The production of road pavement slabs is possible in 2 reinforcement options: prestressed (GOST 21924.1-84) and without prestressing (GoST 21924.2-84). For reinforced concrete panels reinforced using prestressing, a class of prestressing reinforcement is added at the end of the marking, for example, ATV.

The top (working) surface should be corrugated for better bonding with the asphalt applied on top. In the manufacture of panels, corrugation is achieved by using a corrugated steel sheet as the bottom surface of the molds.

Cracks on the surfaces of products are not allowed, with the exception of surface shrinkage and technological cracks up to 0.1 mm wide and up to 5 cm long. No more than five pieces per 1.5 m2 of surface.

When storing and transporting, please note that the wooden pads must be placed exactly under the lifting point of the panel, i.e. under the mounting loops, and the height of the stack during storage should not exceed 2 m.

Please note that roads built using these panels will be of high quality and will last a long time if the base of the coating is prepared in accordance with the requirements of SNiPs and GOSTs. With a poor foundation, and as a result, a failure of the soil, the panel will begin to work "in bending", which will lead to cracks and breakage.
