Graphics at the highest level. In general, the last (so far) two seasons delight with excellent animation and high detail.
What is special about the filler? Lots of battles. Ichigo completely became Empty, however, do not expect such a scale as in the battle with Ulquiorra - here he was empty for a short time and not very epic. Characteristic
Soul Conduits have various supernatural abilities, most of which are realized through the use of the sword. zanpakuto(jap. 斬魄刀 zampakuto:? , lit. “soul-cutting sword”), which every conductor of souls has and is a kind of embodiment of his spiritual power.
Outwardly, the zanpakutō looks like a regular katana, although the form may differ depending on the nature of the owner and the level of his skill. Each such sword has its own name, character, appearance and consciousness. If the Soul Conduit is strong enough to communicate with and control the spirit of his zanpakutō, he can "release" the sword. There are two levels of exemption: shikai And bankai, which enhance the zanpakutō and give it additional abilities. Usually the sword is in a "sealed" state, and the shikai or bankai are only revealed when there is a real need for it, for example, in a fight with a strong opponent.
The zanpakutō are not obedient slaves of soul guides, but rather their partners. They have their own individuality and can become full-fledged characters - like, for example, Ichigo Kurosaki's sword, which saved the main character's life more than once.
In addition to swords, soul guides often use magic. kido(jap. 鬼道 ?, “art of demons”, letters. "path of the demon"). With the help of kido, you can heal, attack, defend, constrain the movements of the enemy. Not all soul guides are good at this art. The spells are numbered and can be quite long. Kido is subdivided into attack spells hado (始解?) and Bakudo (jap. 縛道?) - restraining and other spells. Some guides (for example, Byakuya Kuchiki) can attack kidō without first casting a spell, but simply by saying its name aloud. It is also possible to use two kidos at the same time. Standing apart is also the technique of quick steps "shumpo" (jap. 瞬歩 shunpo? , "flickering step"), which allows you to almost instantly move over long distances - faster than the eye of an untrained warrior can follow.
Gotei 13
Any conductor of souls, whether he is a captain, lieutenant or private, is assigned to any unit. These units are called Gotei 13(jap. 護廷十三隊 Goteiju:Santai?) and are led by captains (jap. 隊長 taicho:?) - the strongest conductors of souls. Also, each captain has his own lieutenant (jap. 副隊長 fukutaichō:?). Lieutenants, or vice-captains, replace the captain in his absence, help in various matters, and can serve as something like a secretary. Taite and fukutaite usually do not separate and get along well together (with rare exceptions). Yamamoto-Genryusai Shigekuni, captain of the 1st Division and founder of Soul Conduit Academy, holds the rank of General (総隊長) so:taycho:?). He controls all units.
The rest of the guides of souls, who are in squads, are called simply by the number of the place, that is, the number + seki (jap. 席 seki? , lit. "a place"). For example, third place is sanzeki (jap. 三席?).

First squad

Zanpakutō Yamamoto usually looks like a simple long staff. He bears the name Ryujin Jakka(jap. 流刃若火 Ryuujin Jakka?), "Radiant Flame Blade". It is the strongest fire sword in Soul Society, as well as the weapon with the highest offensive power. Command for opening the shikai: "Turn everything to ashes" (Japanese: 万象一切灰燼と為せ bansho: issai kaijin to nase?). When Yamamoto releases the sword, the entire area around him is engulfed in flames.

Omaeda Maretiyo is a hefty glutton, stupid, rude and rather greedy, adores cookies and tasteless but massive gold jewelry. A zanpakutō that looks like a short wakizashi is called Sinso(jap. 神鎗 Shinso?), literally "Divine spear". On command "Shoot, Sinso!" (jap. 射殺せ ikorose? , in the anime - ikorosu) the zanpakutō lengthens dramatically so that the use of the shikai resembles a shot that cannot be evaded, can only be blocked. The blow has tremendous power, in addition, Gin controls the length of the sword and can bend it in any direction, attacking multiple targets in a minimum amount of time. In the games of the series Bleach DS Shinso can shoot into the sky and cause a shower of other swords, Bleach: Blade Battlers hits the enemy from under the ground.

