Foreword

I was born a weak child, I was very often and very sick. The doctors diagnosed me with intestinal tuberculosis and lymphatic inflammation of the apex of the lung, and one well-known doctor sentenced me to death, telling my parents: "This man, to my deep regret, will never reach the age of 20 years."
And indeed, among my peers, I was the most sickly, but all the less I felt more capable, more intelligent and more purposeful than other children of my age. The more I suffered from the fact that morbidity did not allow me to realize all my abilities and aspirations. More than anything, I wanted what was not available to me: I passionately thirsted for health. I practiced swordsmanship and visited the temple for religious meditation. But nevertheless, the diseases did not leave me, I suffered greatly both physically and spiritually, and more and more lost weight.
When it came time to choose a profession, I decided to go to the General Technical School. My family reasoned that the profession of a civil engineer was most suitable for a person with such fragile health. I agreed. But here, too, diseases got in my way. I realized that I could not achieve anything in life if I did not strengthen my health. This task has become a matter of life and death for me. It was then that I began to collect knowledge in which I was looking for the answer to the question: how to become healthy?
I began to apply all sorts of advice and recommendations on myself. At that time, Fletcher's book on nutrition was very popular. Fletcher argued that in order to get the maximum nutrition, food must be thoroughly chewed. In addition, I learned that the best healer for a person is nature itself. It is the foundation of life and health. Then it was a revelation for me. After all, the doctors who treated me fought only with my illness, and from Fletcher's book I learned how to improve my health in general.
I began to follow Fletcher's advice, chewing food thoroughly, removing all parts that are difficult to digest, peeling even fruits. But soon I became prone to gluttony, and I was tormented by constipation, accompanied by a severe headache.
I continued to study the literature and soon realized why I suffer from my diseases: any undigested food accumulates in the large intestine, creating a breeding ground for bacteria that release toxins. These substances, getting into the blood, are carried throughout the body and cause disease. So I came to the conclusion that food can not only build the body, but also destroy it.
The next thing I read was Sinclair's writings on the hunger cure. It was then that I first had the idea of a connection between the intestines and the brain, an idea that was later developed in my theory. In dealing with this issue, I drew attention to the works of scientists on the circulation of blood. From the work of Professor Sepp of Moscow University "Dynamics of blood circulation in the brain" I learned that cerebral hemorrhage occurs, as a rule, as a result of inflammation of the ears, and inflammation of the ears - due to diseases of the throat. The throat begins to hurt when the kidneys do not perform their functions. Violation of the functions of the kidneys and skin leads to liver disease. The beginning of this whole chain of misfortunes is the poor functioning of the intestines.
I also learned that inside the dilated blood vessels of the brain, even in healthy people, there are at least 23 groups of various harmful bacteria, but they do not cause damage to the body. But this means that the body must also have some kind of defenses that can withstand attacks from outside!
I began to look for information about these protective forces of the body. I studied the effect of constipation on brain function and as a result came to the idea of a new method of treating the mentally ill.
After a long study of the problems of blood circulation, I created my own concept of blood flow in the human body, which is fundamentally different from the generally accepted one. Superficial veins in the skin form what can be called the peripheral heart, what is necessary for blood circulation, what keeps us healthy. Since it is the blood vessels that are responsible for our health and blood circulation, it means that they need to be strengthened, renewed and restored. To do this, I offer special exercises and contrast air baths.
I knew that fasting therapy had been practiced since ancient times. Jews, Christians, Buddhists, Confucians in China, and priests in Japan fasted. The Roman physician Asklepiades advised abstaining from food, drinking only water, and enjoying nature as a cure. Recommended hunger instead of drugs and the Greek historian Plutarch. Fasting treatment has also entered my system.
What happens in the body during fasting? The immediate result of fasting is to create a vacuum in the part where the venule meets the capillaries. And the capillary vacuum is, after all, the driving force behind blood circulation. Since a vacuum is a force, and starving means creating a vacuum, by fasting we revive the motive power of the entire human body. However, I never considered fasting a panacea, I followed the path of creating a health system that includes such a method as fasting.
Step by step, I followed my own path to health. I began to understand how my body works and what needs to be done to feel healthy. Gradually, people suffering from various diseases began to come to me for advice. Trying to understand the causes of certain diseases, I came to the conclusion that there are no separate diseases, it is impossible to treat a separate organ, because the body is a single whole. I began to create the principles of a new medicine based on the use of the healing powers inherent in the body of nature itself.
In addition, I realized that it is necessary to fight for the preservation of people's health, and I began to propagate my views. My search for new methods of healing coincided with the emergence of the natural hygiene movement in America. I took an active part in this movement. Natural hygiene has become an alternative to medicinal medicine, proclaiming an integrated approach to human health and the study of the laws of life.
Having seriously studied medicine, anatomy, physiology, bacteriology, psychology, philosophy, the practice of various religions, I can say that for the health of the whole organism it is necessary to put in order first of all the physical state, then chemical and bacteriological indicators, and then the mental state.
I believe that diseases develop due to four causes: changes in the skeleton, internal organs, general waters of the body (blood, lymph, other fluids) and a decline in mental strength. And not the treatment of a single disease, but only a comprehensive recovery of the whole organism can defeat diseases.
My wellness system did not appear immediately. Gradually improving my methods and selecting the best of what is already known to mankind, I created what I can call the Health System. I made it public when I was 44 years old. That was the average life expectancy of a Japanese in those days. Years have passed since then, and although in childhood I was predicted to die early, thanks to my System I managed to maintain good health.
After the publication of my theory, people began to come to me from all over the world. I finally left my position as Chief Engineer of the Tokyo Metropolitan Subway and devoted myself entirely to what has now become my life's work - health issues.

health rules
Where is the main motor of blood

At first glance, the question posed in the title of this chapter may seem strange. From anatomy textbooks, we know that the main pump that moves blood through the vessels is the heart. It drives blood enriched with nutrients and oxygen through the arteries to each cell where metabolic processes take place: cells receive nutrients and give away waste material so that it can be removed from the body.
The reverse flow of blood is carried out through the veins. It carries decay products from all cells and fills the heart through the right atrium. Filled, the heart contracts and ejects the blood flow into the right ventricle, which, in turn, contracts, sends blood to the lungs, where it is cleansed, enriched and sent back to the heart under the influence of oxygen. Having reached the left atrium, it enters the left ventricle, and from there it again spreads through the arteries, bringing life to all organs.
Nutrition of cells is carried out through the smallest vessels - capillaries. The blood flowing through them carries oxygen, vitamins, fats, carbohydrates, mineral salts to the cells, it also carries away decay products. The capillaries contain only 5% of the entire blood of the body, but it is in them that the main function of blood circulation is carried out - the exchange of substances between blood and tissues.

The capillary is 50 times thinner than a human hair, and the myriad cells of our body are wrapped in a network of capillaries, like the thinnest cobweb. The total length of all capillaries is almost an astronomical figure: 60-90 thousand kilometers! Where does the strength come from the heart, the only pump in the human body, as is commonly believed, to push blood through this truly cosmic and extremely thin vascular network?

Modern research shows that the power of the heart is only enough to push blood to the capillaries. The heart ejects blood into the aorta at a pressure of 120-140 mm Hg. But this pressure is spent on overcoming the friction of the narrow walls of the vessels. In the capillaries, the pressure drops to 10-15 mm Hg, and this is clearly not enough to complete the vicious circle of blood circulation.
Imagine a ball that rolls along a flat road, losing speed, and finally stops before some kind of rise. In order to overcome the rise, he needs additional strength. Also, to raise blood from the capillaries of the lower extremities, much more pressure is required: 60-100 mm Hg. Thus, it is obvious that the energy of the heart alone is not enough to raise the venous blood. However, it safely rises through the veins and reaches the heart. What's the secret?
It is simple and difficult to solve at the same time. I offer the following clue: the main engine of blood is located not in the heart, but in the capillaries! I will consider the heart only as a regulator of blood flow, while the movement itself is inherent in the capillaries.
To understand why I have come to these conclusions, one must first understand the structure and function of arteries and veins. It is known that they are different, but it is worth dwelling on this difference in more detail.
The artery, which has a thick and elastic cover, which has the ability to expand and stretch, resembles a suction tube. A vein, which has a thinner wall and a valve that prevents backflow of blood, on the contrary, resembles a suction tube. Obviously, the pump is placed between these two tubes. However, unlike an ordinary pump, in the human body one end of the artery and vein joins the heart, the other - to the capillaries. And the question immediately arises: where is the pump, in the heart or in the capillaries? Of course, in the capillaries! There is no alternative, since we know that the artery corresponds to the suction tube and the vein to the suction tube. If the heart is a pump, then we come to the wrong conclusion: it turns out that it pushes blood through the suction tube (that is, through the artery), and drives it in through the suction tube (that is, through the venous).
So, knowing the device of the pump and assuming that the blood is sucked by the capillaries through the artery, we understand why the artery resembles exactly the suction tube in its structure and functions.
In addition, if the heart did act as a pump, then only its right chambers would participate in this process, since the left ones do not have the ability to contract. They are associated with the arterial system, which is able to stretch. This means that the heart performs a dual function: both stretching and contracting. Contraction is performed with the right half, stretching with the left. Thus, the main engine of blood is in the capillaries, and the secondary one is in the venous system and in the right heart chamber.
I must say that I am not alone in my conclusions about capillaries. I know the modern works of Russian doctors - A. Speransky and A. Zalmanov, who also paid special attention to the role of capillaries in stimulating the body's protective resources.
In his famous book "The Secret Wisdom of the Body" Zalmanov puts forward the idea of "capillary therapy", arguing that capillary diseases underlie every disease process.
When creating my theory, I relied, among other things, on the conclusions made by this famous Russian doctor. In addition, I used A. Krogh's research on the physiology of capillaries (he received the Nobel Prize for this work), as well as Laubry's report on the mechanism of blood circulation, which he made at the French Academy in 1930. He argued that the heart is not the only engine of blood and that it only has the power to move blood forward through the artery to the capillary system, and the vein acts as a second heart, providing venous movement of blood, that is, the return to the heart.

Capillarotherapy

Blood is life - so it is said in the Old Testament. Indeed, every cell receives nourishment from the blood, but only pure, healthy blood circulating freely in the body can create healthy cells. The good functioning of the heart depends on the quality and quantity of blood supplying the heart muscles and valves. The functions of the eyes and ears are also supported by a proper supply of pure blood. The same applies to the brain, bones, muscles, hair, nails. Their condition is also determined mainly by the blood: depending on its composition and purity, the blood can either strengthen the organs or poison them. Therefore, I pay so much attention to capillary therapy.
I have developed methods for enhanced renewal and restoration of blood vessels through exercise and contrast air and water baths. These exercises restore, clear the way for blood flow, and alternating short changes in body temperature under the influence of water and air stimulate and strengthen the surface of the veins in the skin, which contributes to the movement of the return flow of blood to the heart.
I can say that diseases of the capillaries underlie almost every pathological process. And therefore, a system of exercises is needed that cleanses and heals the body at the cell level. I have created such a system and believe that it is necessary for both sick and healthy people: the sick - to become healthy, healthy - to never get sick.
Being healthy means making the capillaries contract. I will give a simple example that confirms the healing properties of vibration exercises. If someone hurts their hand, it is necessary, by tying it with a bandage, to raise it above the level of the heart and shake it for 10-15 minutes. The wound will close completely and heal quickly without the need for sterilization or suturing. This is explained by the fact that the concussion of the injured limb, which is above the level of the heart, causes the capillaries in it to contract, especially in the damaged area. As a result, blood streams roll back, which would otherwise tend to pass through the capillaries into the damaged tissue, preventing the wound from closing.
The capillary exercises that I suggest for healing are basically raising and shaking the arms and legs. This activates the circulation of blood not only in the limbs, but throughout the body. The blood vessels in our body form a single blood circulation system, therefore, by improving circulation in one place, we improve it throughout the body. In addition, the upper and lower extremities have a huge number of capillaries, and movement in the vessels of the extremities stimulates the activity of the vessels of the whole body.

How to avoid heart disease

Back in 1927, when I first published my system of healing, I argued - and I still do - that it is possible to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases without drugs and operations. However, until modern medicine abandons the traditional view of the heart, it will not be able to prevent the severe damage that cardiovascular disease inflicts on a person. Only a new concept of the mechanism of blood circulation can serve as a reliable means of combating the number one disease of the 20th century.
Undoubtedly, with a decrease in motor activity, skeletal muscles help the heart weakly, and it wears out prematurely. This is one of the main causes of diseases of the heart and the entire cardiovascular system.
It is known that about 2% of patients die with mild heart diseases, and about 40-50% die with serious medical interventions in case of severe heart diseases. Why is this happening? For the most part, the treatment goes well. The reason is a bad heart muscle. Why did she become bad? Alas, because the patient himself, when he was healthy, did not take care of her.
It is necessary to constantly help your silent worker-heart, and not to spur its work with the help of various medicines. For example, a patient with myocardial infarction is not able to move even a finger, his muscles do not work, they do not help the heart, and he is also stimulated with numerous drugs. This is how the owner behaves, whipping a weak, tired horse, which is trying to drag a heavily loaded cart up the mountain. Instead, the handler should help the horse by pushing with his shoulder. You also need to help your heart.
Of course, you need to take care of your heart from childhood. After all, the micropumping property of skeletal muscles is established from the first day of a child's life, but the lack of physical training leads to a decrease in their motor activity, they can no longer help the heart as it is necessary. Studies have shown that half of the children come to the first grade with underdeveloped "peripheral hearts". This is the cause of diseases of the cardiovascular system, which manifest themselves in adulthood.
The reason for the failure of heart treatment lies in the misconception that the heart is a pump. A doctor who believes in this theory does not hesitate to prescribe a strong stimulant for a heart attack, not realizing that this is too much work for a weakened heart. To really help the heart, you need to force the capillaries to contract.
As long as the blood flows through the body, there can be no disease. The flow of blood should be free, unhindered. For this, you do not need to take heart-stimulating drugs at all. But it is necessary to stimulate the main engine, which is located in the capillary system. How to do this will be explained below in the "Fourth Rule of Health".

How to achieve longevity

The science of the mechanisms of aging of the human body - gerontology - has more than three hundred different hypotheses and theories that explain the process of human aging. If we comprehend and generalize all these assumptions, we get the following: nature gives all living things on Earth the genes of life of the same duration. However, everyone has a different lifespan. Perhaps the reason for this is the speed of processes occurring in different organisms. The heart of a rat and an elephant is designed for one billion contractions, but the rat lives only 3 years, and the elephant - 60 years. The thing is that the rat's heart makes up to 600 contractions per minute, and thus quickly exhausts its potential. The heart of an elephant beats at a frequency of 30 beats per minute, and it lasts for 60 years.
Hence the assumption arises that by slowing down the work of the heart, one can prolong life. How to slow down the heart? This is facilitated by physical activity, a full, but moderate diet, rest in the mountains.
From the point of view of the theory of "thousands of hearts", i.e. capillaries - with their regular training, the filling of the heart with venous blood improves, the number of cardiac cycles slows down. Research shows that a person who exercises regularly has lower heart rate cycles, "saving" 20-30 days of life each year, like an extra month is added to each year!
Of course, it would be nice to invent a pill that would reduce the number of heartbeats by influencing the course of chemical processes. Mankind has dreamed of a panacea since ancient times. But it is unlikely that such a medicine will appear in the near future, so for now, a person will still have to make efforts to maintain health. And since this cannot be avoided, it is better to make efforts to prevent the disease, and not to treat it. Moreover, it is easier to prevent the disease than to cure it. And this is where capillary therapy is indispensable.
Another organ, whose functions are also important for maintaining health, is still very little studied. This is a glomus - a bundle of nerve and vascular fibers, the so-called arteriovenous anastomosis, which is located in the muscle tissue. It is involved in the regulation of blood supply to organs, and also regulates body temperature. But how this happens, how and why the glomus functions, is still unknown.
I believe that the glomus acts as a backup controller, through it the blood passes from the arteries to the veins, bypassing the capillaries. Together with capillaries, arteries, veins, heart and lymphatic channels, the glomus constitutes a single mechanism for blood circulation. Glomus is formed immediately after the birth of a person, its amount increases until about 40 years old, then begins to decrease and disappears in old age. Glomus is found in various parts of the body, most of all in the skin of the extremities.
This is how the function of the glomus is carried out: in the event of a sudden fright, our face turns very pale, because the capillaries, strongly contracting, block the flow of blood. If there were no glomus and it would not turn on in "emergency" situations, the abruptly blocked blood flow would hit the venous capillaries and destroy them. If the glomus is working, the blood flow is instantly transferred from the vein to the arteries, keeping the capillaries from destruction.
Thus, the normal functioning of the glomus protects a person from diseases, prolongs youth. So, it is important to keep the glomus itself healthy. For this, the interaction of sugar and alcohol in human blood is very important. This delicate balance between sugar and alcohol is achieved when water and salt are in balance. The fact is that in our body alcohol and water are easily converted into each other. If the water-salt balance is disturbed, there is an accumulation of alcohol and sugar. Therefore, my system suggests moderate consumption of alcohol and sugar. And in order to neutralize their harmful effects, you should drink fresh (non-boiled) water 3 times more than the alcohol taken and 2.5 times more than the sugar eaten over the next 4-7 hours. This will prevent the harm that alcohol and sugar can do to the glomus, which is so important for the health of the body.
Another important indicator of health is blood pressure. It is generally accepted that fluctuations in upper pressure cause harm to the body, but it seems to me that a violation of the ratio between upper and lower pressure is especially dangerous. As an indicator of health, I consider the "Golden Ratio" of pressure, which is 7/11 (or close to this value 6/11 - 8/11), and should be guided by it. With this ratio, almost any combination of pressure is not dangerous for a person, for example, 274/174, but if the Golden Section is violated, for example, 127/95, there is a danger to health. And the more this violation, the greater the danger. It should be noted that this formula is applicable only to people over 20 years old.

Six rules of health
The first rule of health: a firm bed

If a person has many diseases, the cause must be sought in disorders of the spine. The spine is the basis of the skeletal, muscular and nervous systems, it performs very important functions in the body:

1. Carrier function. The spine is the axis of the body, so the oil must be resilient - physiological curves provide this - and at the same time strong to withstand stress.

2. Motor function. The spine provides dynamics (that is, movement) of the head, neck, upper and lower extremities, and the whole body.

3. Support function. The spine provides statics, supporting the neuromuscular apparatus, this function is associated with the mental state of a person.

4. Protective function. The spine protects the central nervous system (spinal cord), from which the nerves extend to the muscles and internal organs.
Any slightest violation in the spine can adversely affect the condition of other parts of the body, as well as lead to disharmony between the physical mental state. Therefore, to improve the overall health of the body, it is necessary to cure the spine.
Of course, the best exercise for the spine is good posture. A person who is used to stooping needs to constantly control himself in order to keep his back and shoulders straight, his stomach taut. To get a feel for what it means to "stand up straight," lean your back against a wall with your legs slightly apart and your arms loosely at your sides. The back of the head, shoulders, calves and heels touch the wall. Then try to approach the wall so that the distance between it and the lower back is no more than the width of a finger. Tuck in your stomach, stretch your neck a little and straighten your shoulders. Now move away from the wall and try to keep yourself in this state as long as possible. Difficult? If you are used to slouching - and most people do - normal posture will seem uncomfortable to you. For the muscles and ligaments become too weak and too tense from being forced to hold the body in the wrong position. The harder it is for you to keep your back straight, the more your posture is impaired.

