The program "While everyone is at home": why it was closed. Timur kizyakov said that he left the first channel on his own initiative Why did kizyakov leave channel 1

At the same time, Timur Kizyakov, during the preparation of the material earlier today, told RBC that he did not know anything about the termination of cooperation with Channel One. “I don’t have such information, I’m away,” during the first conversation with RBC.

Later, in a conversation with RBC, Kizyakov said that he interprets the “story” “in a different way” that the channel made its decision “on the basis of some scandals.”

“I interpret it differently. The channel now needs to save face at all costs and find reasons so that the reason is in them, ”said the TV presenter.

According to Kizyakov himself, in December 2016 he and his colleagues were the victim of a “colossal stuffing” that they were cashing in on the filming of videos about children who need adoption.

He noted that at that time, Channel One simply stepped aside and pretended not to know them, and only now found a way to “save face somehow”.

The fact that Videopassport for a Child LLC, Videopassport-Tula LLC and the Videopassport Charitable Foundation, which belong to the creators of the Bye Everyone at Home program, received funding in the amount of about 110 million rubles. to create videos about orphans from the Ministry of Education and Science and at the same time from regional authorities, at the end of December 2016, the Vedomosti newspaper reported.

The videos, which were called video passports, were shown in the “You will have a child” section of the “So far, everyone is at home” program and posted on the Channel One website. The rubric told about children from orphanages in need of adoption.

According to the procurement documents studied by Vedomosti, the production of one such video passport costs 100 thousand rubles. Vedomosti also found out then that the creators of Poka Vse Dom were suing other charitable organizations that tried to use the term video passport and get government contracts for their production.

The representative of Channel One, Larisa Krymova, then stated that the channel did not know that the company producing the program was filming video passports with money received from the state. Krymova also added that the channel intends to investigate whether this violates the terms of the contract.

In June 2017, Dom LLC signed a contract with the Ministry of Education and Science for 10 million rubles. to produce at least 100 new videos about children in need of adoption. The contract stipulates that at least 100 30-minute videos must be posted on an Internet site “dedicated to the family arrangement of children left without parental care”, with an average monthly attendance of at least 15,000 unique users. Another "at least six" videos, each with a running time of at least six minutes, must be shown "on a federal television channel."

Who else wanted to produce videos?

In addition to Dom LLC, Utro Studio LLC, registered in 2015, the owner of which is Marina Vladimirovna Romantsova, participated in the competition. In addition, she is a co-owner of New Company Master LLC, New Company TV Plus LLC and New Company Image LLC. The New Company television group is part of the Alexander Mitroshenkov Transcontinental Media Company. The website of the Academy of Russian Television Foundation says that Marina Vladimirovna Romantsova works for the Novaya Kompaniya TV company and participated in the creation of the Subbotnik program on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, the plot of which resembles the plot of “So far, everyone is at home”: the presenters come to visit to the star and at breakfast they talk about life. LLC "Studio Morning" is engaged in the production of the program "Business Morning" about the world economy, the family budget and the exchange rate on the NTV channel. In March 2017, VTB Bank signed a contract with Studio Morning LLC for the placement of sponsored advertising in the Business Morning program for RUB 130 million.

When asked by RBC about where 100 new videos about orphans, the production of which is provided for by this contract, will now be broadcast, Kizyakov explained that only a small part of the stories are broadcast under the contract. “According to the agreement, we do not have to show 100 passports, but we have to show on the air a much smaller number, to make a broadcast version. Under the contract, the Ministry of Education pays for the production of video passports, we undertake the information support of video passports, which includes broadcasts, but not necessarily in the program “So far, everyone is at home”, the main thing is that it reaches a large audience. And we guarantee it. We will definitely show [the videos stipulated by the contract], they will be aired,” Kizyakov explained. Kizyakov could not answer the question on which channel the stories would be broadcast. "Let's think about it now," he said.

"While everyone is at home"

The program “So far, everyone is at home” has been on the air since November 1992. As part of the program, its author and presenter Timur Kizyakov comes to visit families famous artists, writers, musicians and athletes. In addition, there were several regular headings in the program. The heading "Crazy Hands" was published in 1992-2010, but was closed due to the departure of the presenter Andrei Bakhmetyev. The heading "My Animal" tells about the pets of the heroes.

Since September 2006, the heading “You will have a child” has been on the air, which told about children from orphanages who need adoptive parents. It was hosted by the wife of the main host of the program, Elena Kizyakova.

