Guidelines for compiling self-analysis for certification. Self-analysis - what is it? What to write in introspection

Introspection - the basics of self-study, how to understand yourself

Hello dear readers of my blog! Today I want to tell you about the most important thing. About how to look into yourself, about how to understand yourself. About what is called introspection of oneself of one's life and character. And this is really the most important thing in our life. Having understood yourself, you will understand what happiness is, what to do, and what is best to refuse.

What is a good life?

Probably, for most modern people, when they hear the word “learn to live,” it comes to mind “to live well, become rich,” and so on. But it's not. Or rather, not quite so. Wealth, fame and other ghostly elements of the "top of happiness" in fact turn out to be not so happy. Rather the opposite. All this makes life so difficult for a person that most rich people dream of being happy. Because they are definitely not the same.

The psychological aspect of the relationship to what is called “happiness” is a thing so deep and individual that it is quite difficult to describe it.

For everyone, happiness is something deeply intimate, personal, indescribable.

My task is not to give everyone happiness, my task is that you yourself, with my help, find it. To do this, you must first find yourself.

A professional psychotherapist, coaching or teaching a person is not a technique for increasing intelligence, talent and abilities. And the fact that the person himself could make himself more intelligent, talented or capable. And here the objective level is not important - what matters here is how much you yourself evaluate this level and how much your level will help you become happy, live in harmony with yourself.

Self-study and its methods

To begin with, it is worth understanding that self-study is the study of the unconscious in oneself. You yourself act as a patient and a specialist, for example, a psychotherapist. The question arises: is it possible that a person himself, with his complexes, shortcomings and resistances, could objectively study himself and his character? The answer is simple - not only is it possible, but it is the basis of psychotherapy. Without work on oneself, a concrete personality is impossible on the part of anyone.

Another question arises: what method of introspection is best to choose, which one is better? And also the answer is quite simple. There is no better school for self-diagnosis of personality, there is your desire, and nothing more. Of course, there are many schools, and the main thing in them is not the method itself, or the school, but the ability to convey knowledge to a person and encourage him to achieve harmony with himself.

Here it is worth mentioning the school of Freud and the neo-Freudians. Recently, this direction of the study of the unconscious from rather specific positions has become fashionable. I think that neither Freudians nor neo-Freudians should be trusted more than other schools. Undoubtedly, sexual attraction has a significant role in the personality and its actions, but this role is unlikely to be dominant. But here, as they say, a matter of taste.

Your feelings are the key

Let's go back to the basics of introspection. The main thing in the method of self-study of your subconscious is to minimize resistance as much as possible.

Resistance is a natural reaction of your personality to its study due to prevailing stereotypes, habits, character, and so on. The lower the resistance level, the higher the quality of self-diagnosis.

It is necessary to try to forget about your habits and addictions, to treat yourself as if to another person. You need to forget your feelings for the moment, and concentrate on your feelings earlier, at some specific moment. Your desire matters here. The higher the desire to comprehend oneself, the less resistance should be.

For example, you are suffering from the fact that you broke up with a person who was once close to you. You cannot fully sleep, work, communicate, and your thoughts are directed only to this.

In order to understand what happened to you, you must calm down and remember your feelings for this once close person at different stages. Remember how you felt when he gave you flowers, when you watched an interesting movie together, when you first quarreled because of your flirting at a party with your acquaintance. Remember how you read horoscopes and one of the horoscopes suggested to you that you are supposedly “Aquarius”, and your loved one is “Cancer”, therefore “Aquarius” always flirts, and “Cancer” is closed and these two “signs” are incompatible. If you honestly and objectively try to conduct self-analysis, remember the words of your mother about your loved one. Remember that you didn’t actually want to flirt with a friend at a party, but the horoscope simply obliged you to behave in full accordance with your “sign”.

Delve into yourself:

  • How did you feel when you first met?
  • Fear of loneliness?
  • Fear of looking fat?
  • Fear of bad breath in the morning when you got up one time later than usual and did not have time to brush your teeth?
  • What were your feelings when you were alone for the first time?

Resistance and your Self will definitely send you on the wrong track, and force you to reject an attempt at introspection. Yes, your loved one is definitely overly jealous. After all, he must enter into your position, recognize your freedom.

