Lavash with cottage cheese and banana in the oven, recipe with photo:

First of all, you need to prepare the breading. This recipe uses sunflower seeds. You can use any nuts instead. Heat the frying pan over high heat. Pour in the seeds. Make a small flame and dry until golden. Stir constantly to prevent the seeds from burning. Place the roasted seeds in a clean plate and cool to room temperature.

Pour the cooled seeds into a blender bowl and pulse until finely crumbled. Beat small eggs into a deep bowl and beat with a fork until smooth.

Now is the time to prepare the filling. Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of vanillin, sugar to taste and sour cream. Mash with a spoon until smooth. The cottage cheese filling should not be liquid or very thick.

Wash and dry the banana. Remove the peel. Cut the banana lengthwise into two parts. Cut the halves into half rings, not very thin.

Cut the lavash sheet into squares. This rectangular pita bread yielded 8 pieces.

Place some of the curd filling on the edge of the square on either side. Add banana half rings on top. Wrap tightly in a tube. Do this with all the lavash.

Dip the filled tube into beaten eggs, then bread it in crushed seeds.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Lay out the blanks. Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees. Bake for 10-13 minutes. The filled tubes can be fried in a frying pan in hot vegetable oil. Choose the cooking method at your discretion. The first method is less calorie and is a PP recipe, as it is prepared without oil.

Lavash with cottage cheese and banana is ready. Cool on a wire rack and serve. Enjoy your tea!

Quick baking recipes are a real salvation for those who like to treat themselves and their family to something tasty, but do not want or cannot spend a lot of time in the kitchen. This is exactly my case, so I always keep a couple of cool ideas in my inventory, spotted in popular culinary blogs or magazines.

Ingredients (for 5-6 pieces):

  • 1 sheet of thin Armenian lavash
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cups raisins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 egg
  • sesame
  • sugar to taste

Method for preparing lavash triangles with cottage cheese

It is better to take cottage cheese with a higher fat content, then the filling will be softer and juicier. We add only the white to the cottage cheese; we will need the yolk later.

I decided to add raisins and apple to the cottage cheese filling. I soaked the raisins in boiling water for a couple of minutes, peeled the apple and cut it into small cubes. Mix the filling well. You can add sugar to taste, I prefer not to add it.

Take a large sheet of Armenian lavash, straighten it and cut it into 5-6 strips.

Place 1-2 tbsp on the edge of each strip. spoons of filling.

We begin to form a triangle as shown in the photo.

Fold the triangle until the strip of pita bread ends.

When all the triangles are prepared, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat.

Brush the triangles with the remaining yolk for a golden brown crust.

Not long ago I told you how to make a delicious pancake pie filled with cottage cheese. Today I wanted to repeat it, but instead of pancakes, we will use many people’s favorite, universal product - thin Armenian lavash. After all, you can use it to prepare not only various sweets, but also such quick pies. My recipe today can be called differently: pie, lavash snail or just a quick casserole. And so, we will need quite simple products that we all often have in the refrigerator. And the main thing, of course, is lavash. By the way, you can make lavash with your own hands at home, but that’s a completely different story...

Required:

  • Thin Armenian lavash - 3 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese - 300-400 gr. (more is possible, it will only turn out tastier)
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 3-5 tbsp.
  • Vanillin - 1 gr.
  • Butter - for greasing the pan

for filling:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 5 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 2-3 tbsp.

How to cook sweet lavash with cottage cheese in the oven:

This dish is prepared very simply and quickly. First, mix all the ingredients for the filling: cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanillin.

Separately combine the ingredients for filling: eggs, sour cream and sugar. Stir until completely combined.

We begin to assemble a lavash roll with cottage cheese. To do this, spread the pita bread on the table and grease it well with the curd filling. We use a third of the filling (since we have 3 pita breads). Then simply roll the greased pita bread into a roll, not too tightly.

And after greasing the baking pan with butter, place the lavash roll along the edge of the pan. Then we do the same with the second and third pita bread and place them one after the other in a circle. It turns out to be a so-called lavash snail.

Pour the prepared sour cream and egg filling on top of the lavash.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. The pita bread will brown perfectly and become beautiful. The aroma spreads throughout the apartment is wonderful. Let the lavash with cottage cheese cool slightly; if desired, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar on top and quickly cut it into portions.

Beautiful, sweet lavash with cottage cheese will appeal to everyone, both adults and children!