He does not like to reveal his face, although he does this more and more often as the story progresses. In fact, he wears a helmet only because his powerful body is crowned with a fox's head. Because of her strange appearance, Komamura has always been disliked by soul guides. Blind Tōsen couldn't see his face from the start, so he became the second person after General Yamamoto to recognize and respect Komamura as a person.
Eighth squad

Kyoraku wears a pink flowered kimono, straw hat, doesn't shave, loves to sleep, drink, and hit on women, especially his own lieutenant, Nanao Ise, whom he calls "Nanao-chan". Despite his aristocratic blood and ancient bloodline, he hated learning and training, and was sent against his will to the Soul Guide Academy. Kyoraku and his friend were the first Academy graduates to become captains in the Gotei 13.
Kyoraku was not shown in full combat, but Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryusai mentioned that Kyoraku and Jushiro Ukitake are the strongest captains of the Gotei 13. Zanpakutō Kyōraku bears the name Katen Kyokotsu(jap. 花天狂骨 katen kyo:kotsu ? , Katen Kyoukotsu). Matsumoto is the only person who can call Ichimaru Gin his friend. There is some sympathy between them, although both try to avoid all manifestations of their feelings. In his youth, Zaraki often had to defend his right to life, as he lived in the worst district of Rukongai - Kusajishi, a nest of thieves, rapists and other scum. After going through many trials, Zaraki did not go unnoticed: he was invited to the Gotei 13. Here he very quickly achieved a promotion, and subsequently killed the captain of the 11th squad, taking his place. This is not to say that he has no weaknesses. Girl aged 6. She has short pink hair and she is very small and cute. Likes to give people funny nicknames. Yachiru spends most of his time on the back of his captain, Zaraki. She is cheerful, energetic, always in a good mood, but when she is absorbed in something, it is better not to disturb her. Like Zaraki, he is absolutely not oriented to the terrain. Physically, she is much stronger than she appears, as she was able to carry Zaraki without issue after her fight with Ichigo Kurosaki. But despite her harmless and sweet appearance, Yachiru is still the lieutenant of the strongest of the squads in the Gotei 13. In serious moments, she shows her great spiritual strength and incredible speed. Yatiru is the president of the "Association of Women Soul Guides". He loves sweets and despite all his strength in many respects still the most perfect child. She was found by Zaraki Kenpachi many years ago in the forests of Kusajishi, from which she got her name. Season 7 is called Hueco Mundo. The episodes began airing from July 4 to December 5, 2007 on TV Tokyo. This season's episodes use four musical themes for voicing the opening and closing screensavers. Although she is not a top officer, she is a fighter whose strength is at a fairly high level. There are three worlds - just like in ancient myths, and between them, of course, there is a struggle. The heroes are drawn into it, and they have to either save their native village from evil monsters, or rescue their friends who have fallen into trouble. And of course, a vile, cunning villain is discovered who wants to become a god and destroy the world along the way. And our cheerful company is simply obliged to stand in his way. In general, that's all ... All the local story arcs and moves can easily be predicted even by a first grader. Moreover, quite a bit of time has been devoted to this plot here - it just develops very slowly ... There is something interesting here, but, despite the huge footage of the series, all these things are essentially only outlined, not revealed! Moreover, here certain conflicts, twists of relations and other curious things periodically arise and hatch. But the authors do not disclose them either. For example, it is explicitly drawn love triangle and something like romance is announced, but having done this, this line is abandoned without even trying to expand it! Only one eternal boyish pathos about friendship, mutual assistance and saving the weak with breaking through the forehead of every wall. The only thing is that in the second or third season some intrigues, conspiracies, betrayals come out - just like in adults! But later it goes out ... Worse, the whole series, many plot situations and lines are clearly repeated! Only each time it turns out easier, more boring, more stupid. Gradually, all colors dissipate, and the series degrades into one sluggish scuffle with a minimum of meaning. Typical tasteless chewing gum...
Peace not that very witty. Tired of everyday Japan with a school where pioneers shirk their lessons, come off with otherworldly monsters. Boring ... "The Other World" in the entourage of feudal Japan looks good for connoisseurs of the samurai style, but again, nothing new. The land of evil spirits is just a desert in the worst sense of the word. Atmospheric in places, but in general there is nothing special or memorable here.