During the day we do a lot of different movements, many spend a lot of time in a sitting position, which is not ideal for the spine, people often do not straighten properly or bend too much, shift the torso too far from the center of gravity, forcing the spinal muscles to hold a very large bearing. Usually, the back muscles still cope with such a load, but at the limit of their strength capabilities. This is why by the end of the day our backs get tired and it becomes increasingly difficult for us to maintain proper posture.
But we spend one third of our lives sleeping at night, and it is this time that can be used not only for rest, but also for correcting our posture. Therefore, the number one health rule in my system is: the bed on which you sleep should be flat and in no case a soft feather bed.
A relatively firm, flat bed promotes even distribution of body weight, maximum muscle relaxation and correction of subluxations and curvature of the spine caused by the vertical position of the body during the day.
It is useful to sleep on an elastic hard mattress.
In case of violation of the articular and ligamentous apparatus, the most common pathology called subluxation, the vertebrae are slightly displaced, move to the side, compressing the nerves and blood vessels extending from this vertebra, and preventing them from functioning normally. This leads to impaired blood circulation, numbness of pinched nerves, resulting in various disorders in those organs to which these nerves are "connected". This is what causes various diseases.
The cervical spine is especially prone to subluxations, since it is the most mobile. And the eyes, face, neck, lungs, diaphragm, abdomen, kidneys, adrenal glands, heart, spleen and intestines suffer from subluxations of the cervical spine. So, if subluxation occurs in the 4th vertebra, the eyes, face, neck, lungs, diaphragm, liver, heart, spleen, adrenal glands, teeth, throat, nose, ears are most likely to be affected.

Of the thoracic vertebrae, the 4th, 5th, and 10th vertebrae most often suffer from subluxation, and of the lumbar vertebrae, the 2nd and 5th vertebrae. If your lungs and pleura are out of order, know that it may very well be that this is due to the fact that you did not take care of correcting the subluxation of the 2nd thoracic vertebra daily.
If you are not all right with your eyesight, your throat or stomach often hurts, your thyroid gland does not function well - this is most likely due to subluxation of the 5th thoracic vertebra.
Your heart, intestines, nose, eyesight may suffer due to subluxation of the 10th thoracic vertebrae.
Few people know that inflammation of the bladder (cystitis), appendicitis, impotence, pathological changes in the prostate gland in men and gynecological diseases in women occur as a result of subluxation of the 2nd lumbar vertebra. If the 5th lumbar vertebra is subjected to subluxation, diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, rectal cancer are possible.
Subluxations that are not corrected support pathological changes in the body and lead to diseases.
On a hard and level bed, subluxations and curvature of the spine are easily corrected, since the spine is in the correct position during a night's sleep. In a soft bed, all the disturbances that arose during the day are preserved. In addition, a soft bed warms the intervertebral discs, makes them easy to move, thus laying the foundation for new disorders. A sleeper in a soft bed allows his nerves to atrophy, and therefore illnesses come to him uninvited.
A firm, even bed has a beneficial effect on the functioning of all organs, including such an important organ as the liver. When the group of vertebrae from the 3rd to the 10th is located evenly in a horizontal position, the work of the liver is not disturbed. But one has only to lie down on a soft bed, as the vertebrae form a slight bend, which immediately leads to disruption of the liver. The nerves of the 4th and 8th thoracic vertebrae, "connected" to the liver, are pinched, the secretion of the liver is disturbed, which affects the quality of blood purification. Further, the chain is easy to trace: poorly purified blood begins to circulate throughout the body, causing diseases of various organs. A person, not knowing the root cause, begins to treat diseased organs, pushing poisons into the diseased liver. It's easy to guess the consequences...
So, a flat and hard bed helps to restore and maintain correct posture, correct spinal disorders, restore the functioning of the nervous system, and improve the functioning of internal organs.

The second rule of health:
hard pillow

You need to sleep not only on a hard, even bed, but also on a hard pillow. I suggest using a hard cushion. You lie flat and place your neck on the pillow so that the 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae are literally resting on it. Needless to say, someone who is not used to such a pillow will experience pain. In this case, you can put either a towel or a piece of soft cloth on it. However, you must remember: you need to remove this fabric from time to time and gradually try to get used to a hard pillow. Thus, after a while you will get used to it and will sleep comfortably without any emollient.
This rule is primarily associated with the functioning of the nasal septum. It is known that by acting on its certain points, it is possible to stimulate the activity of internal organs. For example, when you faint, they give you a sniff of ammonia. In this case, the peripheral endings of the trigeminal and sympathetic nerves receive the necessary impulse, and the person regains consciousness. It has been established that the state of the nasal septum can affect the occurrence of diseases such as hay fever, asthma, fibroids, tension of the heart artery, diseases of the genital organs, endocrine system, parathyroid and thymus glands, urinary incontinence, pain during menstruation, enteritis, constipation, weakening of the diaphragm , diseases of the kidneys, liver, stomach, ears, as well as irritability, anxiety, dizziness.
A hard pillow completely replaces the stimulation of the reflex centers in the nasal cavity. When using a hard pillow, any inflammation of the nasal septum is cured, which means that the associated inflammation and disorders in the relevant organs are also destroyed. A hard pillow also has a beneficial effect on the cervical spine, which, as we already know, especially suffers from subluxations due to its mobility. Fitting the vertebrae to each other, a hard pillow stimulates cerebral circulation and thus prevents the development of atherosclerosis.

So, a solid pillow is placed under the cervical vertebrae. Its dimensions should be such that it can fill the hollow between your nape and shoulder blades. The point is that the spine from the 3rd cervical vertebra is straightened and is on a flat and hard surface. Large and soft pillows that seem so comfortable actually make our necks contort.
A solid pillow is best made from wood, it is only important that the woody smell does not cause an allergic reaction. You can also make it from cotton wool or pebbles, covered with fabric on top.
In Japan they say: "A crooked neck is a sign of a short life." Subluxations of the cervical vertebrae cause inflammation in their joints, and neck mobility suffers from this, sharp and dull pains occur not only in the neck itself, but also in the back of the head. In addition, subluxations of the 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae are the cause of dental disease - the upper and lower incisors.
Chronic neck pain usually occurs in people aged 40 and older. By the nature of work, many are forced to sit for a long time bending over, for example, over a table. Since the majority of people began to engage not in physical, but in mental labor, pains in the neck area have also spread significantly. The foundations for this are laid in childhood. Today's children spend too much time in a sitting position during classes. Symptoms of a disease of the cervical spine are pains in the back of the head, eyes and ears, in the area of the shoulder girdle. They appear not only during movement, but persist even when the head is motionless. In addition, limited mobility of the neck is common. As a rule, such patients find it difficult to find a comfortable position for sleeping, they often wake up from neck pain due to an uncomfortable head position, which causes additional stress on the joints and ligaments of the cervical spine.
Using a firm pillow will help deal with this problem. Of course, during the first days or even weeks, pains appear, the back of the head numbs. But it is very important to force yourself to continue using the pillow until these unpleasant sensations disappear. In order for pain and other inconveniences to pass faster, you need to perform the "Goldfish" exercise, given in the "Third Rule of Health".

The third rule of health: exercise
"gold fish"

A person pays with diseases of the spine for upright posture, but the problem of osteochondrosis has never been as acute as it is now, when osteochondrosis is becoming one of the most common diseases from an object of study by a narrow circle of specialists. Today, the number of patients with osteochondrosis is second only to the number of patients with acute respiratory infections. The main reason for this lies in the person himself: in his lifestyle and in his attitude to his spine.
They usually know shamefully little about the spine, at best they will recall pictures from an anatomy textbook, and for the most part people do not even suspect that the state of the body is determined by the health of the spine. You can treat pharyngitis, laryngitis, tuberculosis, inflammation of the kidneys and bladder, troubles in the genital area for years, wondering why the treatment does not bring results.
And if we add to such frivolity the way of life that most modern people lead, it becomes clear why spinal diseases are so widespread today.
We are a civilization of people leading a sedentary lifestyle, fans at sports competitions. We overeat, but remain undernourished due to the fact that we eat lifeless artificial food. Muscles become flabby due to lack of exercise. From the wrong lifestyle, the spine becomes rigid and deformed. The cartilage and discs between the vertebrae are destroyed due to lack of exercise and poor blood circulation to nearby tissues. The spinal column seems to "dry out". Many people at the age of 60-70 become 8-13 centimeters lower, some bend in old age. And this weight happens solely because we do not take care of our spine.
Of all the numerous diseases that we reward our spine with, the most common is scoliosis - a lateral curvature of the spine. Often scoliosis occurs in children due to the wrong position at the desk, and if the spine is not corrected in time, scoliosis is fixed for a long time.
Prolonged misalignment of the spine can cause scoliosis in adults as well. Correction of posture, as we have already found out, is helped by the "First" and "Second Rules of Health". The "Third Rule", "Goldfish", is also aimed at eliminating disorders in the spine. If you systematically perform this exercise, it gives the greatest effect in correcting posture, and therefore - in establishing balance in the body: balance of nutrition, cleansing and nervous balance.
How to perform the exercise "Goldfish". Starting position: lie on your back on a flat bed or on the floor; throw your arms behind your head, stretching them to their full length, also stretch your legs to full length; put the feet on the heel perpendicular to the body, pull the socks to the face. Press heels and thighs to the floor.
Now you need to stretch several times in turn, as if stretching the spine in different directions: crawl forward along the floor with the heel of your right foot, and simultaneously stretch in the opposite direction with both outstretched arms. Then do the same with the heel of the left foot (with the heel stretch forward, with both hands stretch in the opposite direction). Then put your palms under the cervical vertebrae, connect your legs, pull the toes of both legs towards you.

a - when performing the exercise, the spine should be pressed to the floor. The body vibrates left and right, but not up and down! You can only lift the feet and the back of the head; b - an option for beginners: the vibration will be created by the partner, setting the required pace and accustoming the body to new sensations and movements. In this position, begin to vibrate with your whole body like a fish wriggling in the water. Vibrations are performed from right to left for 1-2 minutes. This exercise should be done every day in the morning and evening.
Correcting the curvature of the vertebrae, this exercise thereby eliminates the overstrain of the vertebral nerves, normalizes blood circulation, and coordinates the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The Goldfish exercise tightens the nerves that come out of each side of the spine, which relieves them of pressure. The balance between these nerves is determined by a person's lifestyle, the way he is used to walking, standing, sitting, his profession or the sport he plays. For example, those who engage in physical labor usually suffer from subluxation of the 10th thoracic vertebra, which leads to kidney, heart, and lung disease. Those who work hard at their desks suffer from rheumatism or "writer's cramp". Musicians, typists, tailors, hairdressers, watchmakers often become victims of "writer's spasm".
Excessive sports activities also lead to diseases of the spine. Any professional athlete knows about severe sports spinal injuries that happen to almost everyone. Therefore, doctors traditionally warn about the possible harm from overly active sports.
Just as the occupation of a person is associated with his diseases, a certain sport leads to certain problems in the spine. Horse riding causes, as a rule, a displacement of the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, leads to problems in the genital area, to impotence, kidney disease, hemorrhoids; archery harms the auditory organs, as it weakens the 4th thoracic vertebra. Tennis disrupts muscle function, causing pleurisy, and judo makes a person hunched, that is, ultimately sick with the most unpredictable diseases.
Of course, all of the above applies only to extreme manifestations of love for sports. Moderate exercise only brings benefits. Here, however, as in everything related to health, you need to observe the measure.
Exercise "Goldfish" not only corrects spinal disorders, it also promotes pulsation of the veins that return blood to the heart from various organs, releasing decay products (slags and urea) through the skin along the way. Thus, this exercise improves the functioning of the heart and cleanses the skin. In addition, this exercise improves intestinal motility, which means it is an excellent tool in the fight against constipation - one of the main causes of various diseases. Thus, the main cause of mental disorders seems to me to be blockage and twisting of the intestines due to constipation. The poisons formed during constipation are absorbed into the blood and, participating in the general blood circulation, reach the brain, poisoning its cells. This causes dilation or inflammation of the capillaries and leads to impaired mental function. Exercise "Goldfish", acting on intestinal motility, helps to cope with this problem.
So, the "Third Rule of Health" is aimed at correcting posture, improving blood circulation, coordinating the work of the internal and external nervous systems, improving the functions of the intestines, liver, kidneys, skin, brain and heart.
By the way, if you look closely at the animals, you can see that they follow the above three rules of health: they sleep on a hard floor, lay their heads on their paws, waking up in the morning - first of all, they “stretch”, spin, shake their heads, shake their whole body.

Spinal nutrition

Bernard Macfaden, the father of physical culture, often said that every person is as young as his spine. Every man and every woman can lose 30 years by strengthening and stretching the spine, he believed. However, the strength of any spine depends not only on the physical exertion to which it has been subjected throughout life, but also on the material from which it is made.
First of all, the spine needs natural minerals: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese. What are these minerals for?
Calcium is the main component of bones, 90% of calcium is found in the skeletal system, but other parts of the body also need it. The most characteristic sign of a lack of calcium in the blood is increased nervous excitability. This is especially noticeable in children, who are usually more emotional than adults. In both adults and children, a lack of calcium in the body is manifested in the habit of nervously biting nails, often moving arms and legs, in various kinds of twitches, in irritability.
Fortunately, natural sources of calcium are very diverse, so it is found in almost any food. Calcium is rich in liver, kidneys, heart, eggs, coarse cornmeal, whole foods from oats and barley, nuts and seeds; leaves of alfalfa, artichokes, beets, dandelion, mustard; cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, carrots and cucumbers; from fruits - oranges, figs, raisins and dates dried in the sun.
Phosphorus is necessary for the formation of a healthy skeletal system and a balanced metabolism. Natural sources of phosphorus are the tongue, internal organs of animals, fish and fish oil; natural cheese; soy pods, raw spinach, cucumbers, cabbage, peas, lettuce; grain of rye, wheat, bran.
Magnesium helps calcium and vitamin D in building bones and prevents bones from softening. Natural sources of magnesium: bean pods, peas, beans, cucumbers, alfalfa shoots, raw spinach, avocados; bran, whole grains, nuts, sunflower seeds; honey, raisins, prunes.
Manganese carries oxygen from the blood to the cells. This is especially important in the nutrition of intervertebral discs and cartilage, which do not have direct blood circulation. Natural sources of manganese: liver, egg yolk, poultry, internal organs of animals, natural cheese; seaweed, potatoes, especially the peel (in order not to lose nutrients, you need to boil or bake potatoes in their skins and eat them whole), lettuce, celery, onions, peas, beans of all kinds; bran and natural corn flour, almonds, chestnuts, walnuts, from fruits - bananas.
In addition to minerals, the spine needs vitamins. Vitamins A, C, D are especially important for him. B vitamins are especially necessary for the spinal cord and nervous system.
Vitamins A and D are needed by the body for the full use of calcium and phosphorus, as well as for the normal functioning of the nervous system. In people with a low content of vitamins A and D in the diet, bone density decreases, and their walls become thin and brittle.
Natural sources of vitamin A: fresh fruits and vegetables such as carrots, artichokes, melons, yellow gourds, peaches; fresh eggs, liver of animals and fish. Natural sources of vitamin D: fish liver, unsaturated fats, fresh eggs, whole milk, butter. The main natural source is the sun. Daily sunbathing helps to replenish the supply of this vitamin in the body. It should be noted that after sunbathing, sweat should not be washed off immediately, but after a while, so that vitamin D has time to be absorbed by the body. Vitamin C is necessary for the nutrition of collagen, and collagen is necessary for uniting, fastening cells in the bones. Vitamin C is a vital element for the body. Without it, the body cannot exist. Given that vitamin C is not stored in the body, it must be replenished daily. Natural sources of vitamin C: berries, citrus fruits, herbs, cabbage, sweet peppers. These foods should be consumed raw, as vitamin C is destroyed when heated.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is necessary for the normal functioning of nerve tissues, muscles and the heart. Signs of vitamin B deficiency are irritability, insomnia, weight loss and appetite, weakness and apathy, and depression. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) improves the general condition of the body, especially the eyes, mouth, and skin. Bloodshot eyes, inflammation of the mouth, purple tongue, cracks in the corners of the lips indicate its lack in the body. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) prevents nervous and skin diseases, is necessary for the absorption of food and for protein and fat metabolism. Signs of its deficiency are irritability, skin rashes and poor muscle response. Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is essential for the formation and regeneration of red blood cells, which are produced in the bone marrow. Prevents anemia, improves appetite in children, is a tonic for adults. The lack of this vitamin in the body leads to alimentary and pernicious anemia. The main symptom of vitamin deficiency is chronic fatigue, and in children - lack of appetite.
It must be remembered that the diet should contain a full complex of B vitamins. Natural sources of B vitamins: brewer's yeast, unprocessed wheat grains, barley grains, buckwheat, corn, oats, rice and flour from these cereals; beef liver, heart, brains, lamb kidneys, lean beef and pork, fish, fresh eggs - especially the yolk; natural cheeses, unsalted peanut butter; from vegetables - raw and dried soybean pods, peas, green stalks of vegetables (mustard, spinach), turnips, cabbage; from fruits - oranges, grapefruits, bananas, avocados. The same list includes chickens, lobsters, oysters, crabs, as well as milk and mushrooms.
With a lack of all the essential vitamins, you should supplement your diet with them, preferably from natural sources, and synthetic vitamins are far from necessary in all cases and, moreover, are not absorbed very well.
Of course, in order for the spine, and with it the whole body, to be strong and healthy, not only minerals and vitamins are needed. The human body receives food from air, water, the sun. By the word "nutrition" the Health System means four elementary components that build and maintain human existence, namely: food, water, light, air. These four elements can be compared with the four primary elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air), which the ancient philosophers considered the source of everything in the universe. Similarly, nutrition, consisting of four elements, can be considered the source of everything in the human body, which itself is similar to the Universe. These components of nutrition, without which there is no life, will be discussed in the chapter "Nutrition".