In December 2016, it became known that companies owned by the creators of the program “So far, everyone is at home” have received about 110 million rubles at tenders from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as regional authorities, since 2011. to create videos about orphans. Kizyakov himself told Vedomosti that since 2006, together with his wife and the film crew “So far, everyone is at home,” they have created about 3 thousand such videos.

The producer of the program is the structures of Alexander Mitroshenkov's Transcontinental Media Company, Dom LLC, registered in Moscow in November 2015. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRLE), 49.50% of LLC belongs to Timur Kizyakov, the same share belongs to his longtime business partner Alexander Mitroshenkov, another 1% belongs to the head of the company Nina Podkolzina.

The program is three times winner of the TEFI television award. In July 2017, she was included several times in the Mediascope rating of the 100 most popular programs among Russians over four years old, occupying 39-56th place in it.

TV presenter Timur Kizyakov explained the reasons for leaving Channel One. According to him, together with the project “So far, everyone is at home,” he resigned of his own free will back in May, after the scandal with the video passports of orphans.

Kizyakov insists that at the beginning of June, the producer of the program, Dom LLC, on his own initiative, sent an official notice to Channel One that he would no longer create a program for them: “We did this because of the unacceptable methods of work of the channel’s management.” Kizyakov refused to disclose the essence of the claims. “We don’t know anything about the fact that the channel allegedly decided in April not to work with us anymore,” he told Vedomosti.

Kizyakov also insists that the break in relations with Pervy for Dom is not directly related to the video passport scandal: “Although it was extremely unpleasant for us that the channel did not protect us in this situation.”

As reported, Since 2011, companies owned by the creators of the program “So far, everyone is at home” have received about 110 million rubles at tenders from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as regional authorities (data from the public procurement website and SPARK-Interfax). to create videos about orphans.

Timur Kizyakov, host of “So far, everyone is at home,” calls these videos, along with the accompanying documents about orphans, video passports. The production of such a video passport costs 100,000 rubles, follows from the procurement documents. Video passports are posted on the site of the same name and are broadcast on Channel One under the heading "You will have a child."

The representative of Channel One, Larisa Krymova, reported that the channel, on commercial terms, buys a license from the manufacturer for the entire program, including the heading “You will have a child.” She did not disclose the amount. The channel was not aware that videos about orphans were produced at the expense of the state, Krymova claims. The broadcaster is investigating whether the producer violated the terms of the contract, she added.

“So far, everyone is at home” has been on the air on Channel One since 1992. The producer of the program is the structures of the Transcontinental Media Company Alexander Mitroshenkov. A source close to Pervy knows that the channel pays about 1.5 million rubles for one episode of “So far, everyone is at home”, in addition, the heading “You will have a child” has a separate sponsor - the tile manufacturer Kerama Marazzi, some of these money is also received by the creators of the program.

State funding for video passports became known after a meeting at the Ministry of Education and Science, where an employee of the Ministry, Yevgeny Silyanov, said that Kizyakov receives money from the budget to create videos about orphans and is suing other charitable foundations if they try to use the term “video passport”.

According to Mediascope, latest release“So far, everyone is at home” was watched by 13.9% of viewers in Russia over 4 years old, this is the 49th result among all shows and series for the week (data for residents of cities with a population of more than 100,000 people).

Channel One suffers only losses - after Andrei Malakhov and Alexander Oleshko, Timur Kizyakov left the channel.

Grey Cardinal

They say that the sword is also raised over such old-timers as “What? Where? When?" and "Test purchase", and over familiar for last years projects - "Let's Get Married", "Fashionable Sentence", "First Studio". None of the authors of these programs confirmed the information about the closure to the Sobesednik. At the same time, concern for their own fate is clearly heard in their comments. Now everyone on Pervoy feels that a big purge is underway.

About the new "broom" - producer Natalya Nikonova, who arranged this whole - "Interlocutor" writes the third issue in a row. Judging by the scope of her activities, Nikonova can be quite compared with Tatyana Mitkova, who in her golden years on NTV was given the definition of "gray eminence" - for her ability to weave behind-the-scenes intrigues and properly influence management decisions.

People who know Nikonova closely told Interlocutor that she was clearing the space. And they call it the goal of building such a vertical, in which there will be almost no people left in her subordination (someone - for example Maslyakov - is still too tough for her), capable of getting into direct contact with Ernst.

