Krutoy's holding, ARS Records, becomes its owner. Five years later, A. Usmanov buys 75 percent of the shares of Muz-TV.

In 2008, the logo changes again and new TV programs are added. At this time, A. Kurenkov, known for the sports "7TV", is engaged in the design.