Characters... The authors limited themselves to making a few hard types. They have neither depth nor originality. They are solid, as if roughly carved from the rock. And in the course of the whole gigantic play, there is no development of them, or evolution of relations. Yes, there are some very funny examples. But over time, they get bored, because they cannot give out anything new, and it is not interesting to watch them. The lack of dynamics is compensated by the banal introduction of more and more new heroes, in which you simply get lost over time. There is no intelligence, no cunning, no fantasy in them, only a couple of prescribed patterns of behavior. And instead of character development, the development of more and more cool tricks is served. However, this rarely happens...
Fighting. In general, everything is quite impressive, loud, bright. And what else to expect from the series, where this is the main essence and purpose? But not smart or original. Something similar can be seen in many places. Of course, the authors invented a bunch of different tricks, but mostly they are close in essence. After some time, you are simply no longer interested in what anyone else can do ... Moreover, victory here is determined solely by strength, a mass of special effects and sheep's perseverance. Only very rarely does someone try to turn on the head and outwit the enemy. Usually everything is built typically. First a warm-up, then the villain shows that he is cooler. Beats-kicks the hero without pity. Then, touchingly bleeding, he says the sacramental “I won’t give up anyway!”, Awakens a second wind and crushes the reptile ... with farty steam! Then the enemy usually retreats, promising quick revenge ... Or there is a completely stupid scene - the hero touchingly embraces the beaten opponent, as if with best friend, or generally treats him ... Nonsense!
Art style one of the best places in the series. It successfully combines the entourage of traditional Japan and youth. Panache original, reworked. True, sometimes there are characters who look controversial, but within reasonable limits. Graphics good too. The style is well remembered and makes a positive impression, the opening and closing videos are especially successful. Music decent, well suited to what is happening. It cannot be called very good and original, but it is done with dignity. However, for such a series, the compositions are not enough, and they manage to get bored. Affordable voice acting- from 2x2 is acceptable, from Monsieur Ancorda - no good. Sleepily, sadly, in one slurred voice. Doesn't compare to the original or the English dub. But as always…
It is worth considering separately humor. He is so simple, "folk", at the level of everyday jokes, sometimes indecent. To a large extent, this is all antics, devoid of any special sophistication or attachment to anything. In about half of the cases it turns out, however, funny or at least not bad. The rest - not very, and sometimes - frankly stupid and inappropriate. Especially from the second half of this last one, it becomes too much ... Traditionally, this all sometimes smoothly flows into light erotica. She, in general, is rather weak, not going beyond voluminous busts, and severely censored (the children are watching us!), But she brings some variety. Turned out much better drama. Not that there were many sad moments, but they are. You can’t find something very soul-crushing, but it looks decent, perhaps the best thing that can be seen in terms of the plot in this project.
And here main disadvantage series, as you might guess, is nightmarish protractedness! Which, however, is typical for such projects, but here it manifested itself very clearly ... Definitely, the series would have benefited greatly if it had been cut three times! They pull the cat by the tail here wherever possible. They dilute fights with empty chatter (when everyone boasts for a long time, describing the coolness of tricks), insert retellings of each series (which is strange, because boys do not suffer from sclerosis), they just move everything slowly ... Each battle (or rather, a series of fights that turn into one another) can last 30 episodes, And 50
… Many arcs can be told much shorter, and it would be much better! All this greatly knocks down the dynamics and inspires mortal boredom ... There are endless self-repetitions, and every time it gets worse and worse ... Not without fillers which are just dull. However, by that time, the plot events are no more fun ... Fortunately, at least there are no retellings of the past ... If not for this problem, the series would be worthy of a rather high rating, although it would not be something outstanding. It could be looked at as such a simple, but fun entertainment for easy relaxation. Well, the way people watch another hentai or a harem…