The fourth rule of health:
exercise for capillaries

In recent years, experts, dejected by the picture of general physical inactivity, are increasingly preaching all sorts of forms of "shaking". Here and jogging, and just running, and bouncing, horseback riding and relieving physical and nervous stress with the help of gymnastics. Finally, it is often advised to simply travel, change the scenery, again to shake things up.
Why is running so beneficial for all internal organs? The heart, stomach, intestines, liver, kidneys and other organs of our body have been formed for millions of years under conditions of very high human mobility, under conditions of daily shaking while running, brisk walking, jumping, martial arts, and so on. Therefore, now, with our sedentary lifestyle, all these organs need help to cleanse them of toxins. They need to be shaken properly. Neither the liver, nor the kidneys, let alone the heart, can be "washed" or "cleansed" in any other way.
In "The Fourth Rule of Health" I offer special movements - raising arms and legs and shaking them - the purpose of which is capillary therapy. As you remember, one of the main claims of the System of Healing is that the motive power of blood circulation lies in the capillaries, and not in the heart, as traditional medicine believes.
It is known that the upper and lower limbs have a huge number of capillaries. When shaking hands and feet, additional vibration occurs in the capillaries, which makes them contract more often and push blood more actively. And since the blood vessels in the body form a single blood circulation system, local improvement leads to improved blood circulation throughout the body.
Exercise for capillaries is performed in a supine position with raised arms and legs. What for? The fact is that in this position, the blood in the veins of the extremities will tend to go down, and the gradually formed vacuum will entail accelerated blood circulation.
With the help of the "Fourth Rule of Health" I suggest "running" twice a day to absolutely everyone, including the bedridden sick, the debilitated elderly, and those suffering from some kind of heart disease. Exercise for capillaries completely replaces jogging, but at the same time eliminates the load on the heart and joints. Performing this exercise in the nude will bring double benefits, as it will increase skin respiration, and hence the cleansing of the body from toxins through the skin.

How is the exercise for the capillaries. Starting position: lie on your back on a hard and flat surface, put a hard pillow under the cervical vertebrae. Then raise both arms and legs up so that the soles of the feet are parallel to the floor. Performing the exercise: in this position, shake both arms and legs. Perform the exercise for 1-3 minutes.
Such attention to the condition of the limbs is far from accidental. Since ancient times, it was by the condition of the limbs that they determined what diseases a person suffers from. Particular attention was paid to the lower extremities, especially the feet. So, for example, swollen ankles and feet indicate heart disease, kidney disease, or anemia.
Sore legs are reflected in a person's gait. Diagnosis is possible by posture and gait. So, if a person wears shoes from behind and from above, he suffers from kidney disease; in front and outside - heart disease; front and inside - liver disease. The right leg reflects the right side of each internal organ, the left leg - the left. If your shoes wear out at the back, I advise you to wear shoes without heels, this is good for training the contraction of nerves and muscles, and therefore helps to heal.

What are the nails talking about?

Fingernails and toenails can also indicate illness. Ideally, the nails of the fingers should have a flat surface, pink color, well-defined holes. With the pathology of the central nervous system, brain disease, the nail of the index finger loses its original flat surface. In the pathology of the digestive organs, similar changes are observed on the nail of the middle finger. In diseases of the respiratory system, the nail of the ring finger changes. And with a disease of the kidneys, bladder and genital organs, the nail of the little finger changes.
The persistent presence of white spots on the nails can also be associated with diseases such as chronic liver disease, functional and organic kidney damage, impaired lymphatic system, lack of iron in the body, and general metabolic disorders.
The complete disappearance of holes on all nails may indicate chronic renal failure. In addition, kidney disease is characterized by narrow, long, protruding nails, with all nail changes beginning with the little finger. Very long and thin nails, as a rule, are combined with early hair loss in young people, which also indicates congenital weakness of the kidneys.
Very characteristic are changes in the nail holes in cardiac pathology: with a predisposition to cardiac excesses, to acute heart failure, the nail holes look very large. In chronic circulatory disorders and cardiac disorders, on the contrary, very small nail holes or their complete disappearance are observed.
An important symptom in a variety of diseases is a pronounced bulge of the nails - the so-called Hippocratic nails. Often this happens with problems with the thyroid gland, with diseases of the intestines, lungs or heart.
Point depressions on the nails are characteristic of psoriasis and rheumatism with joint damage; increased fragility of nails in the longitudinal direction indicates indigestion; increased fragility of nails indicates a deficiency of minerals in the body; with circulatory disorders, the nail plate thickens. As you can see, the state of our limbs is really related to the state of our body. In addition, the impact of the condition of the limbs on health is also explained by the fact that the glomus, which plays an important role in the mechanism of blood circulation, is found in the greatest amount under the nails, in the fingertips, on the legs and arms, on the palmar surfaces of the first, second and third phalanges. .
To keep the limbs in a normal, healthy condition, exercise for the capillaries is simply necessary.

About the benefits of vibration

Exercise for capillaries and the exercise "Goldfish" are built on vibration. This is fundamentally important. The human body is never completely at rest - the muscles, the walls of the stomach periodically contract, the wave-like movements are inherent in the intestines. And the heart? It does not stop for a minute, knocks, vibrates - and we live. The walls of the blood vessels contract, and when we speak, the vocal cords vibrate. To paraphrase the well-known aphorism of Descartes, one can say with good reason: "I vibrate, therefore I exist."
Nature uses vibration very widely. For example, dolphins are able to achieve unusually high speeds not only due to the streamlined shape of the body, the work of the fins and tail, but also due to the impulse that undulates from head to tail. It reduces the resistance of the environment, and accordingly the speed of the dolphin increases.
The English philosopher and physician D. Gartley began to study vibration two centuries ago. He argued that external vibrations "shake" our senses, muscles and brain. Reaching the brain, these vibrations cause a corresponding reaction in it, forcing it to create and think. Of course, today such a hypothesis of the formation of ideas seems naive, but the very fact of the appearance of this hypothesis suggests that scientists have been thinking about the harm and benefits of vibration for a long time. And at the end of the last century, the pages of the Russian journals "Neurological Bulletin" and "Therapeutic Bulletin" published articles "on the treatment of trembling."
Try to keep your arms outstretched forward. Soon you will notice that the tips of your fingers tremble finely. Apparently, the body needs such micromovements for some reason, if it produces them. Natural microvibration plays a certain role in the filtration processes in tissues, it is needed for heat transfer, thanks to which the blood circulation of working organs is enhanced. The contractile properties of blood vessels turn them into micropumps, forcing blood to move from the capillaries through the veins to the heart.
We know that the vertebrae in the spine are interconnected by ligaments and cartilage. By vibrating with the whole body, performing the "Goldfish" exercise, we train the ligamentous apparatus of the spine, strengthening it, making it more elastic and durable. Vibration contributes to a more energetic pulsation of the veins, which means it increases the overall vitality of the whole organism. The exercises I propose are available to everyone, they do not require special devices, they can be performed even by a bedridden person. They are aimed not only at overcoming diseases, but also at their prevention. Daily implementation of health rules eliminates disturbances in the body and mobilizes its defenses.

The Fifth Rule of Health: Exercise
"Closing feet and hands"

In addition to capillaries, the heart has another indispensable assistant - the diaphragm.
The number of movements of the diaphragm in one minute is approximately one quarter of the number of movements of the heart. But its hemodynamic pressure is much stronger than the contraction of the heart, and it pushes the blood more strongly than the heart.
Performing the first part of the exercise "Closing the feet and hands", we help the diaphragm work, this improves blood circulation in the body, which means it improves its nutrition and cleansing. Exercise is also useful in that it coordinates the functions of the muscles and nerves of the right and left sides of the body, especially the internal organs.

How is the first, preparatory, part of the exercise "Closing the feet and hands" performed. Starting position: lie on your back (on a hard, flat surface, put a roller under your neck), close your feet and palms and spread your knees. Then:

1. Press the fingertips of both hands on each other (10 times).

2. Press first with the fingertips, and then with the palms of both hands on each other (10 times).

3. Squeeze both closed palms (10 times).

4. Extend the closed arms to full length, throw them behind the head and slowly draw them over the face to the waist, as if cutting the body in half, while the fingers of the palms are directed to the head (10 times).

5. Turning the fingers of both hands towards the feet, move them from the groin to the navel (10 times).

6. Stretch your arms as much as possible with closed palms and carry them over the body, as if cutting through the air with an ax (10 times).

7. Stretch your arms with closed palms up and down to failure (10 times).

8. Set your hands with closed palms above the solar plexus and move the closed feet (about 1-1.5 foot lengths) back and forth, trying not to open them (10 times).

9. Simultaneously move the closed palms and feet back and forth, as if trying to stretch the vertebrae (10-60 times).
How is the second, main, part of the exercise performed. Having closed the feet and palms, close your eyes and remain in this position for 10-15 minutes. Hands with closed palms should be placed perpendicular to the body.
This exercise, like all the rest of my System, should preferably be performed in the nude, if possible. After all, all these exercises are aimed at strengthening deep cellular respiration, they make every cell breathe. The clothes that we wear almost constantly prevent this.

What happens in the body during this exercise? There are three factors that make up the Universe: matter, ether and life. The unit of measurement of any substance is an element, the ether in the air is an electron, and the unit of life is an enzyme. Enzymes, or enzymes, are present in all living cells of animals, plants, microorganisms. They direct, regulate and greatly accelerate the vital processes in the body.
Whenever enzymes become active, they begin to radiate. These radiations are called "vital rays" or "enzymatic rays", yogis call them prana. When a mother feeds her child with tenderness and love, a glow can be seen near her breast, but if the feeding is done carelessly, this phenomenon is not observed. When the priest chants the sutras soulfully, one can notice a glow above his head. The glow can change depending on the state of mind of the person. All living things are capable of emitting these invisible rays.
Enzymes are present in all living cells. Any imbalance of enzymes leads to disease.
During the closing of the feet and hands, everything that is connected with opposite enzymes - constructive and destructive or creative and destructive, that is, animal and plant organs, arteries and veins, acids and alkalis - all this begins to compete with each other, fight with each other, until the necessary balance is finally established between them.
The "Fifth Rule of Health" helps the forces of mind and body to achieve balance. This exercise coordinates the functions of the muscles, nerves and blood vessels in the groin, abdomen and thighs, which is especially useful during pregnancy, as it helps the baby grow normally in the womb and even corrects its incorrect position.
In this regard, I will tell you one case. A certain apothecary from Osaka had two sons. Their wives almost simultaneously became pregnant. Unfortunately, the youngest son's wife was told by the doctor that she needed to have a caesarean section because she was suffering from pelvic stasis. At this time, I happened to be in Osaka, and I was asked to offer a pregnant woman some other, better way out of this difficult situation. I suggested that she join the palms of both hands, as well as the soles of both legs, for 40 minutes, and also do the "Goldfish" exercise. That night the woman followed all my instructions. The next day, to the great surprise of her husband, as well as the doctor, she gave birth to a child without any suffering. The wife of the eldest son had a transverse presentation of the fetus, but she also followed my instructions and had no difficulties in childbirth.
The reason for this is that the constriction of the pelvis or the transverse presentation of the fetus produces a disorder of the nerves and an imbalance of other vital factors, which leads the fetus to an abnormal position, but as soon as the mother's body is put in order, the pelvis and fetus will assume a normal position.
Performing the exercise "Closing feet and hands" for 40 minutes leads to the establishment of the necessary balance between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, as well as to the harmony of the general waters in the body.
I drew attention to the fact that in almost all religions there is one common gesture: the palms are folded in front of the chest. Obviously, this is not a coincidence, and this gesture may have a hidden physiological justification. What happens in this case in the body? In this case, the general waters in the body (blood, lymph, etc.) are neutralized and balanced. This can be verified. Measure your pressure, write down the difference between the upper and lower pressure. Then put your palms together for 3-4 minutes and then measure the pressure again. You will be surprised to find a much more balanced, close to the "Golden Ratio" pressure than it was before.
In addition, folding the palms together restores the acid-base balance in the body, so it is very useful before each meal to keep the palms together in front of the chest for 1.5 minutes or more. But if you do the "Fifth Rule of Health" daily, you may not need to do this before meals.
If you manage to keep your palms and elbows closed at chest level for 40 minutes, constantly concentrating and directing mental energy on them, you can awaken in yourself the ability to heal with your hands. After all, the palms also have the ability to emit mysterious enzyme rays. You need to try to do this at least once, no matter how tiring it may be, and then the energy in the palms will definitely activate.
The technique of treatment with palms is simple: it is enough to touch the sore spot with your palm for a while. To enhance the results, you must first perform the exercise for the capillaries and the exercise "Goldfish".
The ancient sages of the East claimed that with the help of special exercises, yogis can accumulate the wonderful energy of prana and transfer it to other people. A well-known healing technique is based on this: having concentrated prana, the yogi extended his hand to the ball room and mentally sent energy to the weakened organ. And the sufferer recovered.
But yogis and healers are not needed by someone who fulfills the "Fifth Rule of Health": such a person is able to awaken his healing energy himself, to discover enzyme rays in himself.

Sixth Rule of Health: Exercise
for back and stomach

The implementation of this health rule is dedicated to several important tasks. First, it coordinates the functions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. What does it mean?
I divide our internal organs into animal and vegetable. To the animal internal organs I refer the muscles and the external nervous system, and to the vegetable organs the respiratory, digestive and internal nervous systems. Animal nerves are located in the muscles of the arms, face, legs, neck, chest, abdominal cavity - that is, in those muscles that we can contract at will, for example, raise our arm.
Plant nerves are located in the muscles of the internal organs and blood vessels, and we cannot contract these muscles at will, for example, stretch the stomach. They regulate the activity of the organs of blood circulation, respiration, digestion, excretion, reproduction, and metabolism.
Plant nerves (in other words, the autonomic nervous system), in turn, are divided into two systems: parasympathetic and sympathetic.
The cranial parasympathetic nerves control the activity of the digestive organs, kidneys, small intestine, spleen, pancreas, heart, and respiratory organs. The pelvic parasympathetic nerves control the functioning of the colon, bladder, and genital organs.
The sympathetic nervous system has three large plexuses: cardiac, which connects the branches of the vagus nerves with the branches of the ganglions; solar, which is located between the stomach, diaphragm and aorta; pelvic, located in the sacrum and common in all internal organs.
With simultaneous movements of the spine and abdomen, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems begin to function in concert, which leads to the strengthening and healing of the entire nervous system as a whole. A healthy nervous system makes it possible to withstand any adversity.
"The sixth rule of health" helps to establish the acid-base balance in the body. After all, health largely depends on maintaining constant proportions of common water in the intercellular and intracellular tissues of the body. In the process of life, these proportions often change, but the process of self-regulation also constantly occurs. While these changes are insignificant, no disturbances occur, but if they go beyond certain limits, the metabolism is disturbed. The process of such regulation is especially effectively expressed in the acid-base balance of the general waters of the body.
The main condition for maintaining health is maintaining the acid-base balance in the body. When the alkali content in the body becomes below normal, and the acid content, respectively, is higher, acidosis occurs, that is, the accumulation of negatively charged anions in the blood and tissues. If an excessive amount of acid is stored in the body for a long time, it causes diseases such as diabetes, gastroenteritis, kidney disease. If the body is oversaturated with alkali, alkalosis occurs, leading to a narrowing of the stomach, tetanus and other diseases.
Regular sports aimed at strengthening muscles maintain acidity. And deep breathing and meditation treatment saturate the blood and other body fluids with alkali. Thanks to the Sixth Rule of Health exercise, abdominal breathing and meditation are performed simultaneously with the movements of the spine, which establishes an acid-base balance in the body. And maintaining the acid-base balance is the first way to proper treatment. In addition, it must be remembered that proper nutrition plays an important role in maintaining the acid-base balance. Most of the products that make up the normal human diet - sugar, coffee, tea, flour products, meat, fish - give an acidic reaction.
Paul Bragg, in The Miracle of Fasting, writes: “Our blood must be alkaline. And for most of us it is acidic. Most of our illnesses, from headaches and indigestion to acne and the common cold, result from acidosis, and it , in turn, due to auto-intoxication. When the blood is so heavily polluted, how can we protect ourselves from disease-causing microbes that are just waiting to take us by surprise? We carefully prepare the ground for microbes, invite them to feel at home and let them ruin and destroy us at our own expense." How to eat right will be discussed in a separate chapter; until I stop here. When there is a sharp shift, say, towards acidity, the body immediately seeks to regulate its condition due to the reserve alkali. This is manifested in an increase in temperature, in the appearance of hemoptysis, diarrhea, shortness of breath, respiratory diseases, etc. All this happens in order to restore the acid-base balance in the body. This process is called compensatory. And it can not be considered as a disease! This is nothing more than physiological self-defense. It is necessary to give the body the opportunity to fight the disease itself.
This means that one should not, for example, bring down the temperature, one should allow the process to develop independently, of course, within the permissible limits. To avoid complications, you need to take precautions (for example, wipe the patient's body with vinegar), but do not try to treat what you think is an illness with medicines. In addition to coordinating the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, restoring and maintaining the acid-base balance in the body, the "Sixth Rule of Health" helps regulate intestinal activity.
Finally, the "Sixth Rule of Health" creates the spiritual power to help you become healthy. "I feel how I think about myself" - this truth is the basis of suggestion treatment. That is why in the "Sixth Rule of Health" the movements of the spine and abdomen are combined with self-hypnosis.
By uttering positive affirmations, we seem to set ourselves up for a wave of health and joy. Your ears, your voice, your consciousness and subconsciousness are tuned to this wave. If you believe that you will be healthy, that you will overcome your disease and live happily ever after, then you will.
Whether you are healthy or not is the result of what you have believed and done in the past. Whether you will be strong or weak in the future depends on what you believe in and how you act now. As water changes its shape according to the vessel, so the molecules of your cells will change their position immediately and completely according to your faith. Where there is faith, there is usually truth.
Since we were able to create all our diseases with our previous negative thoughts, then by using opposite, positive beliefs, we can get rid of them. If every day in the morning and in the evening, following the "Sixth Rule of Health", you set yourself up for health and victory over diseases, your subconscious mind will perceive this information and will work for you, even when you sleep. And your cells, having received such information, will begin to function better, thereby giving rise to positive processes that will ultimately lead to the improvement of the whole organism as a whole.
How to perform an exercise for the back and abdomen. Starting position: sit on the floor on your knees, lower your pelvis on your heels (you can also sit in Turkish style), fully straighten your spine, keeping your balance on your coccyx.

1. Raise and lower your shoulders. (10 times).
Now do an intermediate exercise (perform it after each of the six exercises below, once in each direction):
a) extend your arms in front of your chest parallel to each other; quickly look over your left shoulder, trying to see your tailbone, then mentally look from the tailbone up the spine to the cervical vertebrae, return the head to its original position. Then look back over the right shoulder, repeating the action in the same sequence. It does not matter that at first you will not be able to see the coccyx or the entire spine. You can do it in your imagination;

b) raise your arms up parallel to each other, straighten your spine and quickly do the same as in paragraph "a".
This intermediate exercise builds the vertebrae, protecting them from subluxations, which means that it heals and insures against all kinds of diseases of the blood and various organs.

2. Tilt your head to the right and left. (10 times in each direction.)

3. Tilt your head back and forth. (10 times in each direction.)
Do an intermediate exercise.

4. Tilt your head to the right-back and left-back. (10 times in each direction.)
Do an intermediate exercise.

5. Tilt your head to the right (right ear to right shoulder), then slowly, stretching your neck, roll your head towards the spine. (10 times to each shoulder.)
Do an intermediate exercise.

6. Raise your arms parallel to each other, then bend them at the elbows at a right angle, squeeze
hands into a fist, tilt your head back so that your chin looks at the ceiling. In this position, at the expense of "7", take your elbows back, as if wanting to bring them behind your back, pull your chin to the ceiling. (10 times.) Perform an intermediate exercise.
How the main part of the exercise is performed. After relaxing for a while after completing the preparatory part, straighten the spine again, balancing the weight of the body on the coccyx, and begin to sway to the right and left, while moving the stomach back and forth. This must be done within 10 minutes.

