such works on his account:

  • 2008: Denis Asimovich - "Hommage to Cheslav Drozdievich".
  • 2012: Igor Dedusenko - "Prayer".

We add that the compositions performed by Didula were used as sound tracks in some domestic films.

What is Valery doing now

Despite the fact that Valery has long been established as a professional musician, he continues to look for ways to express himself in music. The artist wants to bring his game to the possible perfection. Now Didula is writing music that has a positive effect on the health of listeners.

Every year Valery gives more than 120 concerts for his fans. In addition, he releases new albums and produces other musical artists. His work is in demand by listeners and highly appreciated by music critics.

An interesting fact from the life of Diduli - he managed to try himself as an actor. Valery starred in A. Konchalovsky's "House of Fools".

The artist is a very calm and balanced person. Unlike other musicians performing on the domestic stage, Valery never became the hero of gossip and discussion (not counting the case with his ex-wife). He pours out his energy in performances.

Does the artist have a family?

Fans of Didula are interested not only in his creative path, but also in the presence of a family of a musical performer, namely, a wife or children.

The press interprets information about Didula's personal life in different ways. The music artist does not like to talk about marital status. The media, most likely, knows more speculation about the artist's personal life than true facts.

Some sources indicate that Didula was previously married to Leyla Khamrabaeva. In this marriage, the artist had a son and a daughter. A little later, the couple broke up. However, Leila still cannot come to terms with the fact that the once beloved man left her. The woman wants to get as much child support as possible. Leyla spreads the word that Valery did not give a single penny for his son and daughter. In fact, the performer pays for a comfortable life for his children and ex-wife.

In 2016, several articles appeared in the press on Diduli's marital status. Journalists wrote that Leila was invited to take part in the filming of the program “We Speak and Show”, where she told how she lives in complete poverty. According to Valery's ex-wife, the man refuses to pay child support. Layla barely makes ends meet. She lives with her children in a rented apartment and barely provides for her son and daughter. According to 2016 data, Didula has to pay 2 million 300 thousand rubles to his ex-wife. It is possible that today this amount has increased significantly.

Lawyers argued that Valery fully repaid the "debt" to his ex-wife. They insisted that Didula was clean before the law. Allegedly, in fact, Leila appropriates the amounts of transfers received from the musician to herself, exposing the artist in a negative light.

What is happening in Diduli's personal life now

Now Valery has a new family. His new wife's name is Evgenia. She sings in Diduli's group. Valery calls his beloved a muse. He says that this girl inspires him to new musical works. It is known that in a marriage with Evgenia, Valery had a daughter. Didula is happy with his new family.

It is not known how Evgenia reacts to the ex-wife of the music artist. Since the man has children from a previous marriage, he probably wants to communicate with them. Fans of Didula are wondering if this fact from Valery's biography confuses his new wife. After all, many women do not like it when their husbands devote a lot of time to their previous family. Evgenia prefers to remain silent about this. The interview with her did not appear in the media at all. Unfortunately, the press could not find out more detailed information about the wife of the musical artist.

Now Valery is not ready to openly tell the fans how he lives with Evgenia, and also where they met this girl. It is possible that they were connected by a love of music and work. It is worth noting that information about the marriage of a musical artist did not appear in the media. Perhaps Valery and Evgenia live in a civil marriage.