Now imagine everything that you felt in those moments, but from the point of view of an outside observer. How would you react to another girl who openly flirts with a friend at a party, knowing in advance that her loved one does not like it. And you will surely see that your behavior was not just ugly, but out of place and out of time. That your behavior was provoked by that nonsense that people invent and call "horoscope". That these "horoscopes" contradict each other, because they are nothing more than a human invention due to fantasy and marketing ...

We have superficially considered only the very first method of introspection of oneself and one's behavior, we have given a superficial look at self-study. So that you understand what it is and in which direction you should go.

Absolutely all your successes and failures are within you. When was the last time you tried to understand yourself and did introspection? Rigorous introspection will allow you to change your life in the right direction and become more successful.

“It is much more difficult to judge oneself than others. If you can judge yourself correctly, then you are truly wise.” Antoine de Saint-Exupery

We live more by instinct and inertia. But we rarely think about ourselves. We think about others, circumstances, life, but rarely about ourselves. Why do we avoid thinking and analyzing ourselves? Are we afraid of not being so good, smart and successful? An analysis of external and personal qualities will help you choose the right path of development. Self-analysis will allow you to identify weaknesses and focus on strengths.

For success in life, you need to conduct internal adjustment regularly. How to know your inner essence and use it for good? We have compiled a list for you to dig inside yourself. Complete each item and be sure to make notes in your notebook.

How to conduct self-analysis?

1. Face introspection

“To become yourself, you need to forget all the previous ideas about yourself” Paulo Coelho

Go to the mirror and take a close look at your face. Don't be lazy and come! What do you see in the reflection? Imagine it's a stranger, not you. Describe it in a few sentences. What can you tell from his hair, smile, eyes, skin and facial expression?

Results of introspection. You don't really like this "stranger"? This is fine. But what would you change about his appearance and how would you improve it? Maybe you need more sleep, a healthier lifestyle, or more self-care?

2. Introspection of the figure

Get naked. Take a critical look at your figure and body. Are you fit and athletic? Are you overweight? Does your body look healthy and beautiful? How are things with the vegetation on the body? Look at yourself from all sides and draw conclusions.

Results of introspection. All weaknesses are visible not only to you, but also to others. Start watching your figure more, go in for sports, focus on healthy eating and lifestyle. You have only one body and you have to live with it until the very end. Don't let yourself be ugly, fat, thin, unathletic, or unsexy.

3. Introspection of the wardrobe

Open a social network and view your photos. Are you always wearing the same jeans, shirt, jumper, suit or jacket? Have your clothes changed in the last few years? It's not very good. Look in the closet and sort things out. Most you never use? How neat, stylish and new are your clothes? How is the underwear? Does it arouse desire in the opposite sex or pity?

Results of introspection. In most cases, you will not like your appearance, but this is an incentive to improve it. On weekends, throw out unnecessary things and visit the store. Choose a couple of new things for yourself. This habit will be good not only once. Buy yourself something every month. This will make you look fashionable, stylish and sexy.

4. Introspection of personal life

Do you have someone or are you alone? Are you satisfied with existing relationships or lack of them? Why are you alone or unhappy in love?

Results of introspection. If you are single, then it's time to find a girlfriend. Make it a rule to meet 5 new girls a week. You can meet one girl a day or do it in a day. Approach the girls you like and strike up a conversation. Rejections are normal. It's good if you succeed in 30% of cases. If you have a girlfriend, then analyze the relationship. What do not you like? What can be improved? Take steps to correct the situation.

5. Career introspection

“Find your place. When you find him, you won't have to fight." Bernard Werber

Are you studying in the right place? Are you getting enough knowledge? Are you lazy? If you work, what can you say about your qualifications, prospects, career and salary? What suits you, and what causes extreme anxiety?

Results of introspection. If you want to be a professional, then study more diligently. Take a refresher course or learn a foreign language. Dissatisfied with work? Start looking for a new job not passively, but actively! Submit your resume, start going to interviews. It is foolish to be a loser, to spend your whole life in a hated and underpaid job.

6. Introspection of inner qualities

“There are plenty of places in the world where you can escape. But sometimes it pays to look within.” Mike Dylan Raskin

What can you say about yourself? How good is your character? How many real friends do you have? How is the sense of humor? Would you be friends with yourself?

Results of introspection. Self-analysis of internal qualities and character traits is quite complicated. But it is in it that lies the cause of many of our ups and downs. Try to dig a little inside yourself and come out with some results. What can be improved, corrected and changed?

What to do after introspection?