So, now you know the six rules of health. All of them are effective and easy to do, you just need to start, overcome the very first barrier and make the first efforts. If you are lazy, it means that you do not want to become healthy and happy enough. These six rules concentrate everything that is individually taught in various teachings about breathing, movement, manual therapy, and massage. These rules are a system that allows you to normalize the work of each cell and each organ. They are subordinated to a single task - the awakening of the healing forces of the whole organism. However, the Health System is not limited to the six rules.

Health system
Illness and healing powers

Increasingly, the failure of traditional views on diseases and their treatment is revealed. Doctors with more and more patented remedies are unable to cope with the diseases of their many patients. And there are no fewer sick people. Alas, modern medicine is not omnipotent, so more and more often there is a need to approach the problem of diseases in a different way.
Contrary to conventional medical views, I am not proposing methods for dealing with countless diseases, but a way to maintain health. Through many years of research, I have created the Health System, which I can call the science of health. Like any science, it generalizes the experience of mankind, analyzes it, experimentally tests it and derives a law, following which makes a person invulnerable to disease.
I consider the human body as a self-regulating system, I cannot agree with those who rudely invade it, thinking that it brings good and healing. Traditional medicine, fighting the disease, tries to suppress its symptoms with the help of medicines, which leads to a violation of the structural integrity and functional energy of organs and tissues. After all, any substance that cannot be assimilated by a living organism and used by it to maintain life is a poison for it. It is necessary not to treat the disease, but to help the body awaken its own healing powers, with the help of natural methods to remove obstacles that prevent the proper flow of natural processes in the body. The doctor must restore cosmic forces in the countless ducts and channels of the body, help the body clear the paths along which the flow of cosmic life flows, in other words, open the way to self-healing, since the laws of self-regulation and self-healing lie at the basis of all the vital activity of the human body.
Sufficiently wise nature endows each person with the potential ability to fix any problems that may occur in his system. But the healing powers that each organism possesses have their limits. Therefore, a person should support them, help them work more efficiently. And he must do this using only natural methods of healing.
Since every living being has healing powers inherent in it by nature, then treatment should be understood as the awakening of these healing powers with the help of natural methods based on knowledge of the main biological laws that control the body.
The human body is a system where everything is interconnected. The human body is often referred to as the "human economy". There is something wise in this expression, since in reality every healthy economy, whether state, rural, economic or social, lives under the rule of law - now "in", now "out", now "credit", now "debit". In the human economy, nutrition means "in" or "credit", allocation - "out" or "debit". Sweating, diarrhea, vomiting are the great unpaid debt in the current account of the human economy, which the organism has to return, since this is the only suitable way to regulate an unbalanced account in the human economy.
In fact, the healing forces of nature are one example of a reaction inherent in any living organism, when any of the reactions begins to act to save the entire organism. Losing sight of the idea of the human body as a whole, traditional medicine fights a specific disease by suppressing its symptoms with the help of medicines. And the Health System is aimed at raising the effectiveness of the healing forces of nature, thereby maintaining the health of the patient as a whole. What we call the symptoms of illness are actually manifestations of the healing powers of nature. These forces are needed by the body. They eliminate any disturbances in the human body. This does not mean that it is not necessary to suppress the temperature, diarrhea, vomiting. They need help, because they play the role of healers: the temperature burns the accumulated toxins in the blood, vomiting cleanses the stomach of poisons, diarrhea frees the intestines from them. It is necessary to fight not with them, but with the poisons that gave birth to them, and in no case should one grasp at additional poisons - medicines.
In order not to interfere with the action of the healing forces of nature, it is necessary to know the principle of self-regulation that occurs during illness, only then it is possible to create the most favorable conditions for the body. And only such treatment will benefit!
No method of maintaining health can be practical and rational until it is based on the principle: understand the cause! And only then - to interfere in the work of nature itself, rather not to interfere, but simply not to interfere and, if possible, help. This is another important principle of the Health System.
Nature creates a living organism healthy. It lays in him protective forces - the forces of immunity, self-regulation, self-healing and self-improvement. So why do various disorders and disorders occur? In order to understand this, it is necessary to understand the concept of "health".

What is health

Taken in its fullest sense, the word "health" means completeness, perfection of organization, that is, vitality, freedom of action, harmony of functions, energy and freedom from any tension and constraint. Health is based on the principle of interaction and interdependence of organs. Health depends on the harmony or balance between the conflicting, opposing forces of the body: movement and rest, action and reaction, acid and alkali, heat and cold, absorption and excretion.
These forces are constantly at work in the body, and our healing forces are designed to maintain a balance between them. The more effective they are, the better your health. And to have good health means never to have the discomfort caused by an imbalance between these opposing forces (and, if it occurs, to be able to quickly eliminate it).
However, very often we not only do not help the healing forces of our body, but also interfere with them, violating the laws of nature. Knowing the basic laws of nature and following them is another principle of the Health System. Unfortunately, our world today is a world of people who are well educated in the field of non-positive knowledge, that is, knowledge that is not related to man and nature. You can be superbly versed in technology and suffer from chronic indigestion. Unfortunately, even medical students are not required to study healthy people! Signs and symptoms of health are not studied. No medical college has applied for healthy people for clinical examination. But an open-air health clinic is more important than a hospital bed clinic for studying disease. A place where the population and students would be taught how to establish and maintain health, not at all in a hospital bed, but in the fresh air! But no one has yet seen a medical institute in a gymnasium, on a beach, in a sanatorium or a canteen, where questions of health and its signs would be discussed.
Any disease (excluding injuries and genetic diseases) is the result of a violation of the laws of the vital activity of the human body, the laws of nature. Therefore, it is necessary to treat, restoring the action of biological laws, and this is possible only with a correct understanding of their action. It is possible to restore health to a person only by knowing what health is, what laws it obeys. In order to defeat the disease, you need to know the causes of its occurrence, and in order to understand these reasons, you again need to know the basic laws that this organism is subject to. The health system provides this knowledge, fills in the gaps that have arisen due to a one-sided view of health - a view from the side of the disease.

What is a disease and how to deal with it

Since the disease is a violation of the integrity of the body, then when eliminating this individual violation, it is necessary to use a systematic approach. The over-specialization of modern medicine is a real assault on the dignity of man, for it subdivides man so scrupulously into parts that there is nothing left in these fragments that can reproduce the real picture of the human being as it really is. A modern doctor is like a person studying a tiny fragment of a great picture under a magnifying glass, examining the smallest cracks in paint and pinpoint touches of an artist's brush - but, alas, not seeing the whole picture. But even the ancient Japanese physician Kan Funayama in his "Essays on Medicine" says: "If you do not think that a person is an indivisible whole, the path to success is closed to you."
In order for the objective laws of self-regulation and self-healing that do not depend on our will to work, we need not to interfere with them, but to create conditions that will allow the body to cope with its problems, restore its integrity. And this can be done only by natural methods and only by a complex effect.
Indeed, after all, the cure for a cold or other abnormal condition, which we call a disease, depends only on the self-healing functions of the body. With the help of medicines, we only suppress the symptoms of the disease, thereby driving the disease itself deeper. Without eliminating the causes that gave rise to the disease, we force it to lie low, and it will wait for a new opportunity to come out.
What does the vitality of an organism depend on? What determines his health? Health depends on four primary elements, namely: skin, nutrition, organs of the body, psyche. If we take health as 100%, then each of these elements is responsible for 25% of health. Any of these elements cannot make up all health, but all of them together can ensure the viability of the whole organism.
Various health systems offer treatment of individual organs of the body, thus trying to solve a global problem in private ways - for example, dietology, breathing therapy, hydrotherapy or various therapeutic exercises. The Health System takes a holistic approach and offers whole body wellness by helping the four elements of health.

The principle of natural healing

The health system completely rejects any drug therapy, it uses only natural healing methods aimed at awakening the healing forces of the body. The source of health is in healthy influences and healthy means. Medicines, which are actually poisons, do not belong to the factors of life that bring health.
If nothing interferes with the healing forces in the human body, then it remains immune to many diseases. Despite the fact that a person is inhabited by microbes of typhus, tuberculosis, plague, cholera and many other diseases, nothing threatens him if his body is not tired, irritated, cleansed: his cells can coexist in a world with many microorganisms that will be busy fighting with each other, but not with the environment in which they live. Therefore, we need exercises that relieve fatigue, improve all physiological processes, normalize the energy balance in the body, cleanse it at the level of each cell.
Special exercises and body cleansing form the basis of my wellness methods. Light, air, water, food, movement, rational nutrition and mental regulation - these are the means that open the way to self-healing. By increasing the flow of oxygen to the cells, stimulating the capillary system, increasing the flow and back and forth exchange between blood and lymph on the one hand and the intracellular environment on the other, by organizing the elimination (destruction) of intracellular waste, we can protect the integrity and energy of the cytoplasm, nucleus , mitochondria and membranes. This is a real therapy for all diseases, which does not cure, but modestly and obediently opens the way to self-healing.
Traditional medicine, despite its huge arsenal of remedies against diseases, has not made a person healthier. The conquered diseases are being replaced by new, even more insidious ones. Diseases become more and more difficult to cure, as if competing in sophistication with the drugs that kill them, and yet man persists in resorting to patented remedies. He seeks salvation in anything and anyone, but not in himself, not realizing that no one can cope with diseases better than the healing forces inherent in his own body. They just need to not get in the way.
So, in order not to interfere with your healing powers, you need to move away from traditional and ineffective means of fighting diseases. My Health System, first of all, gives knowledge of the laws of nature, teaches the right way of life, because only armed with this knowledge, a person can protect his health. And the science of a sick person must first of all be based on observation. When examining a patient, I take into account many factors, for example, the posture and gait of a person help to make the correct diagnosis. Only a general analysis of the totality of various symptoms can help to understand the true causes of disorders in the body.
Live according to the laws of nature and the human body - and you will be protected from premature old age and disease, you will be able to maximize your physical, mental and spiritual strength.

Leather. Vital functions of the skin

The skin is one of the four elements on which the health of the body as a whole depends. The skin is the boundary line between the environment and the human body, it is the part of the human body that first comes into contact with air. The skin is the boundary, but it is also the gateway through which the healing forces of nature work throughout the body. And finally, the skin performs a variety of functions that are important for the normal functioning of the whole organism.
First, the skin, along with the lungs, performs the function of breathing. Through microscopic pores, it inhales oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. This function is vital for the body. If an animal is placed in an atmosphere of carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulfide, and the head is left in an ordinary atmosphere, it will die, despite the fact that it seems to be able to breathe. If the smallest pores for some reason become clogged (due to a burn, when covered with paint or resin), a person begins to suffocate, the heartbeat slows down, the temperature drops and death occurs. There is a known case, described in the biography of Leonardo da Vinci, with a boy who was painted in gold paint (the boy depicted the golden age) and in the festive bustle they forgot to wash it off. The child died because skin respiration stopped.
Without food, a person can live 40-50 days (due to the reserves of all substances in his body), without water - about 5 days, without oxygen, even an experienced diver will not last more than 5 minutes. But oxygen enters the body in two ways: through the lungs and through the skin. So, the skin can be considered as a respiratory organ.
Nature created us naked, no doubt assuming that we would breathe with more than just our lungs. Some scientists believe that the first living being did not yet have respiratory organs, but nevertheless lived and breathed. This is evidenced by the fact that, in its evolutionary origin, the skin is older than the lungs.
So, the skin performs a respiratory function, oxygen enters through its pores, which is extremely important for metabolic processes. The fact is that the lack of oxygen does not allow the slag to burn out completely, which leads to the accumulation of carbon monoxide, and this, in turn, is one of the main causes of diseases, including cancer. Usually people are not aware that the respiratory function of the skin and cancer are closely related.
Research shows that the foods we eat are first converted to glucose, then to acetic acid, then to formic acid, and finally to carbon dioxide and water. With a lack of oxygen, instead of carbon dioxide and water, oxalic acid is formed in the human body, which decomposes into carbon dioxide, water and carbon monoxide. Thus, the smaller the influx of oxygen, the more carbon monoxide is formed.
Unfortunately, the skin of a modern person has lost a significant part of its natural functions: we constantly wear clothes, and our skin has ceased to breathe normally. In addition, people spend most of their time in stuffy concrete houses, work in poorly ventilated rooms, and breathe in air poisoned by the exhaust gases of cars on the street. This means that a person risks his health. The accumulation of carbon monoxide is one of the causes of cancer. This conclusion was reached back in 1928 by Dr. Burburg, who stated that the energy of cancer cells comes from a fermentation process that occurs in the absence of oxygen. Lack of oxygen causes disturbances in normal cells and creates prerequisites for the formation of cancer cells. In order to fight carbon monoxide, this terrible enemy that causes many diseases, it is necessary to increase the supply of oxygen to the body. For this, techniques are designed that improve skin respiration. And above all - air baths

Air baths

Perhaps there is no need to talk about the benefits of air baths. We all know from childhood how healing their effect is. Staying on the beaches, sunbathing, swimming - all this charges us with vigor and health for a long time. Our body is saturated with oxygen, which means that metabolism improves, the risk of diseases decreases. Contrasting air baths, that is, alternate exposure and wrapping in warm clothes, bring even greater benefits.

Contrasting air baths

Procedure

Exposure time, s.

Time of warming up in clothes, sec.

