From 23 to 25 March, I participated in the 5th International Conference on HIV/AIDS in Eastern Europe and Central Asia organized by UNAIDS. It was led by the assistant to the chairman of the Russian government, the former chief sanitary doctor Gennady Onishchenko. One day Brezhnev appeared there.
