1P 30-18-30 is a high-strength heavy concrete slab with strong reinforcement. It is intended for the device of a combined covering of constant and temporary city roads. The working (upper) surface is corrugated to improve bonding with asphalt applied on top and adhesion to vehicle wheels. Road plates can be used at temperatures up to minus 40°C. Currently, they are undergoing anti-corrosion treatment in order to reduce the negative impact of chloride salts.

Due to the content of reinforced concrete, the PDN slab can withstand multi-ton loads. That is why the abbreviation PDN contains the letter "H", that is, "tense". Thus, the PDN slab is an improved road slab.
Racks are made of heavy concrete in accordance with GOST 26633. The strength class of concrete is not lower than B27.5. In the process of manufacturing a road slab (PDN), special additives are used that give the product improved quality indicators:

Manufacturing
Road slabs 1P-30-18-30 are manufactured in compliance with the requirements of GOST 21924.8 from high-quality components so that the finished product complies with building regulations: high frost resistance (up to -40 degrees) and low water absorption (no more than 4%). For plates 1P-30-18-30 cement M400 is used. Heavy concrete is poured into a form of steel reinforced mesh under tension. Marking
The marking is deciphered as follows: 1P30-18-30.

Dimensions
We have two main sizes:

Previously, panels were produced with a size of 3x1.5 meters, but in this moment few people have such forms left and they can cost more than standard 3x1.75.
The thickness of products according to GOST is 18 cm for panels measuring 3x1.75 meters and can be 14 or 18 cm for 6x2.
The production of road pavement slabs is possible in 2 reinforcement options: prestressed (GOST 21924.1-84) and without prestressing (GoST 21924.2-84). For reinforced concrete panels reinforced using prestressing, a class of prestressing reinforcement is added at the end of the marking, for example, ATV.
The top (working) surface should be corrugated for better bonding with the asphalt applied on top. In the manufacture of panels, corrugation is achieved by using a corrugated steel sheet as the bottom surface of the molds.
Cracks on the surfaces of products are not allowed, with the exception of surface shrinkage and technological cracks up to 0.1 mm wide and up to 5 cm long. No more than five pieces per 1.5 m2 of surface.
When storing and transporting, please note that the wooden pads must be placed exactly under the lifting point of the panel, i.e. under the mounting loops, and the height of the stack during storage should not exceed 2 m.
Please note that roads built using these panels will be of high quality and will last a long time if the base of the coating is prepared in accordance with the requirements of SNiPs and GOSTs. With a poor foundation, and as a result, a failure of the soil, the panel will begin to work "in bending", which will lead to cracks and breakage.