When performing these procedures, if possible, you need to expose the entire body. It is also necessary to remember that the clothes worn between exposures should be somewhat warmer than required for the season.
After performing the procedures, you should lie down for some time on a hard and even bed with a hard pillow.
When performing contrast air baths, you need to be naked in a room with open windows, and keep warm by closing the windows. Warm clothes should be warm, but should not be allowed to overheat to the point of sweating. A sick and weakened person must be helped by someone.
It is best to choose the time of the procedure just before sunrise or until about 10 am, you can also do it in the evening, about 9 pm. The procedures last 30 days, then a break is made for 3-4 days, then again 30 days of treatment. This should be done for about 3 months, and in case of liver disease or other internal organs, treatment should be extended up to a year.
Often during treatment, unpleasant sensations occur: itching, discomfort or stomach pain. This is temporary and indicates the beginning of self-healing of the body.
You can take contrast air baths in the open air, if the weather conditions allow it. The technique is the same as indoors. It should only be remembered that warming clothes should be very warm; the warming time can be extended, but the exposure time must be strictly observed.
The first session (from 1 to 40 seconds) should lie on your back, from 40 to 70 seconds - on the right side, from 70 to 100 seconds - on the left side, from 10 to 110 seconds - again on the back.
When naked, you can rub the stiff parts of the body or do the "Goldfish" exercise, an exercise for the capillaries, as well as for the back and abdomen. Having dressed, you need to lie down with your palms tightly closed over the solar plexus. And after completing the entire procedure, lie down for 10 minutes with closed feet and palms. This procedure is performed an hour before meals or 30-40 minutes after it, and also not earlier than an hour after the bath.
The technique I propose not only enhances skin respiration, but also improves another function of the skin - excretory. Like the kidneys or other excretory organs, the skin removes harmful substances from the blood through the sweat glands.
The total area of the skin surface of human skin is from 1.7 to 2.6 square meters. m. The approximate number of sweat glands is three million. The number of sebaceous glands is approximately 250 thousand. The sebaceous glands secrete products of intestinal fermentation, iodine, bromine, antipyrine, salicylic acid.
Sweat glands secrete 600-900 g of sweat per day, and sometimes even up to 1400 g. It depends on the external temperature, the amount of fluid poured out, kidney failure, blood circulation intensity, conditions such as excitement, fear, anger, which increase sweating. During the development of subacute diseases, instead of an attack of fever, night sweats appear.
Sweat contains mineral salts, fatty acids, urea; lactic, formic, acetic acids. In a normal state, about 1 g of urea is excreted with one liter of sweat, in a diseased state, the amount of urea increases significantly. During illness, the sweat glands become more active to rid the body of toxins and other substances that cannot be excreted by the kidneys, lungs, and digestive tract. Their intense work during the acute period of illness is reminiscent of the efforts of sailors who pump water out of the hold of a ship that has been wrecked.
The size of the sweat glands is not the same: some of them can reach 3-4 mm, others do not exceed 0.1 mm. There are about 500 glands per square centimeter of the body surface, which means that the total area of the sweat-producing surface is about 5 square meters. Comparing these figures, one can understand how important the excretory function of the skin is for the body. By strengthening the excretory function of the skin, we help cleanse the body of harmful substances.
Try licking your shoulder with your tongue after exercising, and you will taste the acrid taste of a mixture of acid and salt, much more unpleasant than the taste of pure salt. Moreover, sweat is poisonous. It is enough to let the animal swallow a small amount of sweat to cause its death.
Studies that were conducted to find out the reasons for feeling unwell or even fainting that occur when you stay in a room filled with people for a long time showed that the reason for this is an increase in the content of toxic products in the gases emitted by the human body, and not a lack of oxygen, as was previously believed.
So, for a healthy cell life, toxins must be removed from it. Nature has created several ways in which these toxins are removed: lymphatic, venous vessels and ducts of the sweat glands. For tens of thousands of years, when primitive man ran all day in search of food and sweated all day, all three channels worked at full capacity. Modern man is less mobile, moreover, he is constantly protected by clothing, often made of artificial, breathable fabrics. Therefore, all those poisons that could come out with sweat, a person carries in himself. As a result, the circulatory and lymphatic systems, and hence the liver and kidneys, work with overload. As a result of this unnatural overload, people develop diseases of the liver, kidneys, bladder and other organs. Therefore, in addition to carrying out medical procedures, I recommend not to spoil the skin with too warm clothes, more often to take it off in the open air.
We are machines that run on air. Oxygen is not only the purifier of our body, but also one of the greatest providers of the energy it needs. Fresh air, sunlight bring life energy to all life on Earth. Remember what a plant looks like when grown without sunlight, without fresh air - it seems lifeless. Every tiny leaf of grass, every vine, tree, bush, flower, fruit and vegetable draws its life from solar energy. Everything living on Earth depends on solar energy, on its intensity. Our Earth would be a lifelessly cold place, shrouded in eternal darkness, if it were not illuminated by the magical rays of the Sun. But the Sun gives us not only light, solar energy is transformed into human energy.
It has long been known that the skin is closely related to the protective reactions of the body. Clinical observations confirm that the skin performs a protective function in febrile diseases. Skin with all confidence can be called the grave of microbes. And sunbathing, being outdoors and especially playing sports in nature help to increase the protective functions of the skin.
It must be remembered that the effect of air on the human body depends primarily on its humidity: the same temperatures are perceived differently. Thus, increased air humidity at its high temperature contributes to overheating of the body, and when exercising under these conditions, overheating occurs faster. Therefore, if it is hot and humid at the same time, be careful during exercise, carefully control your sensations, it is especially important to catch the state of unpleasant strong heat.
At low temperatures, the moisture in the air hydrates your clothes and skin, and you may feel chills. This state should also be alarming. Thus, exposure to fresh air should not be uncontrolled, although many believe that a special technique for taking air baths is not required.
The same applies to sunbathing. Very often, people, trying to tan as quickly and as much as possible, do not follow the rules for sunbathing, and as a result, they are forced to sit at home or in the shade for a week, or even more, due to burns.
It should also be remembered that if exposure to air has practically no contraindications, then sunbathing can be taken only after consulting a doctor. There are many reasons why sun exposure should be kept to a minimum. This applies to certain diseases of the heart, tuberculous lesions of internal organs, etc. Staying in the sun is very tiring for weakened people who have recently had an infectious disease, as well as those who are no longer young. An elderly person who has spent the whole day on the beach may feel palpitations, shortness of breath, and unpleasant profuse sweat will appear.
An even, good tan can be obtained by using fractional exposure to the sun - that is, in small doses, taking breaks. And do not think that sunburn occurs only under the direct rays of the sun; the skin also acquires a dark shade when taking air or sunbathing in aerosolaria, protected from direct sunlight by special ceilings, tree crowns. The healing effect occurs after taking small doses of solar radiation, and this effect is far ahead of the appearance of our favorite chocolate skin color. Even in cool weather, you can tan in clear weather, you just need to hide from the wind. But remember that sunbathing without medical recommendations, you will not always benefit yourself.
The basic principle of hardening by the sun is gradualness. At first, sunbathing can be taken up to 3 minutes, after 1-2 days their duration increases by 2-3 minutes. Thus, the duration of the procedure is brought to 50-60 minutes.
Sunbathing is best taken in the morning. The most useful tan is May. And a few more tips. Sunbathing is allowed only 2 hours after eating. It is best to take them on an empty stomach or just before a meal. Some mistakenly believe that the tighter the head is wrapped, the better it is protected from the sun's rays. But all kinds of turbans made of towels or hats made of newspapers interfere with normal heat transfer. Light white panama in this case is more appropriate.
Of course, air procedures are not limited to being outdoors during the warm season. There are many tempering procedures that accustom a person to cold air. Don't wear overly warm clothes and expose your skin often. Of course, you should not suddenly test the limits of your body's endurance, but constant training increases your strength reserves.
The life of the human body can be represented as a metabolism, and metabolism is possible only in the presence of oxygen. Moreover, we should all be interested in not experiencing oxygen deficiency, and a simple conclusion follows from this: it is necessary to provide the skin with free access to fresh air as often as possible and in no case overheat it. There is even such a thing as thermal pollution. When we keep the skin in a clogged state, and even with overheating, we thereby open the way to disease.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy has been popular at all times. It has long been known that the skin is the most extensive organ for excreting toxins. Therefore, hydrotherapy was widespread, stimulating the excretory function of the skin.
The first information about hydrotherapy came to us from the Indian epic Rig Veda (1500 BC). Water was used not only as a means of washing the body for hygienic purposes, but also served as a remedy for the Indians and Egyptians. From various literary sources it is known that the Assyrians, Babylonians and Jews used it for therapeutic purposes. From Egypt, the water treatment method was transferred to Greece by Pythagoras (528-507 BC), where it was improved by Hippocrates (460-377 BC).
From Greece, the teachings of Hippocrates on hydrotherapy were transferred to Rome by the doctor Asklepiades (114-59 BC). Numerous remains of ancient Roman baths indicate that hydrotherapy was widespread in Rome. Rome was famous for its public baths, which consisted of many rooms: for washing with warm water, for washing with hot water, for bathing in cold water, for relaxation and entertainment. These bathings were called "balnium". From this word, the term "balneotherapy" came later. Baths with mineral water were especially appreciated.
In the "Medical Canon", created in the 11th century by Abu-Ali-ibn-Sina (Avicenna), among other remedies, the pod is mentioned. In India, balneological procedures were prescribed for people suffering from both external and internal diseases. Diaphoretic treatment was widespread for swelling of the face, limbs, with general dropsy, and in all cases when the patient's body, according to the doctor, was overflowing with dampness, moisture and sputum. Mud therapy, rubbing, baths, fumigation with smoke and steam, warming compresses, hot wet and dry poultices were popular; in case of skin diseases, especially if they were accompanied by itching, patients were bathed in artificial sulfur baths or natural mineral springs.
During the Middle Ages, hydrotherapy was forgotten. Its revival dates back to the second half of the 17th century and the first half of the 19th century, when it began to develop in some European countries.
For a long time, the use of hydrotherapy procedures was based on purely empirical ideas not supported by theory. Empiricists, intoxicated by the success of their therapeutic measures, often reached the point of curiosity in their methods. They ordered patients to sweat in a steam bath or in a hot oven for 10 days in a row, kept the patients in water not only during the day, but also at night, forced them to drink up to 80 glasses of mineral water per day. And in order to diversify the long stay of patients in the water, floating tables with snacks were placed in the hydrotherapy pool. Such fanaticism, of course, could not contribute to the development of hydrotherapy as a science.
Hydrotherapy received scientific development in the 19th century. At this time, it gained great popularity in the West. A simple peasant Vikenty Prysnits made a great contribution to its development. His student, an Austrian doctor, Professor Winternitz, having studied the practical experience and works of his teacher, put hydrotherapy on a solid scientific basis. Winternitz carefully developed the physiology of hydrotherapy techniques and gave a scientific explanation for the observations and knowledge obtained by Prysnitz empirically.
The priest Kneipp enriched hydrotherapy with new methods, who also contributed to the spread of hydropathic methods throughout the world. In 1892, works on hydrotherapy by V. Kaminsky, an outstanding Russian scientist who devoted his life to the issues of hydrotherapy, appeared. Summarizing the experience of his predecessors, he brings a lot of new things to this method of treatment. Kaminsky led a large practice, huge crowds of people thirsting for healing came to him.
Hydrotherapy is a natural physical factor influencing the human body. It differs from many other means in its availability, safety and effectiveness: with the proper use of water, many functional disorders can be fully corrected, diseases can be successfully fought and working capacity can be maintained until old age. One of the most important laws of hydrotherapy is the law of reaction, which says: the stronger the irritation, the stronger the rush of blood to the site of irritation. Or, as Avicenna wrote, "bathing in cold water immediately precipitates the innate warmth inside the body, then it again sticks to the surface of the body, strengthened several times."
Contrast baths are a powerful irritant, have hardening properties, train blood vessels, reduce high blood pressure, relieve nervous overload and stress, and improve skin functions. That is why, along with air baths, contrast water baths have entered the Health System.
The usual hot panna, which causes sweating, can lead to the loss of moisture, salts and vitamin C from the body, as well as upset the acid-base balance in it. Therefore, it will be more correct to alternate between cold and hot baths. Such contrast baths keep the body in a normal state and help it maintain its acid-base balance.
The duration and technique of performing baths depends on the state of health. Contrast baths are especially effective for neuralgia, rheumatism, headaches, diabetes, hypertension, heart and kidney diseases, colds, Addison's disease, malaria, anemia, circulatory diseases, fatigue. It should be remembered that in some diseases - alkalosis, acidosis, colds - convulsions or general lethargy often occur, these opposite symptoms can develop alternately. Such manifestations indicate the development of a compensatory process that rids the body of physiologically incompatible phenomena. In this case, contrast baths help.
Those suffering from venereal diseases should use contrast water baths only after treatment with air baths for 2-3 months. For those who are over 30 years old, or weakened people, it is better to start with a hand or foot bath, with a gradual deeper immersion of the arms and legs in the bath: first to the elbow and knee, then to the shoulder and groin. After a week, you can already take a full bath, that is, immerse yourself in water up to your throat.
Hot and cold baths are taken alternately. The temperature of the hot bath is 42-43°C. The temperature of the cold bath is 14-15°C.

The method of bath with immersion to the groin is as follows: first you need to take a regular bath for the whole body, then dry yourself thoroughly and proceed to contrast baths:
1. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
2. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
3. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
4. Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute.

The last bath should be cold, after which the body is thoroughly dried and left exposed to the air until the skin is completely dry, from 6 to 30 minutes, depending on the state of health. Thin people need to stay naked for a shorter time, fat people for a longer time.
Contrast baths for those suffering from atherosclerosis. In this case, the treatment starts at the lowest temperature difference between hot and cold baths. Gradually, this difference is increased, and in the end it should be about 30 ° C.
Hot water temperature, С: 39 40 41 42 43
Cold water temperature, С: 35 30 25 20 14
How many days to take such a bath: 3 3 2 2 2
Then the last bath is taken daily.
Contrast baths for healthy people. Performed at a temperature of 41-43 ° C for a hot bath and 14-15 ° C for a cold one. Each bath lasts one minute, the baths alternate. A series of baths of 11 cycles is recommended, and sometimes the course is brought up to 61 cycles!
If it is not possible to take a bath, you can pour cold water from the tap on the body, starting from the feet and gradually raising the hose. You can also use a bucket for this purpose: one bucket of water for the legs, one for the knees, one for the navel, one for the left shoulder, one for the right (repeat three times - a total of three buckets for each shoulder).
To cleanse the skin, it is also very useful to use the Dr. Kneipp method - wrapping with a "Spanish cloak". This procedure is performed as follows. "Spanish cloak" is made from thick canvas in the form of a wide shirt with sleeves, which is wrapped in front like a kimono. The "cloak" is soaked in cold or warm water and put on. The patient lies on a blanket and wraps himself in such a way as to block access to air, and is covered from above with a feather bed. You can use wax paper. In no case can not use polyethylene or oilcloth. You need to put on a "cloak" and wrap yourself up quickly enough, and the whole procedure lasts 1.5-2 hours.
In order to be convinced of the effectiveness of this procedure, it is enough to look at the water in which, after such wrapping, the “cloak” is rinsed: it is full of harmful substances and mucus that comes out with sweat. This procedure is especially useful in general catarrhal conditions, with fever, gout, articular rheumatism. And if the "cloak" is dipped in a decoction of hay dust or pine branches, it can cure joint pain and urolithiasis.
This procedure is very useful for cleansing the body of toxins, it can be performed by both adults and children.
Air and water baths not only enhance skin respiration, not only stimulate the excretory function of the skin, but also train the capillaries. This is especially important if we remember that the glomus, which acts as an emergency controller and plays an important role in blood circulation, is abundantly scattered under the skin.

Skin is a mirror of health

The skin performs not only respiratory and excretory functions, the skin in a broader sense is a tissue that forms the contents of various organs. Therefore, when diagnosing, great attention should be paid to the condition of the skin. The presence of rashes, acne, freckles, moles, warts, dry skin, irritation - all these are signs of certain disorders in the body.
All nerve endings are located on the skin, it is penetrated by a huge number of venous vessels and is directly connected with the endocrine system. All life processes are connected with it.
Diagnosis of diseases by the condition of the skin has been used since ancient times. So, in ancient China, by external signs, they were able to recognize human diseases, this art was called "Xian Ming". This knowledge was secret, and the great masters Xian Ming passed on their experience orally to a few students. According to this doctrine, the weight of the marks on the skin (birthmarks and age spots, nevi) indicate weak energy zones and channels in the human body.
According to the pattern of changes in the skin of the face, heart diseases were determined. For example, a red complexion is characteristic of heart disease. With incipient hypertension, pallor of the skin is observed only in the forehead area. Heart failure with damage to the mitral valve and congestion in the pulmonary circulation is manifested by a blue-red color of the cheeks. A very reliable diagnostic sign of a possible myocardial infarction is also a violation of sensitivity, up to numbness of the skin area between the chin and lower lip.
Very characteristic of cardiac pathology are changes that appear on the nose or in the nose area. So, for example, if blood vessels in the form of meshes are found around the nose, this indicates a violation of hemodynamics, stagnation, thrombosis with inflammation of the veins. The wings of the nose, which have a blue-red color, also speak of heart disease. The pallor of the auricles with a characteristic waxy tint also indicates a violation of blood circulation.
Combined cardiopulmonary insufficiency, with shortness of breath due to chronic bronchitis, manifests itself as a blue auricle.
The area of special attention is whiskey, which is an indicator of the vital energy reserves of the body. A curved temporal artery that clearly protrudes under the skin, coupled with facial redness, indicates a sharp increase in blood pressure, which can lead to a hypertensive crisis. The same state of the temporal artery, but in combination with blanching of the skin of the face, indicates sclerosis of the cerebral vessels, aggravated by high blood pressure of renal origin.
White spots against the background of normal coloration of the cheeks indicate an asthenoneurotic syndrome with persistent hypotension. In the case of a blue-red coloration of the skin of the neck, in combination with thickened veins, heart failure can be assumed.
Thus, for a person who understands that the body is a single system where everything is interconnected, any skin changes, in combination with other signs, are important in establishing the correct diagnosis.
Skin pathology is comprehensible only against the background of the general pathology of the body. The skin is an important gland of external and internal secretion, with a vast surface, richly supplied with blood vessels, closely connected with all internal organs. It produces heat, electricity, radiation, it is the focus of the metabolism of many organic and mineral components, it is the source of numerous humoral reactions. The skin reacts humorally to all physical, chemical and microbial agents, external or internal. By maintaining the resistance and youthfulness of the skin, we will become more equipped to fight many diseases!

Constipation and carbon monoxide. Constipation as a risk factor

I have already talked about the negative impact on health that the accumulation of carbon monoxide in the body has. One of the reasons preventing the removal of carbon monoxide from the body is a lack of oxygen, the other is constipation.
Constipation is a consequence of the expansion of the pylorus (exit from the stomach into the intestines) as a result of the weakening of the 5th thoracic vertebra. It is known that the stomach has an acidic environment, and the intestines - alkaline. When the pylorus expands, gastric acid from the stomach flows into the intestines, thereby neutralizing the alkali located there. This leads to weakened bowel function. In the event that this phenomenon occurs regularly, constipation appears and, as a result, carbon monoxide accumulates in the body. And this, in turn, leads to many serious diseases, including cancer.
For some reason, constipation is not usually considered as a serious illness or cause for serious concern. Many find it easy to deal with with laxatives or enemas. But these remedies are unlikely to help if the cause of constipation is a weakening of the spine. Effective help in this case can be provided by six health rules that allow you to eliminate subluxations of the vertebrae, strengthen them and, in addition, increase intestinal motility (especially the exercise for the back and abdomen and the "Goldfish").
As soon as you begin to regularly, twice a day, perform these exercises, you will immediately feel a positive result. Regular stools once a day can be considered ideal.
Why is constipation so dangerous and why is so much attention paid to this problem in the Health System?
When I was working on the system, my attention was drawn to the experiments of Dr. Shibat, who artificially created constipation in rabbits, which led to the expansion of cerebral blood vessels and cerebral hemorrhage. Moreover, hemorrhages were observed only in those rabbits that had prolonged constipation. It was this pattern that led me to the idea of a new method of treating mental illness.
I believe that the main cause of mental disorders is blockage or twisting of the intestines. In constipation, poisons are formed, these poisons are absorbed into the blood and, reaching the brain, poison its cells. This leads to dilation or inflammation of the capillaries, which in turn leads to impaired mental function. The good results which have been obtained in the treatment of some mentally ill patients by careful bowel cleansing confirm these conclusions. It can be argued that one in ten weak-minded people is a person suffering from constipation. This theory has been known since the time of Hippocrates. "Strong health also implies perfect unloading," they said then. Despite the fact that many doctors consider diarrhea or constipation to be just a minor health problem, the danger of a buildup of intestinal waste cannot be underestimated.
When food is completely burned, carbon dioxide is formed, which does not harm the body. But when the food is not completely burned, carbon monoxide is formed, which destroys the tissues and organs of the body. Even most negligent servants will not forget to remove the ashes from the bottom of the stove before loading coal into the carrier. If you throw coal into a stove with ashes at the bottom, there will be more smoke than fire. If we want to have good health, we must take care of perfect unloading. So, you need to look for methods of cleansing the large intestine and the principles of rational nutrition.
But constipation disrupts more than just brain activity. Poisoned blood, circulating throughout the body, causes disturbances in all its organs. Chronic constipation is expressed in three different stages:

1. In the first stage, general exhaustion resulting from constipation reduces the body's resistance, it is susceptible to any disease.

2. In the second stage, the general discomfort that a constipated person experiences is manifested by fog in the head, pain, blood pressure disorders, diseases of the heart, kidneys and other organs.

3. At the third stage, self-poisoning occurs. The brain suffers the most from intoxication, its blood vessels either expand abnormally or burst.

Damage to the brain leads to the rebirth of the entire digestive system. With constant constipation, diseases associated with psychoses, duodenal ulcers, diseases of the large intestine, appendicitis, cholelithiasis, rheumatism, stomach cancer occur. With self-poisoning, the skin becomes pale, yellow, filled with a large number of red blood cells and compounds with iron oxide. It is known that the health of the body largely depends on the state of the blood: it can either nourish it or destroy it. Contaminated blood with constipation becomes a source of autointoxication. It is understandable, therefore, that those suffering from constipation can become victims of a wide variety of diseases.
The large intestine, constantly filled with feces, turns into a stretched motionless bag. It displaces the internal organs from their places, compresses the diaphragm, which, as you know, is of great importance for normal blood circulation, displaces the liver, kidneys, reduces the mobility of the small intestine, and causes problems in the genitourinary system.
All this creates the basis for the emergence of serious diseases, including cancer.
Realizing the health hazard of constipation, I focused on finding methods of cleansing, strengthening the intestines and the principles of proper nutrition. Only these three components are able to bring the intestines to a normal state.