“What do you do when your whole personality and all your ideas about yourself are destroyed? How to live on when it suddenly turns out that all this time you have been living wrong? Chuck Palahniuk

Now read the notes you made. Not everything is fine? This is normal and to be expected. It is better to honestly find mistakes and correct them than to live in a fantasy pink world. Conduct self-evaluation regularly and write down the results in a special notebook. What have you improved so far, and what else needs to be done?

Soon you will find that life is getting better, and you become more successful and happy.

self-analysis of the lesson,

conducted in the 11th "G" class on October 18, 2011 by an English teacher of GBOU TsO No. 1469 of the Southern Higher Educational Institution Petrova Inessa Alexandrovna.

IlessonIIsection Moscow through the centuries -unit 2 MoscowThroughhistory- History of the Moscow principality.

There were 12 people in the class (1 student was absent).

The lesson was developed in accordance with the psychological and pedagogical

characteristics, the state of development of general educational skills, individual

characteristics of students who are able to master the educational material of the school

English language programs.

The lesson was based on the following principles:

the principle of focusing training on complex problem solving;

the principle of accessibility of education; The principle of systematic and consistent formation of knowledge, skills and abilities was observed correctly, the correct transition from simple to complex tasks was chosen.

Modern technical teaching aids help maintain the motivation to learn English.
All students were involved in the lesson.

Lesson type: learning new material, the lesson was carried out interdisciplinary integration of the history of Russia and the English language

The tasks that were solved in this lesson were implemented. Students fully showed activity (in answering questions, engaging in discussion of problems), dedication to a new topic, interest in obtaining additional information. They were able to show their independence in the ability to work with information (in the selection of literature, identifying the main ideas of the statement), expressing their own opinions, the students fully showed a sense of respect for the history of their native city, factual material on the history of their native land was accumulated, regional knowledge was enriched, the processes of formation of the Moscow state were studied. The logic of the lesson, the change of tasks, a friendly educational environment made it possible to avoid overloading students.

By the beginning of the lesson, the class and equipment were prepared. The students quickly got involved in the business rhythm (there are students motivated to study, well prepared in the subject) in the class, they were ready for active educational and cognitive activity.

When checking homework, some shortcomings were revealed. The facts from the history of Moscow given by the students were mostly common knowledge, there was a lack of more exciting, curious information, I believe that this is due to the lack of time spent on homework. The same shortcoming was revealed when checking the written assignment. The statements turned out to be somewhat "one-sided". Mostly they talked about the sights of Moscow. I would like to hear statements on various topics: transport, population, one's own social circle, nature, etc. Perhaps the wording of the assignment should have been more precise.

The students completed the quiz with ease. Answering them, they referred to the knowledge gained in history lessons, which indicates the interdisciplinary integration of the lesson.

With great interest, they completed tasks from the textbook (work with text, performing lexical tasks). The search for synonyms, definitions in the text helped in the work.

In the lesson, frontal, group, individual work was used, a change in the types of activities and forms of work was used. The lesson turned out to be very dynamic, but somewhat oversaturated. I wanted to give students as much information as possible, to use various forms of activity. For some stages of the lesson (working with the text, completing the written assignment, checking homework) it was worth allocating a little more time.

In general, the lesson went well.

Schoolchildren showed a good level of independent thinking, high cognitive activity, the level of assimilation and use of the material.

The devil is not as scary as he is painted ...

Each of us knows firsthand what it is like to be in the grip of a paper nightmare. Not a year goes by that the school does not work under a new slogan! Innovative technologies and project activities, positive dynamics of achievements and training in competencies, mandatory monitoring and a system-activity approach… Requirements for a teacher are pouring in like from a cornucopia! Still would! In terms of imitation of activities, education officials simply have no equal! And the notorious Federal State Educational Standard! No sooner had the schools "succumbed" to per capita funding than another misfortune - a new standard!

At the same time, no matter what reforms torment the school, one thing does not change for sure - the requirement to strengthen the responsibility of a simple teacher. And here we are, poor Maryivannas, after almost miner's work in the classroom, are forced to write hundreds of papers proving our "advancement" in all respects. Otherwise, after all, you can lose your salary, even if you are seven spans in the forehead and a workaholic all rolled into one, even if you day and night at school! Work programs, plans for educational work, lesson information cards ... It seems to me that the paperwork of the Brezhnev era is virginally innocent compared to the formalism of our time. Moreover, electronic documents did not free the teacher, but only doubled his workload. Attestation became the pinnacle of this paper nightmare. We are waiting for it with bated breath: what if we don’t confirm the category? We are waiting with annoyance: they don’t let them work again, there is no time to teach children! We are indignant: attestation, in its essence, is very reminiscent of a humiliating procedure, where a disabled person on prostheses must periodically prove to the medical commission that his legs have not grown in the coming years. But how nice it would be to devote a free moment to your hobby, family, or start learning a foreign language, for example, they offer to learn Czech ...