"So far everyone is at home" temporarily homeless

A month ago, no one could have imagined that “Let them talk” would have a new presenter. But Nikonova proved that no one is irreplaceable. Malakhova will most likely appear in Tonight, having decided to close Alone with Everyone.

The holy place will not remain empty even after the departure of the “So far, everyone is at home” program, especially since already now on the “First” right in front of it on Sundays there is an analogue - with Yuri Nikolaev. The departure of Timur Kizyakov, who drank tea with bagels visiting the stars for 25 years in a row, became known only last week. But the notice of termination of cooperation, according to the presenter, was sent to the channel back in May. At the same time, Nikolaev also launched his guest project - apparently, not by chance ...

The departure of "So far, everyone is at home" is mistakenly associated with an old scandal, when a number of media outlets accused Timur Kizyakov of fraud in receiving money from the state for the production of video passports for orphans. These videos were shown under the heading “You will have a child”: the host’s wife, Elena Kizyakova, traveled to the country’s orphanages and prepared half-hour stories about each child. Only a fragment was aired, but on the Videopassport website the material was laid out in full - for this purpose, companies owned by the Kizyakovs received budgetary funds (approximately 100,000 rubles per video).

"Kizyakov cashes in on orphans" - the headline, of course, is loud. But deceitful. Timur himself calls the accusations only a convenient pretext used by the "First" to get rid of the program with history. Do not consider reproaches of fraud and charitable foundations that also deal with adoption issues.

“We are grateful to the “So far, everyone is at home” program for raising the topic of adoption at such a high level, for showing that orphans in orphanages can and should be filmed,” says Ekaterina Lebedeva, head of the program for creating video questionnaires for orphans at the charity Foundation "Change one life". - I would like the topic of orphans to be not abandoned as a result of what is happening with the program.

And then the politics

Why is Kizyakov leaving? In a conversation with Sobesednik, Timur refused to explain what he meant by "unacceptable methods of work of the channel's management with producers." According to our information, “First”, having learned about the “additional financing” of the program through government contracts, decided to take advantage of the situation and offered Kizyakov half the amount for the program.

“This is a very effective tool for squeezing out programs,” the TV producer shared with us, who asked not to be identified, since he himself collaborates with the First. - So at one time the channel got rid of the One to One program, as a result of which the project switched to Russia 1, and Ernst began to produce tracing paper on his own - Just the Same. And with "Who wants to be a millionaire?" figured it out. TV producer Sergei Kordo, who dispersed this engine, was removed from the further creation of the show and handed over on a silver platter to the Red Square company, which belonged to Ernst's wife.

In an interview with the Dozhd TV channel, Kizyakov dropped the phrase that "the reasons for his departure are similar to those that Andrey Malakhov was guided by." And he was asked to switch to deputies, governors and show them as exemplary cute family men?

“I don’t think it’s a problem for the viewer to press not the first, but the second button on the remote control,” Kizyakov cheers, hinting at a possible appearance on the Russia 1 channel. On August 30, the presenter will turn 50 years old, and a new place of work will probably be the best gift for him.

However, as we know, Kizyakov's prospects are not very bright. The Supreme Council (Timur joined last year) is going to expel him from its membership. Is it for refusing to woo the ruling party?

In a telephone conversation with a Daily Storm correspondent, Timur Kizyakov, the author and host of "So far, everyone is at home," said that in fact it was not Channel One that abandoned the program: its creators themselves decided to leave at the end of spring, and now the topics "raised "due to the flight of the presenters from the" first button "and the management's attempts to hide this.

- "Channel One" on May 26 or 28 received from the Dom TV company, which produces "So far, everyone is at home", an official letter with a seal, signature, outgoing, incoming number, - said Timur Kizyakov, - that we are stopping the production of programs for Channel One. For us, the methods of management by which the management of Channel One operates have become unacceptable. I don't want to go into details now. Since the channel says this, it's an attempt to save face. Because the fact that the exodus of the leaders is happening is already obvious and probably means something. So far, nothing has been attributed to Andrey - they probably hope that he will return. If they realize that they will not return, they will obviously try to dig up something. And what is interesting is that Channel One's scrupulousness woke up only in the first half of August: the program, it turns out, has a tarnished reputation. And it happened in December. The program is 25 years old this year, and when this apparently initiated scandal arose, what did the native channel do? He just stepped aside and pretended not to know us.