Fasting treatment

Fasting treatment has been successfully practiced since ancient times by almost all peoples. From sources that have come down to us, it is known that more than two thousand years ago this treatment was prescribed by the philosopher of nature Asklepiades. Plutarch owns the saying: "Instead of medicine, it is better to starve for a day or two." In many ancient scriptures, Hindu and Chinese, one can find similar recommendations. It is known from the Bible that not only Christ, but also Moses and Elijah went hungry for 40 days.
Kabbalah - the secret science and mystical philosophy of the Jews - also prescribes fasting. Almost all ancient peoples considered the refusal of food to be a way of cleansing the body. The Celtic priests, the Druids, had to go through a long fast in preparation for initiation into the next stage of the cult. The sun-worshippers of Persia subjected themselves to a 50-day fast. The same is practiced in India to this day. Mahatma Gandhi, the famous spiritual leader of India, often fasted, sometimes for a long time. In his notes, Gandhi repeatedly prescribed fasting not only to heal the body, but also as a means of spiritual and mental development of a person.
In the X-XI centuries, the great healer of the East, Avicenna, often prescribed fasting for his patients, especially those with smallpox and syphilis. During the French occupation of Egypt, many cases of curing syphilis in Arab hospitals were recorded - by fasting. This was in 1922. A little later, the works of the famous Dr. Graham appeared, who laid the foundation for "Graham science." A more detailed study of fasting treatment was carried out by Dr. E. Hokkaru, who identified fasting as a special branch of the new science. Not only in acute diseases, but also in the case of chronic diseases, he prescribed fasting, and this gave very good results. Around the same time, Dr. G. Tanner was studying therapeutic fasting, he himself fasted twice for 40 days, in order to prove to others by his own example that a person can remain without food for such a long time without any damage to his health.
Having studied many sources on the use of fasting for medicinal purposes, I tried to answer the question: what happens in the body during fasting? The immediate result of fasting is an increase in the blood of carbon dioxide, histamine, choline, and the like, which constrict the veins, resulting in a vacuum in the part where the venule meets the capillaries. This condition in the body generates a capillary vacuum, which is the driving force of blood circulation. Since a vacuum is a force, and starving means creating a vacuum, by fasting we revive the motive power of the entire human body.
The most creative process in the body is the digestive process. But in the case when digestion is disturbed and constipation occurs, this process can turn from constructive into destructive. In order to eliminate this destructive factor, it is necessary to suspend the process of digestion for a while. And then the released vital energy will be directed to the restoration of body functions.
We ingest food, and as it passes through the body, it is crushed, digested, assimilated, and the excess is removed from the body. Four organs are responsible for removing harmful substances: intestines, lungs, kidneys and skin. In order for these organs to work well, the body must have a high vital potential, that is, certain energy capabilities.
After all, to remove the excess, you need to expend energy. It takes a huge amount of vital energy to pass a large amount of food through the digestive tract, a ten-meter long path that stretches from the mouth to the rectum. Enormous amounts of energy are required to pass liquids through two million human kidney filters. Vital energy is also required for the chemical processes in the liver and gallbladder, which prepare food for assimilation by the myriad cells of the body.
A lot of energy is required to enrich five to eight liters of blood with oxygen and remove carbon dioxide from the body, vital energy is also needed by the skin with its millions of pores through which toxic substances are removed.
If you stop these energy costs for a while, then the released life force will be directed to other vital needs of the body. However, I am not inclined to consider fasting as a panacea. Rather, I share the view of fasting as a prophylactic that helps prevent many diseases. At the same time, fasting according to my system can really cope with certain diseases. These include stomach disorders, dyspepsia, constipation, liver enlargement, appendicitis, hepatitis, gastroenteritis, rheumatism, obesity, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, dropsy, sciatica, epilepsy, insomnia, impotence, general paralysis, headaches, migraines, pneumonia, obesity, bronchitis, pleurisy, goiter, malaria, tonsillitis, typhus, varicose veins, ear diseases, cancer, meningitis, adenoids, hernia, cholelithiasis, cystitis, chronic diarrhea, rectal diseases, motor nerve paralysis, anemia.
The following is indisputable: fasting treatment is an excellent way to influence the body, causing an improvement in mental and physical condition, restoration of normal body functions, and an increase in a person’s mental abilities. The greatest success can be achieved if you fast 5 times a year. In men, fasting treatment for the first time should last 3 days, the second - 5 days, the third, fourth and fifth - 7 days each. For women - 2 days for the first time, 4 - for the second, b-for the third, and the remaining two times - for 8 days.
Between courses, an interval of 40 to 60 days should be observed. In case of uncertainty or fear of a longer fast (for 7 and 8 days), a short course of 2 days can be repeated before undergoing a longer fast.
If the desired result is achieved after the first two courses of fasting treatment and if you do not want to continue with the remaining three courses, then short fasts (2-4 days for men and 3-5 for women) should be repeated after 2 or 3 years. Fasting courses should be carried out under proper supervision, it is first necessary to cleanse the intestines. However, it should be remembered that fasting also has a dark side - the possibility that intestinal obstruction will occur. Therefore, fasting cannot be recommended for everyone.
In order to eliminate this serious lack of fasting, I made a series of experiments on myself. As a result, I was able to develop a diet that prevents the occurrence of intestinal obstruction during fasting. Complete fasting is replaced by a diet consisting of agar-agar jelly. In this case, no complications arise, with full preservation of the advantages of treatment.

Cleansing Diet

To remove old feces and toxic metabolites from the body, as well as to stimulate the functions of the excretory organs, you can use the M. Bircher-Benner cleansing diet.
It is carried out as follows. Four days in a row, eat only vegetables and fruits, raw or dried fruits, but soaked in the evening (infusions are also drunk), nuts, leaf infusions or chicory coffee, green tea, honey, vegetable oil 1-3 teaspoons, potatoes only in the form of raw juices. Nothing boiled. 100 g dried rye bread.
For these four days, meat, fish, eggs, sausage, white bread, crackers, pastry products, soups and broths, chocolate, sweets and other sweets, alcohol and tobacco are excluded from food.
Fifth day: the same as in the first four days, but one black cracker is added.
Sixth day: the same, for lunch you can add 2-3 potatoes, boiled without salt, or mashed potatoes.
Seventh day: the same, plus two crackers and half a liter of sour milk.
Eighth and ninth day: one egg is added (raw yolk). From the tenth to the fourteenth day: add 1 teaspoon of butter and 2 tbsp. spoons of cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Starting from the fifteenth day, 100 g of boiled meat is included (no more than twice a week), but two days a week (Monday and Tuesday, for example), the regimen of the first four days is repeated.

Basic principles of life and
proper nutrition

Without food, there is no life. After all, life - a special form of energy - can exist only as long as there is a source of its nutrition. The meaning of cosmic life is that every living being, every stalk, grass, every plant, every amoeba is a receiver, a transformer, a transmitter of countless beams of cosmic energy. The view of life, the origin of life and the relationship between the Sun and our small planet must be revised. What a vast field of disinterested research! What fruitful joint work can be between biologists, physicists, astronomers! The barriers between separate disciplines will disappear if the main thing is left in each branch, discarding minor details. It is necessary to know the basic principles of the origin of life.
Sunlight and air are the main energy carriers that transmit cosmic energy to Earth. Let us think for a moment about the transformation of chlorophyll grains in plants into starch and glucose. Without the meeting of chlorophyll grains with the sun's rays, the formation of starch and sugar in a modest green leaf is impossible. To maintain life, a flow of vital energy generated by the Sun is necessary, energy is needed for all life on Earth. Nutrition is the provision of energy to a person, it is necessary for the construction of healthy cells and the creation of normal, full-fledged blood.
The structural unit of our body is the cell. The cell breathes, feeds, removes decay products, multiplies. Each cell has its own functions. It can be compared to a micro-factory, where everything is interconnected and debugged. A miniature factory performs metabolism with extracellular fluids, converts metabolic products into a form suitable for assimilation, produces microexplosions, constantly releasing energy quanta. Each cell is involved in the supply of tissues with specific substances, such as pepsin, adrenaline, tyrosine, etc. From the fluid surrounding it, the cell extracts oxygen and the elements necessary for its functioning and releases into the fluid waste substances formed during life. The human body as a whole can be compared to a huge construction site on which constant changes take place: construction, reconstruction and destruction are going on at the same time. Every day, 1% of blood cells die in the body and the same number reappears, that is, a new generation of cells continuously arises.
And for all this diverse activity, cells need energy.
Therefore, food is not something that gives us "tasty", "sweet", "sour", "high-calorie", that satisfies our appetite and satisfies our tastes. Nutrition is what gives our cells energy and the necessary "building materials". Light, air, water, and any substance whose elements are capable of being converted into constituent parts of our cells, tissues, organs, and body fluids, as well as all substances that can be used by the cells of the body to perform their functions - everything pro is human nutrition.

Nerve Force
Spirit and body

In a healthy body healthy mind. So said the ancient Romans, so says the Health System. Six rules of health, contrast air and water baths, proper nutrition, while creating physical health, at the same time form a powerful nervous force and mental health. My System helps the body to renew itself, recover as a whole, and its organs and cells, including nervous ones, to function perfectly.
But there is another, no less fair aphorism belonging to the sages of the East: "In a healthy mind - a healthy body." Strengthening and improving his spirit, a person strengthens his physical health. I already spoke about the interaction of the body and spirit when it was about the "Sixth Rule of Health", which improves not only the physical, but also the spiritual energy of a person, makes him more harmonious, healthy, creative.
A healthy nervous system helps a person to withstand all the hardships and storms that he is exposed to in life. To achieve perfect health, you need a huge nerve force that accumulates in the nerve cells of the body. The human nervous system is controlled by three forms of Nerve Force: Muscular Nerve Force, which creates muscular action (tension and relaxation); the nervous force of the organs, which creates health and the ability to resist disease; spiritual nervous force, which creates spiritual endurance and the ability to withstand stress and nervous tension. It is this, the last of these, nervous force that will be discussed.
A person with high spiritual strength is constantly in a state of mental balance, lives wisely and meaningfully. Life flows through our nerves. When you have nerve power, you are full of enthusiasm and happiness, health and ambition, you overcome all difficulties and are ready to accept every challenge of fate. You are not afraid of problems, you welcome them - because your nervous system can handle them, and you are sure of it.

Self-hypnosis method

Just as we build a new healthy body with daily exercise, so our mind can become strong through special ways of training it. Such methods include self-hypnosis.
How often do we find ourselves unable to stop the negative stream of thoughts that takes us away and throws us into the abyss of negative emotions. How often we find ourselves powerless in the face of ever more gripping feelings of fear, resentment, hatred, hopelessness. Millions of people today feel utter helplessness, trying to somehow improve their life circumstances. They have little hope for the future - both for their own and for the future of society. People suffering from depression often tend to believe that nothing in the world is worth their efforts, they begin to feel tired, empty, and lose interest in life. How to deal with it? The main thing that is needed in this case is the will and knowledge. The will to change your life for the better and knowing how to achieve it.
We need to plant positive emotions in our brains. Instead of reliving our troubles and failures over and over again, we must turn towards light, hope, and joyful thoughts. Positive thoughts need to be cultivated, you need to accustom your brain to them. Any suggestible attitude eventually goes beyond consciousness and is firmly rooted in the brain. All methods of suggestion are built on the same principle: the subconscious mind accepts as true any repeatedly and convincingly repeated installation. Why don't we plant thoughts of health, success, happiness in our subconscious instead of endlessly indulging in sad memories and drowning in self-pity?
By fulfilling the "Sixth Rule of Health", we constantly inspire ourselves that every cell of our body is renewed, the blood becomes clean and fresh, the muscles become flexible and elastic, the glands and all other organs function perfectly, all processes in the body proceed normally.
You can formulate all this in one short phrase and repeat it every free minute, and always before going to bed and after waking up - after all, at this time the subconscious is most receptive, since the consciousness becomes dull and is no longer able to refute the suggested installation or doubt its reliability.
Old and unpromising thoughts should be replaced by new, positive, bright ones. Remember that every constructive thought fills the nervous system with life and strength. Your life is in your control. Our brain can have both creative and destructive power, and our task is to subjugate it and direct its activity in a creative direction.
Think about how many years you have indulged in sad thoughts. Everything that surrounds you is the result of your mental activity; what you are is also the result of your thoughts about yourself. You get sick because you think about diseases and their causes. For many years you have destroyed yourself with self-pity, resentment, nervous tension. Today, when you have both will and knowledge, you are able to achieve a lot.
Every day, be open about what you want out of life, and speak in the affirmative, as if you already have what you want: "I feel great. I have good health." Our body, like everything that surrounds us, is nothing but a reflection of our beliefs. Every cell in our body reacts to our every thought and every word.
But it must be remembered that self-hypnosis cannot give instant results. Remember how much time you spent on negative thoughts, how long you convinced yourself that you are the most miserable person in the world. Now we have to move in the opposite direction - towards health. Step by step, you are approaching it by following the six rules of health daily, eating natural food and strengthening your mind.
In addition to self-hypnosis, it is useful to use a method such as creating mental images. Model in your imagination those changes in the body that you want to achieve in reality. The mental image that is placed in the subconscious must be very clear and bright - then the subconscious will be able to give a command to the relevant organs and tissues. The more often you submit the desired image, the sooner the update process will begin. And the results you get will simply amaze you!
With a healthy lifestyle, it is very easy to believe that the body is renewed, health improves, youth and vitality return. Repeat to yourself as often as possible that you are getting younger, that your health and well-being are improving, and every day you will come closer to the mental image that you created for yourself. The ability to create a mental image will help accelerate the achievement of desired results in any area: health, family, work, relationships with people.

Relaxation

A great help in achieving the goals that you have set for yourself can be the ability to relax, or relaxation. In order to learn relaxation, you need to start with complete relaxation of the muscles. You can relax the muscles of the body while sitting on a chair, in an armchair or lying on a bed.
The legs are slightly apart and completely relaxed, so that you feel their heaviness. Hands lie freely on the knees, also relaxed and heavy. The shoulders rest on the back of the chair, the head is thrown back. In this position, you need to mentally repeat to yourself: "I am resting. My brain is resting. My body is resting. I am completely relaxed."
Before going to bed, for complete relaxation, you can use self-hypnosis. Mentally, you make a "journey" throughout the body, from top to bottom, saying to yourself: "My brain is relaxed. The muscles of the head are relaxed. The muscles of the neck and shoulders are relaxed." And so to the tips of the toes. Then say to yourself: "I am completely relaxed. I want nothing but deep, restful sleep. I want to sleep more and more."
However, it must be remembered that all difficulties and hardships should remain outside the bedroom door. Do not try to find a way out of a difficult situation while lying in bed. Falling asleep in an excited state is like putting poison in your food. Healthy restful sleep is another step towards building powerful Nerve Force.
Having mastered the mechanism of relaxation, you can easily establish control over your thoughts. All natural processes are based on the change of one phenomenon to another: the night comes after, winter is replaced by spring. In the same way, the human body needs to relax after tension.
Modern life requires us to constantly exert mental and physical strength. The concept of "stress" is becoming commonplace. The impact of stress adversely affects the entire activity of the body: overstrain disrupts mental activity, impedes blood circulation. With prolonged stress, blood vessels constrict, which causes an increase in pressure. Repetitive stress leads to depression, risk of diabetes, peptic ulcers, decreased levels of sex hormones, and a general decrease in the immune system's ability to fight disease. Platelets can become more sticky than they should be as a result of stress, putting a person at greater risk of heart problems. When stress passes, the balance of body chemicals is usually restored. But when there is too much stress, the levels of these substances in the intervals can “hang” at stress levels corresponding to the high speed of the body.
Relaxation is necessary. It helps to relieve emotional stress, normalize the work of the cardiovascular and digestive systems. At the same time, interference from the subconscious is removed and the central nervous system is strengthened. Having mastered the relaxation method, you can relax and relieve tension in any situation.

strong man rules

To create and maintain high Nerve Force, you must also remember the following:

1. Don't run from fear. Analyze it and perceive fear only as a physical feeling. Fear, which we are afraid to face, can kill us.
Watch your fears and understand that you should not give in to them. Think of them like a movie you've seen and a movie. What you see on the screen does not really exist. Fear will come and go just like the screen shots if you don't hold it tight.

2. Don't live in the past. Remember - it's never too late to start over. But in order to begin to change, you need to let go of the past. Don't live with the burden of past losses and failures. It's all gone. Live for today. Build your life on new principles, releasing everything negative from yourself forever: let it become the property of the past.

3. Don't waste your energy on feeling sorry for yourself. Understand, this is a complete waste of energy. Self-pity, resentment make you move in circles, return again and again to the same bitter thoughts. Years of resentment stored in the soul can even lead to cancer. It is foolish to punish yourself now if someone has offended you in the past.
Let go of the past through a sense of forgiveness. Forgiveness is goodbye. Farewell to feelings of bitterness and resentment, a feeling of pain. Farewell to the situation as a whole. And vice versa, the state of unforgiveness actually leads to the beginning of destructive activity in ourselves - bad thoughts accumulated over the years eventually turn against their owner.

4. Do not go in cycles in thoughts about the bad. Think and talk about what is good in your life. Turn your thoughts in a positive direction.

5. Plan for each day as many things as possible that could give you pleasure. Leave time to go to the theater or read a book. Go to birthdays of friends and relatives, visit anniversaries, exhibitions and other entertainment events. Don't force yourself to party until you drop - just go there.

6. Help other people and you will feel better.

7. No matter how you feel, keep your head up and act like you're a happy person.
If you are really armed with the will and the desire to overcome your troubles - believe me, luck will not take long to wait.