Well, no, every five years we are forced to write a self-analysis of our activities, for which we have to sit down at the pedagogical literature and master its terrible "bird" language and new terms. Moreover, since our modernization is permanent, this inhuman language is changing much faster than we are certified. We take into account that fighting with the system, like fighting with windmills, is a noble deed, but a very thankless one. Therefore, it is impossible to get rid of certification, and introspection will have to be written. Therefore, the question arises: how to do it painlessly and productively?

Algorithm of actions of the teacher

First. Before you sit down to work, you need to find the criteria by which it will be evaluated by the certification committee. Each region has its own document in which these criteria are specified (although, of course, in general, they are very similar). Ask for help from the person in the school who is responsible for assessment. When you know the requirements for a teacher, it will be much easier to prove that you meet them.

Second. Need to prepare your documents . In particular, certificates of advanced training, various certificates, diplomas, etc. Make certificates about the achievements of your students - based on the results of school and INDEPENDENT (!) examination. Various questionnaires, letters from parents, the public, diagrams can also be attached here.

Third. look, what new winds blow in education. Right now, for example, the teacher gets up and goes to bed with the word "FGOS". So, you need to understand how the new standard differs from the old one? Your introspection will not do without the words “innovative technologies”, “systemic activity and competence-based approaches”, “reflection”, “learners with disabilities”, it would be nice to screw in about “learning-oriented learning”, “inclusive education”, minimax.

Fourth. Perhaps you have already written certification work - then take it off the shelf. If you are a real teacher, then, I assure you, your technology has already been "active". And, having shaken off the dust and slightly reworked what was written, you will get the basis for future introspection.

How to write a self-analysis of pedagogical activity

1. Sure, let's start introductions. In it, you will need to introduce your pedagogical credo. Tell about the goals of your activity and what tasks you solve to achieve these goals. Please note: you do not need to write a lot and about nothing. The introduction of most of the works is striking in verbosity, in general terms, and in the vagueness of definitions. Briefly, specifically, highlighting key words.

  • quality material and technical base (office, furniture, equipment, technical means - computer, projector);
  • quality information support (textbooks, manuals, methodological guides for teachers, electronic textbooks);
  • quality methodological support (it is necessary to justify the choice of the lines of teaching materials, to characterize the working and author's educational programs, to describe the KIMs, tests, handouts collected over the years of work);

3. We give assessment of the quality of their educational process. Here you need:

  • define main pedagogical idea their work, justify relevance the problem you identified;
  • write on what scientific theories and practices You rely on the technologies of which well-known teachers you use in your work (note that you don’t have to reinvent the wheel at all: novelty in a teacher’s activity manifests itself in a wide range, from new provisions to effective implementation already known achievements of science or rationalization of certain aspects of the educational process);
  • describe forms, methods, techniques and means of training and education used by you; give examples from your practice proving the effectiveness of their application;
  • demonstrate your application innovative technologies (project, personality-oriented, etc.), to argue the need for these innovations.

4. We show the effectiveness of activities - student achievements:

  • positive dynamics of educational achievements of students based on the results intraschool control;
  • positive dynamics of students' achievements based on the results external expertise (Unified State Examination, GIA, Olympiads, competitions, NPC, admission to universities);
  • positive dynamics of formation social competencies students.

5. We show their achievements:

  • desire for self-education and advanced training ;
  • participation in professional competitions;
  • generalization and sharing your experience .

Finally we talk about the difficulties one has to face in the implementation of a professional project and about the possible prospects for overcoming these difficulties.

We apply to self-analysis copies of all your documents - certificates, certificates, diplomas. All of them must be certified by the principal of the school. Fill out an application for certification. We collect a folder in which all the papers must be in a certain order, and ... we are taking them to the certification department. Happy defense!

NOTE. Perhaps the sequence of presentation of the material in your region will be slightly different. But the “stuffing”, the content, will certainly include all of the above. In addition, you need to be very careful about the design of the work: in the attestation commission, consult on how the title page is drawn up, the table of contents is made, what should be the amount of work.