On Tuesday evening, RBC, citing sources close to Channel One, announced that the program “So far, everyone is at home” will no longer be aired. The reason for the break in relations was an internal audit, which began after it became known that Timur and Elena Kizyakov took money for the production of video passports for orphans for the heading “You will have a child” from several sources at once - from the TV channel, the state and from sponsors .

“As for funding, it comes from two sources,” Timur Kizyakov explained. - This is state funding: the Ministry of Education, which very strictly monitors what money is allocated for, how it is spent. And sponsors. Moreover, we fundamentally refuse the help of individuals, and work with large serious companies. For example, with Ernst & Young, who conducted a test and made sure how good it is (production of video passports - 30-minute films with seven thematic chapters about orphans. - Note DS) is good.

Kizyakov also confirmed receiving money from the TV channel, but he does not see anything criminal in this.

— Video passport and rubric are two different products. The section is five minutes long. The presenter flies to the far northern region for two days. Tickets there, tickets back, hotel. This is a separate product. Video passport is filmed separately. And when this heading appeared in the program and the cost estimate grew, naturally, this was included in the purchase price of the program. In terms of cost, this is comparable to a report that would be made from those places. There can be no talk of any transcendental financing. Why does a video passport cost 100 thousand? Governors sometimes had doubts about this figure. Sometimes they don't really understand production. I suggested: now your assistant calls the local TV studio and says that we are a medium-sized company and we want to order a 20-minute film about ourselves, two or three interviews. And shooting - in several places. And there they called two or three prices for a video passport.

The scandal with video passports arose in December 2016, after TASS journalist Tatyana Vinogradova left a post on Facebook with the following content (spelling preserved):

“Many of you, of course, know such a program “So far, everyone is at home”, which is permanently hosted by Timur Kizyakov. I have always considered video stories about orphans who are looking for parents through this TV show to be very useful. But I thought it was a charity project of the first channel. How surprised I was to learn that, it turns out, Kizyakov makes video passports for orphans at the expense of the Ministry of Education and Science. One video passport - 100 thousand rubles. Tender per year - 10 million rubles. And at the same time, as a representative of the Ministry of Education said at the meeting, Kizyakov is suing other charitable organizations that are trying at their own expense, with the help of volunteers, to make such video passports for other children from orphanages, trying to arrange as many children as possible in families. He is suing because he registered the copyright for the "video passport". And he wins most of the courts, they added in the Ministry of Defense.

“That stuffing that happened in December,” Kizyakov said, “everything happened there very simply. On December 17, we were at a reception with the Minister of Education Olga Vasilyeva in order to talk about the real situation that is happening in the case information support children and their placement in families. And we have proposed very tough, very tough, very merciless conditions for what is really benign video production, which is aimed at the device of children. To cut off those who pursue some other goals. And literally two days later, there was this stuff on the Internet, which we profit from, and what we don’t do. We are for these companies that see self-interest, for them we are a bone in the throat, because as long as we exist, there is something to compare with.

The program "So far, everyone is at home" with host Timur Kizyakov will no longer be aired on Channel One due to the scandal with orphans.

The ex-leader of "So far, everyone is at home" Timur Kizyakov, explaining the reasons for his dismissal from Channel One in an interview with Kommersant FM, said that he could not accept the management methods on the TV channel.

“For us, the methods of leadership of Channel One have become unacceptable. Answering the accusations, I want to say that this scandal, stuffing was initiated by those television companies that consider us competitors. The Ministry of Education repeatedly checked us, and after the checks our reputation has not changed. We intcbatch we will continue our work, because we see in this our own civic duty. The Videopassport project is already 11 years old, and for some reason the stuffing happened only now,” Kizyakov said.

As the TV presenter said in an interview with TV channel "Rain", he intends to continue his activities on "a sane channel, which has everyone at home for now."

Earlier I wrote that the program "So far, everyone is at home" with the presenter Timur Kizyakov because of the scandal with orphans. Presumably, Timur Kizyakov and his wife Elena took funds for the production of video passports, which were shown in the heading of the program "You will have a child." So, since 2011, companies that belong to the creators of the program “So far, everyone is at home” have received about 110 million rubles at tenders from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as regional authorities (data from the public procurement website and SPARK-Interfax). to create videos about orphans. As noted, the production of the so-called one video passport is estimated at 100 thousand rubles.

Note that the program “So far, everyone is at home” has been on the air since 1992. In this program, host Timur Kizyakov came to visit families famous people. The heading "You will have a child" appeared in the program in 2006.