Nutrition of the brain and endocrine glands

Healthy cells in our body are built by two components: exercise and nutrition. We need proper nutrition, in particular, in order to physically rebuild brain cells. What building materials are needed for this?
For normal functioning, the brain needs a sufficient amount of unsaturated fatty acids, the main food sources of which are linseed, sunflower, olive oil, as well as germinated wheat germ oil.
Of the minerals, the brain needs phosphorus, sulfur, copper, zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium. Phosphorus and phosphorus compounds contribute to the formation of brain cells. Food sources of phosphorus are beans, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, lettuce, peas, radishes, soybeans, walnuts, germinated and whole grains of wheat, cheese, cod liver, egg yolk, fish, meat, mushrooms.
Sulfur is needed to saturate brain cells with oxygen. Sulfur rich foods such as almonds, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, garlic, gooseberries, figs, strawberries, lettuce, onions, potatoes, radishes, egg yolk, pork.
Zinc is rich in wheat bran, germinated wheat. Sources of calcium are apples, apricots, beets, blackberries, cabbage, carrots, cherries, cucumbers, currants, gooseberries, grapes, green vegetables, honey, lettuce, young turnip tops, beans, almonds, onions, oranges, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, whole grains, cheese, eggs, pork, milk, cream.
Beans, cabbage, carrot tops, cherries, currants, dandelion leaves, green vegetables, dried fruits, gooseberries, watercress, mustard, nettles, oranges, peas, mint, pineapples, radishes, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, young turnip tops are rich in iron. , whole wheat grains, oatmeal, rice, egg yolk, pork, fish (white), shellfish, liver, kidney, mushrooms.
Magnesium can be obtained from foods such as almonds, lettuce, mint, chicory, olives, parsley, peanuts, potatoes, pumpkin, plums, walnuts, whole grains of wheat, egg yolk, liver.
In addition, the brain is in dire need of a number of vitamins: vitamin E and B vitamins (especially B, Bd, and B^). Vitamin E regulates the activity of the cerebellum, and also helps save oxygen. Sources of vitamin E are lettuce, lettuce, sunflower oil, germinated wheat, whole grain cereals, liver, egg yolk.
The brain needs a lot of oxygen. Foods such as potatoes, parsley, mint, horseradish, radishes, onions, and tomatoes help oxygenate the brain.
Foods rich in B vitamins include nut butter, raw or freshly roasted nuts, whole grains (such as barley), dry beans, polished rice, brewer's yeast; green vegetables: young turnip tops, mustard greens, spinach, cabbage; fruits: oranges, grapefruits, melon, avocados, bananas; milk, beef, beef liver.
The activity of the brain and the state of the nervous system also depend on the work of the endocrine glands, or endocrine glands, which include the thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, as well as the thymus, pancreas, adrenal and gonads.
These glands regulate the functioning of the entire body. The hormones they secrete enter the blood or lymph and are carried throughout the body. They are necessary for proper protein, fat, carbohydrate and water-salt metabolism. The endocrine glands also need proper nutrition.
Thyroid. It is located on the neck in the region of the trachea and laryngeal cartilages. It produces iodine-containing hormones (thyroxine and triiodothyrotoxin), which are involved in the regulation of metabolism and energy in the body. As a result of a decrease in its function, metabolic processes are disturbed, fatigue, irritability, apathy appear, mental activity decreases, and swelling develops.
The thyroid gland needs iodine, B vitamins, vitamin C and tyrosine, an amino acid needed to build proteins. The main sources of iodine are foods such as seaweed, seaweed, lettuce, green parts of plants, turnips, leeks, melons, garlic, asparagus, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, beans, sorrel, grapes, strawberries, oatmeal, sea fish.
The source of tyrosine is most protein foods. Vitamin B, (or thiamine), indispensable for the normal functioning of the nervous system, is found in wholemeal bread, cereals from whole grains (they are not boiled, but brewed with warm water), barley, beans, germinated wheat, asparagus, potatoes, bran, nuts , yeast, liver.
Sources of vitamin C have already been listed in the Vitamin of Life chapter.
Parathyroid glands. They are located on the surface of the thyroid gland or in its tissue. The hormone that these glands produce is involved in the regulation of phosphorus-calcium metabolism, in violation of which a person may develop increased excitability, uncontrolled irritability, convulsions, spasms.
Vitamin D is especially important for the parathyroid glands, helping the body absorb calcium. Vitamin D (or calciferol) is also necessary for normal bone growth, blood clotting, good heart function. Its sources are eggs, milk, butter, liver, fish. It should be remembered that vitamin D is formed in the body under the influence of ultraviolet rays. This vitamin is also part of the secretory secretions of the skin, so stimulating the skin with contrasting water procedures helps to increase it in the body.
Thymus (or thymus) gland. Located in the chest cavity. The thymus gland functions in close relationship with the adrenal glands and the gonads. Vitamins of group B are especially important for the thymus gland (see sources above).
Pancreas. It is located in the abdominal cavity, participates in the regulation of carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. This gland produces the hormone insulin, the deficiency of which can lead to diabetes.
The pancreas needs B vitamins, sulfur, nickel, cystine and glutamic acid. Sources of cystine and glutamic acid are most protein foods, especially dairy products.
The adrenal glands (or adrenal glands) in the form of caps cover the top of the kidneys. They consist of a bark and an inner layer. Hormones of the adrenal cortex play an important role in the body's adaptation to adverse conditions (cold, infection, emotional arousal), and also affect carbohydrate metabolism, sexual function, and muscle performance. The hormones of the inner layer secrete adrenaline, which enhances the absorption of oxygen by tissues, stimulates metabolism.
To nourish the adrenal glands, high-protein foods, vitamins A, C, E, tyrosine are needed (see sources above).
Sex glands. These include the ovaries (in women) and testicles (in men). The sex glands secrete hormones necessary for a normal sexual life, as well as for the proper functioning of the whole organism. The sex glands need vitamins A, C, E, B vitamins, arginine, iron, copper.
Vitamin A is necessary for the growth process, for proper metabolism, for the normal condition of the skin and mucous membranes. In the human body, vitamin A is formed from carotene. For a person, the need for this vitamin should be provided by 1/3 of products containing retinol: butter, cream, dairy products, egg yolk, kidneys, liver, and by 2/3 of products containing carotene: apricots, carrots, cabbage, lettuce -lettuce, potatoes, plums, green parts of plants, all yellow fruits. In addition, since the vitamin activity of carotene in foods is 3 times less than the activity of retinol, live vegetables and fruits should be 3 times more than animal products containing retinol. Vitamin A should be consumed with great care, as its overdose is harmful and can lead to cancer.
Arginine is found in oats, whole wheat grains, yeast, eggs, and milk. Sources of other vitamins, iron and copper, see above.
So, the functioning of the endocrine glands is directly related to the activity of the brain and the state of the entire nervous system. In addition, all these glands are closely related to each other: stimulation of one of them causes a violation of the activity of the other.
With a decrease in the function of any of the endocrine glands, you can use the method of self-hypnosis. If you focus on one gland, imagining it and repeating that it functions perfectly, you will soon see that its performance has actually improved. However, this method, as mentioned above, is applicable not only to individual organs, but to the whole organism as a whole.
In order to keep your glands in excellent condition, you need to provide them with the necessary nutrition and exercise in the Health System. The result will be the creation of a powerful nerve force that will help your body survive in any conditions.

The rules for maintaining health from the Japanese healer Katsuzo Nishi will help you get back on your feet with any illness. And the use of special exercises will prevent the appearance of many problems.

Over the past few decades, world medicine has made more than one breakthrough, finding ways to treat many diseases that affect the human body. But a considerable number of previously unknown diseases were also discovered, which doctors are still not able to cure. Increasingly, patients are recommended folk recipes, as well as methods of alternative, oriental medicine. Hundreds of different techniques have a single basis - the human body is capable of self-healing, the body, spirit and soul are inextricably linked, and everything that is required for a full existence and health can be found in wildlife. The system of recovery according to Nishi is also based on these statements.

Katsuzo Nishi, a Japanese healer, had been very ill since childhood. Doctors did not give him even 20 years of life. However, the desire to gain absolute health and a firm decision to achieve the goal helped the young man defeat his death sentence. The body healing system developed by Katsuzo has been giving positive results to many people around the world for many years. Like all ingenious, it is quite simple and accessible to anyone.

The whole mechanism of the body healing system according to Katsuzo Nishi is based on four elements:

  • psyche and emotions - a positive attitude, self-control lead to health;
  • food - able to cleanse and heal, as well as clog and kill;
  • skin - a protective case of the body, a respiratory and cleansing organ;
  • legs are the bodily support.

The principles of health proposed by Katsuzo Nishi will be useful not only for the sick. This is a complete and effective prevention of many diseases of the human body. It's no secret that many diseases are associated with nerves, spine and blood composition, so it is important to monitor their condition.

Katsuzo Nishi System

As Katsuzo Nishi argued, all diseases have a single root - the alienation of man from wildlife and the conduct of an increasingly unnatural, too technical and synthetic lifestyle. He deduced a set of rules that compensated for environmental conditions, capable of restoring and maintaining the health of the body.

Health rules:

There are a few more points in the above list, which it would be right to talk about separately. They are called "Six Golden Rules of Katsuzo Nishi for Healing" and directly affect the state of blood vessels, blood and spine.

golden rules

The Japanese healer recommended healing the body with the help of healthy sleep, as well as some exercises that improve the condition of the spine and blood flow, which should be repeated twice a day.

No. 1 hard bed

Even the slightest displacement of the vertebrae can lead to sad consequences and many diseases of all systems of the human body. Nerve endings are compressed, intervertebral discs are deformed. Compression of the vessels by the vertebrae disrupts the blood supply to the internal organs. Laying down on soft feather beds, a person only exacerbates this situation. In order to relax the spine, return it to its original position, eliminate the consequences of stress and sedentary work, it is important to properly equip a place for a night's sleep.

According to the Niche system, the bed should be flat and firm, without a soft spring mattress and a bunch of pillows. You need to lie on your back so that the spine can stretch out, correct subluxations on your own, normalize blood flow, give a person the necessary healing of blood vessels, spine and the whole body.

The advantages of such a bed include a full sleep and a restored nervous system, cleansing of blood vessels and free movement of blood, normalization of the intestines and other internal organs. Gradually, a complete recovery of the body will come.

No. 2 hard pillow

Performance

Recovery according to the Katsuzo Nishi system offers special gymnastics. Lying on a hard surface, using a neck roller, raise your arms and legs perpendicular to the floor. Do not pull the feet, leave in a natural state. Begin to vibrate lightly with all limbs, shaking for 2 minutes. Simultaneously with this movement, you should turn your feet outward and inward.

If it is difficult to immediately keep your legs straight, you can start lifting them bent at the knees. But as you practice, you should strive to stretch and keep all limbs straight.

No. 5 connect palms and feet

The diaphragm in the human body performs part of the task of the heart - it pushes blood. Interacting with the respiratory rhythm, it produces pressure on the organs of the gastrointestinal tract, stimulates the work of the lymphatic and blood vessels.

The connection of the feet and palms trains and gives healing to the diaphragm, normalizes neuromuscular tone. The blood flow is activated, and the main advantage is the improvement of the genital organs of men and women. Practicing such a load regularly, a woman will forget about painful periods, cysts, fibroids, endometritis, and can even be cured of infertility. During pregnancy, this practice has a positive effect on the development of the child, and also facilitates childbirth.

Performance

No. 6 strengthening the back and abdomen

This gymnastics stimulates the work of the vessels of the abdominal cavity, improving the movement of blood, the condition and peristalsis of the intestines. Constipation will be eliminated, stagnant feces are removed, thus, the body ceases to be poisoned from the inside and gradually receives healing.

Performance

You need to sit on your knees so that the buttocks rest on the heels. You can take a pose in Turkish. Keep the spine extremely straight. Eyes open, lips closed, breathing calm. Preparing the body for gymnastics, you need to stretch your head and arms in different directions several times. Now you need to concentrate, start swinging from left to right, at the same time perform back and forth movements with your stomach. Simultaneously with the rocking process, Nishi recommends saying out loud positive statements about the healing of every cell of your body, proclaiming that life is full of happiness, health, strength and ability to new achievements.

Additional healing methods according to Nishi

Along with the golden rules of healing the body, Katsuzo Nishi also recommends practicing other gymnastic exercises for blood vessels and the spine.

It also makes sense to learn to relax. The relaxation system from Katsuzo Nishi assumes complete immovable calmness of the human body for at least 40 minutes. It is necessary to find the most acceptable position, close your eyes, calm your breathing and not think about anything.

Water procedures can do a lot. With the help of water, you can improve blood vessels, muscles, skin, internal organs, blood, restore all vital functions. Hot and cold baths, contrast showers and douches are of particular benefit.

The Japanese advises to practice and specific running on the spot. More precisely, walking with jumps in a certain sequence.

However, the main guarantor of success in the application of the Katsuzo Nishi body healing system is a positive attitude and self-hypnosis.

Being in harmony with nature and with oneself, a person can accomplish incredible things, and self-healing in the first place. The example of Katsuzo Nishi is a very clear evidence of this. But you should always remember that any system of healing is allowed for use only after consulting a doctor.

Katsuzo Nishi managed to create 6 health rules. According to him, only a person's own efforts make him healthy. As a child, doctors diagnosed Nishi with a terrible diagnosis and, according to their assumptions, that he should have lived for more than twenty years. As a result, he managed not only to refute the forecast of specialists and live much longer, but also to create a unique healing system that has become popular all over the world. The exercises developed by Katsuzo Nishi help the spine become more flexible, and nutrition will serve as a building material to a certain extent, contributing to the strengthening and formation of correct posture. In the article we will talk about the six golden rules of health Katsuzo Nishi.

Golden Rules of Health by Katsuzo Nishi

The Japanese health system helps to form the correct posture with the help of special effective exercises, swimming, and the right diet. As well as rest and sleep on the right, hard bed, the same goes for pillows.

As for nutrition, the diet must necessarily contain foods rich in magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. In addition, the body must receive daily vitamins, in particular, A, C and D.

6 golden rules of health from Katsuzo Nishi

Rule number 1. hard bed

The slightest curvature of the spine provokes a violation of the activity of various organs. Most people prefer to sleep on a soft bed, but they don’t even know what it is fraught with for their backs. For this reason, the spine is in tension throughout the night and eventually bends.

Katsuzo Nishi argued that it is sleep on a hard bed that helps to correct the constantly occurring disorders in the spinal column. A lover of sleeping in a soft bed thereby allows his nerves to atrophy, which provokes the development of various diseases.

Rule number 2. Hard pillow or cushion

By sleeping on a firm pillow, you can achieve a natural alignment of the vertebrae. Due to sleeping on an ordinary soft pillow, the cervical vertebrae bend, which naturally provokes the occurrence of pain in the back and neck, and also affects the functioning of internal organs in a bad way.

This golden rule of Katsuzo Nishi's health affects, in particular, the nasal septum, the poor condition of which provokes the development of various ailments, which results in diseases, excessive irritability and dizziness. Nishi himself recommended using a firm roll pillow for sleeping.

Rule number 3. Exercise "Goldfish"

To perform this exercise, lie on a flat bed, pull your toes in the direction of the body, while placing your hands under your neck. Having taken this position, begin to squirm (vibrate) with your whole body, trying to imitate the movements of a fish in the water. This exercise should be performed every day in the morning and evening for 1-2 minutes.

Thanks to this exercise, it is possible to cure scoliosis, correct the curvature of the spine, eliminate excessive tension of the vertebral nerves, and also normalize blood circulation.

Rule number 4. "Exercise for capillaries"

You need to lie on your back, while putting your head on a hard pillow, stretch your limbs up vertically to the body and vibrate them easily. With the help of this exercise, capillaries in the organs are stimulated, blood circulation throughout the body improves, and lymphatic fluid is renewed. Repeat this exercise should be performed in the morning and evening for 1-2 minutes.

Rule number 5. "Closing hands and feet"

Lie on your back with a firm pillow under your head. Press the fingertips of one hand on the fingertips of the other, then relax, repeat several times. Then move your hands back and forth, closing your fingertips. Then close your palms over your chest. This is the first part of the exercise.

The second part of the exercise is to raise your legs above your body and connect your knees. Close your feet and at the same time raise and lower your arms and legs 10-60 times. After that, you should rest, meditating for 1-2 minutes. The closing of the palms and feet should be done in the morning and evening.

Rule number 6. Exercise for the spine and abdomen

Training:

  • sit on a chair, raise and lower your shoulders 10 times;
  • tilt your head 10 times to the left and 10 times to the right;
  • tilt your head left-back and right-back 10 times;
  • lower your arms to shoulder level, while bending them at the same time;
  • keeping your hands in the same position, fold them back as much as possible, pull your chin up.

Main part:

  • relax, put your hands on your knees;
  • the body is straightened, the balance is maintained in the coccyx area;
  • start swinging left and right, connecting the stomach. This exercise should be repeated every day after jogging and in the evening for 10 minutes.

As you can see, it is not difficult to follow the golden rules of Katsuzo Nishi's health. Exercise will take a little time, but will bring maximum benefit to the whole body.

SYSTEM: "SIX RULES OF NICHE HEALTH"

The legendary founder of the body healing system Katsuzo Nishi developed 6 exercises that help strengthen the body. Many people experience spinal problems. "Golden Rules" from Kutsuzo Nishi contribute to the alignment of posture.

By the way, Nisha's six health rules were widely publicized about 80 years ago. In our time, thousands of examples around the world have been witnessed, in which seriously ill patients are cured of ailments, when even doctors even shrug their hands in impotence.

1st rule - hard bed

A firm surface during sleep is very important, it helps to evenly distribute the weight of a person over the body, allowing the muscles to relax. A firm bed improves the functioning of skin vessels, improves blood circulation. To improve the comfort of sleep, it is recommended to go for a twenty-minute evening walk.

2nd rule - the pillow must be firm

An ideal pillow is considered to be selected according to the individual parameters of a person. It should completely cover the back of the head, the scapular cavity. Due to the correct position of the head, the spine is in a straight position.

The pillow-roller at first will cause a feeling of discomfort, pain. This is due to the fact that a person is used to a different way of sleeping, but over time, the discomfort will disappear. To make the pillow softer, you can wrap it with a cloth. It is important to remember that the layer of tissue must be gradually reduced - so the body will get used to the hard surface.

3. THE THIRD GOLDEN RULE OF HEALTH - EXERCISE "GOLDEN FISH".

Before starting this exercise, you should lie on your back. The surface must be solid. Hands are placed under the head, legs are extended forward, socks are raised towards themselves.

Stages of the exercise

Pull the left heel forward - stretch the arms in the opposite direction, then repeat the exercise with the right heel.

  1. Pressing the body to the floor, place your hands behind your head. Within two minutes, perform movements to the sides.
  2. These exercises must be performed 2 times a day.

4. THE FOURTH GOLDEN RULE OF HEALTH - EXERCISE FOR CAPILLARIES.

Starting position - lie on your back, on a hard surface. Put a pillow under the neck - a roller, be sure to be firm.

Stages of the exercise

  1. Raise your legs and arms straight up.
  2. Start actively shaking your limbs. Repeat these movements for 3 minutes

5. THE FIFTH GOLDEN RULE OF HEALTH - EXERCISE "CLOSING HANDS AND FEET".

First stage:

  1. Lie with your back on a hard surface, place a hard pillow under your head, close your feet, palms, spread your knees in different directions.
  2. Start pressing the fingertips to each other.
  3. Without stopping pressing the fingers, start pressing the palms.
  4. Lower closed palms in a line from head to waist.
  5. Turn your palms towards your legs. Raise your palms in a line from the groin to the stomach.
  6. Repeat step 4, moving the arms further away from the body.
  7. Stretch your closed palms up, then lower, trying to raise your hands to the highest possible distance.
  8. Move closed feet back and forth.
  9. Repeat the movements of the feet, combining with the movements of the hands.

The second stage - for ten minutes, lie with your eyes closed without changing the initial position of the body.

6. THE SIXTH GOLDEN RULE OF HEALTH - EXERCISES FOR THE SPINE AND ABDOMEN.

To perform the exercises you need:

  1. Sit on the floor, on your knees, lowering your pelvis on your heels.
  2. The back should be in a straight position, the hands should be on the knees.
  3. Each exercise must be done at least 10 times.

First stage:

  1. Warm up the shoulder joints by lifting the shoulders up and down.
  2. Raise your arms in front of you, turn your head to the left, return your head to its original position. Repeat the manipulation in the opposite direction.
  3. Stretch your arms up, repeat the manipulations from point 2.
  4. Perform head tilts to the left, to the right, then the exercises from paragraphs 2, 3.
  5. Perform head tilts forward, backward, then the exercises from paragraphs 2, 3.
  6. Tilt your head to the left, right, forward, backward, then the exercises from paragraphs 2, 3.
  7. Tilt your head on your shoulder, rolling the back of your head from one shoulder to the other, then the exercises from paragraphs 2, 3.
  8. Take your hands off your knees, bend your elbows at a right angle, clench your palms into a fist. Tilt your head back, look at the ceiling and spread your arms to the sides, raising your chin up. Perform the exercises from paragraph 2, 3.

Golden rules of health

First rule of health - hard bed.

It is no coincidence that they say: if you have many diseases, treat your spine. To tidy up the spine, you first need a solid bed.

The human spine consists of 33 vertebrae, which form 5 sections: cervical (7 vertebrae), thoracic (12 vertebrae), lumbar (5 vertebrae), sacral (5 vertebrae fused into one bone - sacrum) and coccygeal (most often - one bone from 3–4 vertebrae). Between the vertebrae are cartilage and ligaments. Due to such a movable connection of the vertebrae with each other, the spine can elastically bend when moving the body, flexion and extension, tilting to the sides and rotation are possible in it. The cervical and lumbar regions are the most mobile, the thoracic region is less mobile. Connecting with each other, the vertebrae form a canal in which the spinal cord is located. Thus, one of the main functions of the spine is to protect the spinal cord - the most important control center, without which the skeletal and muscular systems, as well as the main vital organs, would not be able to work. In the middle of each vertebra is a vertebral process, from which, in turn, there are lateral processes. They protect the spinal column from external impacts. From the spinal cord through the holes in the arches of the vertebrae, nerve fibers depart, serving various parts of the body.

In case of violation of the articular and ligamentous apparatus - the most common pathology called subluxation - the vertebrae are slightly displaced, move to the side, compressing the nerves and blood vessels extending from them, and preventing them from functioning normally. This leads to circulatory disorders, numbness of the pinched nerves, resulting in various disorders in those organs to which the pinched nerves are “connected”. This is what causes various diseases.

The structure of the spine

I - cervical; II - thoracic; III - lumbar; IV - sacrum; V - coccyx.

Subluxations that do not correct support pathological changes in the body and lead to diseases.

In addition, a sick spine cannot normally perform its main functions - to be the axis of the body, for which it needs to be elastic and at the same time strong; provide movement of the head, neck, upper and lower limbs, the whole body; support the neuromuscular apparatus; protect the central nervous system (spinal cord), from which the nerves depart to the muscles and internal organs. Even the slightest violation in the spine can adversely affect the condition of other parts of the body, as well as lead to disharmony between the physical and mental state. Therefore, to improve the overall health of the body, it is necessary to cure the spine.

Correct position of the spine

Of course, the best exercise for the spine is to maintain good posture. A person who is used to stooping needs to constantly control himself in order to keep his back and shoulders straight, his stomach taut. To get a feel for what it means to stand up straight, lean back against a wall with your legs slightly apart and your arms loosely at your sides. Difficult? If you are used to slouching, as most people do, normal posture will seem uncomfortable to you, because the muscles and ligaments become too weak and too tense from holding the body in the wrong position. The harder it is for you to keep your back straight, the more your posture is broken.

During the day we perform a lot of different movements. Many people spend a lot of time in a sitting position, which is not ideal for the spine. People often do not straighten properly or lean too far, shift the torso too far from the center of gravity, forcing the spinal muscles to hold a very large amount of weight. Usually, the back muscles still cope with such a load, but at the same time they act at the limit of their capabilities. This is why by the end of the day our backs get tired and it becomes increasingly difficult for us to maintain proper posture.

However, we spend a third of our lives sleeping at night, and this time can be used not only for rest, but also for correcting our posture. That is why the bed on which we sleep should be flat and firm. To maintain the habit of perfect posture, there is no better remedy than to constantly correct the violations that occur in the spinal column by sleeping on a hard, even bed.

A firm, even bed promotes even distribution of body weight, maximum muscle relaxation and correction of subluxations and curvature of the spine.

It is good to sleep on the floor, but you can make a hard bed by placing a plank or piece of plywood on your bed; you can also recommend a mattress stuffed with cotton wool, hair or sponge rubber. Options can be different, the main thing is to avoid a spring mattress.

On a hard and level bed, subluxations and curvature of the spine are easily corrected, since the spine is in the correct position during a night's sleep. In a soft bed, all the disturbances that arose during the day are preserved. In addition, a soft bed warms the intervertebral discs, makes them easily shifted, thereby laying the foundation for new disorders.

But one has only to lie down on a soft bed, as the vertebrae form a slight bend, which leads to disruption of the liver. A person, not knowing the root cause, begins to treat diseased organs with the help of drugs that become poisons for an already diseased liver. It's not hard to guess the consequences...

So, a flat and firm bed helps to restore and maintain correct posture, correct spinal disorders, restore the functioning of the nervous system, and improve the functioning of internal organs.

The second rule of health - hard pillow.

You need to sleep not only on a hard, even bed, but also on a hard pillow, best of all on a pillow-roller. You lie flat and place your neck on the pillow so that the 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae are literally resting on it. Its dimensions should be such that it can fill the hollow between your nape and shoulder blades. The point is that the spine from the 3rd cervical vertebra is straightened and is on a flat and hard surface. Large and soft pillows that seem so comfortable actually make our necks contort. In Japan they say: "A crooked neck is a sign of a short life."

First, you can put either a towel or a piece of soft cloth on a hard cushion-roller. However, you must remember: you need to remove this fabric from time to time and gradually try to get used to a hard pillow. Thus, after a while you will get used to it and will sleep comfortably without any emollient.

This rule is associated primarily with the functioning of the nasal septum.

Subluxations of the cervical vertebrae cause inflammation in their joints, and neck mobility suffers from this, sharp and dull pains occur not only in the neck itself, but also in the back of the head. In addition, subluxations of the 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae are the cause of dental disease - the upper and lower incisors.

The position of the spine during sleep: a - correct; b - wrong

So, a hard pillow replaces the stimulation of the reflex centers in the nasal cavity, curing any inflammation of the nasal septum; beneficial effect on the cervical spine; adjusting the vertebrae to each other, stimulates cerebral circulation and thus prevents the development of atherosclerosis.

The third rule of health - exercise "Goldfish".

The problem of osteochondrosis has never been as acute as it is now. In addition, prolonged incorrect position of the spine can cause scoliosis not only in children but also in adults. Correction of posture, as we have already found out, helps the first and second rules of health. The third rule is also aimed at eliminating the violation in the spine. Daily performance of the "Goldfish" exercise gives the greatest effect in correcting posture, and therefore in establishing balance in the body: balance of nutrition, cleansing and nervous balance.

Exercise "Goldfish"

Starting position: lie on your back on a flat bed or on the floor. Throw your arms behind your head, stretch them to full length, also stretch your legs to full length; put your feet on the heel perpendicular to the body, pull the socks to the face. Press the spine, hips and heels to the floor.

Stretch several times in turn at the expense of "7", as if stretching the spine in different directions: with the heel of your right foot, crawl forward along the floor, and with both outstretched arms simultaneously stretch in the opposite direction. Then do the same with the heel of the left foot (with the heel stretch forward, with both hands stretch in the opposite direction).

Exercise "Goldfish"

Now put your palms under the cervical vertebrae, connect your legs, pull the toes of both feet to the face. In this position, begin to vibrate with your whole body like a fish wriggling in the water. Perform vibrations from right to left for 1-2 minutes. The body vibrates left and right, but not up and down. You can only lift the feet and the back of the head (position a in the figure). For beginners, vibration can be created by a partner, setting the required pace and accustoming the body to new sensations and movements (position b in the figure).

This exercise should be done every day in the morning and evening.

Correcting the condition of the vertebrae, this exercise thereby eliminates the overstrain of the vertebral nerves, normalizes blood circulation, and coordinates the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The Goldfish exercise tidies up the nerve fibers that exit from each side of the spine, which relieves them of pressure.

The “Goldfish” exercise not only corrects spinal disorders, but also promotes pulsation of the veins that return blood to the heart from certain organs, releasing decay products (slags and urea) through the skin along the way. Thus, this exercise improves the functioning of the heart and cleanses the skin. In addition, this exercise improves intestinal motility, which means it is an excellent tool in the fight against constipation - one of the main causes of various diseases. So, the main cause of mental disorders is blockage and twisting of the intestine due to constipation. The poisons formed during constipation are absorbed into the blood and, participating in the general blood circulation, reach the brain, poisoning its cells, which causes expansion or inflammation of the capillaries and leads to impaired mental functions. Exercise "Goldfish", acting on intestinal motility, helps to cope with this problem.

So, the third rule of health is aimed at correcting posture, improving blood circulation, coordinating the work of the internal and external nervous systems, improving the functions of the intestines, liver, kidneys, skin, brain and heart.

By the way, if you look closely at the animals, you can see that they follow the above three rules of health: they sleep on a hard floor, lay their heads on their paws, waking up in the morning - first of all they “stretch”, spin, shake their heads, shake their whole body.

The fourth rule of health - exercise for capillaries.

Every cell in the body receives its nourishment from the blood. Blood connects and nourishes all organs and systems of the body. What kind of force is needed, what a powerful pump is needed to deliver blood, along with oxygen and nutrients, to every cell?

From time immemorial it was believed that this force is the heart, a powerful motor that accelerates blood throughout the body. But modern research has proven that the power of the heart is not so great. It is only enough to push blood through the arteries and bring it to the capillaries. The power of the heart is not enough to move blood through a giant network of capillaries! Nevertheless, the blood passes through the capillaries, and then returns back and enters the veins.

Here's what happens: the blood from the heart enters the arteries, which are something like stretchable, with the ability to expand the suction tubes - they seem to "suck" the blood from the heart. Then the arteries carry blood to the capillaries, and, having passed through the capillaries, the blood is thrown into the veins to return back to the heart. A vein is something like a suction tube that pushes blood to the heart and does not allow it to return back - there is a special valve in the vein for this. The power of the heart is only enough to drive blood through the arteries to the capillaries. Then by what forces does the blood and capillaries rise into the veins? Where is this pump located that makes the blood go into the vein? There can be only one answer: this pump is located in themselves: the capillaries.

The role of capillaries is underestimated by medical and anatomical science. The significance of this gigantic vascular network is still not understood, and this is a huge number of peculiar microhearts! Capillaries contract, pulsate, and act as a blood motor - not only not secondary to the heart, but, perhaps, the main one!

Capillary diseases underlie almost every disease in the human body. This is an indisputable conclusion. Being healthy means making the capillaries contract. Our health depends on whether each cell of the body is healthy. And the health of a cell depends on the condition of the capillaries that carry nutrition, vitality to the cells and cleanse it of decay products.

Capillaries are thin, and therefore very fragile and vulnerable. They are the first to become contaminated, break, die, and become damaged. When capillaries become damaged and stop contracting, blood cannot reach every cell in the body. Cells deprived of nutrition begin to die. Dying cells create organ diseases. Poor functioning of the capillaries leads to stagnation of blood, disruption of its normal movement through the vessels. Waste and harmful substances, which are inevitably formed during the life of each organism, cease to be excreted on time and begin to accumulate in threatening quantities. Useful substances are not delivered to organs and tissues in the required volumes. Organs begin to hurt from lack of nutrition, from the formation of dead cells, from accumulations of unremoved toxins. The body begins to poison itself, turning into something like a dump of sewage. This causes many diseases. Impurities affect the skin, blood vessels, nervous system. Despondency, gloominess of spirit and melancholy arise from impurities. Obesity and sleep disturbances, constipation and lung diseases arise from sewage. There are no diseases that would not be associated with circulatory disorders and disharmony between substances introduced into the body and excreted from the body.

That is why without the normal operation of capillaries, the life of cells, tissues, organs, systems of our body is impossible. That is why it is desirable to start work on improving the body with the improvement of blood and blood vessels.

Exercise for capillaries is almost a complete replacement for running. With its help, any person can "run", and this should be done twice a day, even for bedridden, debilitated, elderly people, as well as those suffering from any kind of heart disease. Exercise for capillaries completely replaces jogging, but at the same time eliminates the load on the heart and joints. Performing this exercise in the nude will bring double benefits, as it will increase skin respiration, and hence the cleansing of the body from toxins through the skin.

Exercise "Vibration"

Starting position: lie on your back on a hard and flat surface, put a hard pillow or roller under the cervical vertebrae. Then lift both arms and legs up so that the feet or legs are parallel to the floor.

Performing the exercise: in this position, shake both arms and legs. Perform the exercise for 1-3 minutes.

If your legs are slightly bent at the knees when doing this exercise, do not pay attention: this is not of fundamental importance for vibration.

The walls of blood vessels shrink. When we speak, the vocal cords vibrate.

Exercise "Vibration"

Try to keep your arms outstretched forward. Soon you will notice that the tips of your fingers tremble finely. Apparently, the body needs such micromovements for some reason, if it produces them. Natural microvibration plays a certain role in the filtration processes in tissues, it is needed for heat transfer, thanks to which the blood circulation of working organs is enhanced.

We know that the vertebrae in the spine are interconnected by ligaments and cartilage. By vibrating with the whole body, performing the “Goldfish” exercise, we train the ligamentous apparatus of the spine, strengthening it, making it more elastic and durable. The proposed exercises are available to everyone, they do not require special devices, they can be performed even by a bedridden person. So, vibration contributes to a more energetic pulsation of the veins, which means it increases the overall vitality of the whole organism.

Fifth rule of health - performing the exercise "Closing the feet and hands".

The work of the diaphragm will help the exercise "Closing the feet and hands."

The first part of the exercise improves blood circulation in the body, which means it improves its nutrition and cleansing. Exercise is also useful in that it coordinates the functions of the muscles and nerves of the right and left sides of the body, especially the internal organs.

Exercise "Closing feet and hands"

The first, preparatory, part.

Starting position: lie on your back (on a hard, flat surface, put a roller under your neck).

Close your feet and hands and spread your knees.

Press the fingertips of both hands against each other (10 times).

Press first with the fingertips, and then with the palms of both hands on each other (10 times).

Squeeze both closed palms (10 times).

Stretch your closed arms to full length, throw them behind your head and slowly draw them over your face to the waist, as if cutting the body in half, while the fingers of the palms are directed to the head (10 times).

Turning the fingers of both hands towards the feet, move them from the groin to the navel (10 times).

Stretch your arms as much as possible with closed palms and carry them over the body, as if cutting through the air with an ax (10 times).

Stretch your arms with closed palms up and down to failure (10 times).

Place your hands with closed palms over the solar plexus and move your closed feet (about 1-1.5 foot lengths) back and forth, trying not to open them (10 times).

At the same time, move your closed palms and feet back and forth, as if trying to stretch the vertebrae (10-60 times).

The second, main, part of the exercise.

With your feet and palms together, close your eyes and stay in this position for 10-15 minutes. Hands with closed palms should be placed perpendicular to the body.

Exercises "Closing feet and hands"

This exercise, like all the rest of the Health System, is desirable to perform, if possible, in the nude. After all, all exercises are aimed at strengthening deep cellular respiration, they make every cell breathe, and the clothes that we wear almost constantly prevent this.

This exercise coordinates the functions of the muscles, nerves and blood vessels in the groin, abdomen and thighs, which is especially useful during pregnancy, as it helps the baby grow normally in the womb and even corrects its incorrect position.

Performing the exercise "Closing the feet and hands" for 40 minutes leads to the establishment of the necessary balance between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, as well as to the harmony of the general waters in the body. It is no coincidence that in almost all religions there is one common gesture: the palms are folded in front of the chest. Such a gesture has a hidden physiological justification. In this case, the general waters in the body - blood, lymph, etc. - are neutralized and balanced. Try to check. Measure your pressure, write down the difference between the upper and lower pressure. Then put your palms together for 3-4 minutes and then measure the pressure again. You will be surprised to find a much more balanced pressure than before. In addition, folding the palms together restores the acid-base balance in the body, so it is very useful before each meal to keep the palms together in front of the chest for 1.5 minutes or more. But if you do this exercise every day, then you can not fold your palms before eating.

So, the fifth rule of health helps the forces of the spirit and body to achieve balance.

The sixth rule of health - doing exercises for the back and abdomen.

The implementation of this health rule is dedicated to several important tasks. First, it coordinates the functions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. What does it mean?

All our internal organs can be conditionally divided into animals and plants. Animal internal organs include muscles and the external nervous system, while plant organs include the respiratory, digestive and internal nervous systems. Animal nerves are located in the muscles of the arms, face, legs, neck, chest, abdominal cavity, that is, in those muscles that we can contract at will, for example, raise our arm.

Exercise "Movement of the spine and abdomen" helps to establish the acid-base balance in the body.

Conventional muscle-strengthening sports maintain acidity, while deep breathing and meditation healing saturate the blood and other body fluids with alkali. Thanks to this exercise, abdominal breathing and meditation are performed simultaneously with the movements of the spine, which establishes an acid-base balance in the body. And maintaining the acid-base balance is the first way to proper treatment.

In addition to coordinating the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, restoring and maintaining the acid-base balance in the body, the Movement of the Spine and Abdomen exercise helps regulate bowel activity.

Finally, the observance of the sixth rule is healthy; creates spiritual strength that helps to become healthy. “I feel how I think about myself” - this truth is the basis of suggestion treatment. That is why in the exercise the movements of the spine and abdomen are combined with self-hypnosis. By uttering positive affirmations, we seem to set ourselves up for a wave of health and joy. Your ears, your voice, your consciousness and subconsciousness are tuned to this wave. If you believe that you will be healthy, that you will overcome your disease and live happily ever after, then so be it.

Since we were able to create all our diseases with our previous negative thoughts, then by using opposite, positive beliefs, we can get rid of them. If every day in the morning and in the evening, doing the exercise, you set yourself up for health and victory over diseases, your subconscious mind will perceive this information and will work for you, even when you sleep. And your cells, having received such information, will begin to function better, thereby giving rise to positive processes that, ultimately, will lead to the improvement of the whole organism as a whole.

Exercise "Movement of the spine and abdomen"

Starting position: kneel down on the floor, pelvis on your heels (you can also sit down in Turkish style).

Fully straighten the spine, keeping the balance on the coccyx.

Intermediate exercise

It is necessary to perform after each of the six actions below, once in each direction.

I. Stretch your arms in front of your chest parallel to each other.

Turn your head to the left, look over your left shoulder, trying to see your tailbone.

Now imagine a golden-solar ball the size of an orange, located at the coccyx, and mentally run it up the spine to the cervical vertebrae, trying to feel its gentle healing touches of the vertebrae and nerve endings, starting at the vertebrae and heading to all internal organs.

Return your head to the starting position.

Turn your head to the right, look over your right shoulder, repeating the action in the same sequence.

It does not matter that at first you cannot see the coccyx or the entire spine - do it in your imagination.

II. Raise your arms up parallel to each other, straighten your spine and quickly do the same as in point I.

This intermediate exercise builds up the vertebrae, protecting them from subluxations, which means that it heals and insures against all kinds of diseases of the blood and various organs.

Preparatory exercise

Raise and lower your shoulders (10 times). Do an intermediate exercise.

Tilt your head to the right and left (10 times to each shoulder). Do an intermediate exercise.

Tilt your head back and forth (10 times). Do an intermediate exercise.

Tilt your head to the right-back and left-back (10 times to each shoulder). Do an intermediate exercise.

Preparatory exercise for the back and abdomen

5. Tilt your head to the right (right ear to right shoulder), then slowly, stretching your neck, roll your head to the spine (10 times to each shoulder). Do an intermediate exercise.

6. Raise your arms parallel to each other, then bend them at the elbows at a right angle, clench your hands into a fist, tilt your head back so that your chin looks at the ceiling. In this position, at the expense of "7", take your elbows back, as if you want to bring them behind your back, pull your chin to the ceiling (10 times). Do an intermediate exercise.

Basic exercise

After relaxing for a while after completing the preparatory part, straighten the spine again, balancing the weight of the body on the coccyx, and begin to sway to the right and left, while moving the stomach back and forth. This must be done within 10 minutes.

Simultaneously with the exercise, it is advisable to say firmly and confidently, as if convincing yourself: “I feel good, and every day I will be better, better, better, better. Every cell in my body is renewed; the blood becomes fresh, clean, healthy; endocrine glands work great; muscles, skin, blood vessels become elastic, elastic, healthy, clean, renewed; bones - strong, joints - flexible, mobile; all organs and systems are subject to the work of the brain; the brain functions perfectly, the brain perfectly controls the work of all organs and systems; All organs and systems work wonderfully. I become healthier, smarter, kinder, wiser, more capable of great creative deeds, more useful to people and to myself. I feel good, and every day I will be better, better, better.

So, the implementation of the sixth rule of health will give rise to positive processes that will eventually lead to the improvement of the whole organism.

Now you know the six rules of health. All of them are effective and easy to do, you just need to start, overcome the very first barrier and make the first efforts. If you are lazy, it means that you do not want to become healthy and happy enough. These rules are a system that allows you to normalize the work of every cell and every organ. They are subordinated to a single task - the awakening of the healing forces of the whole organism. However, the Health System is not limited to these six rules.
