He will do anything to find her, but then he meets a mysterious woman who looks exactly like his beloved.

The plot was good. The drama started well and had huge potential. She just pulled too hard in the middle. For me personally, the plot was just super dynamic from the very beginning. There was so much to do that I couldn't get into the plot much. It's a shame because the actors in this drama were excellently cast. I just didn't like the performance.

The romantic aspect of this drama was very funny and interesting. The whole love triangle was predictable, to say the least.

Pinocchio

Title: Pinocchio

Release year: 2014

Number of episodes: 20

Series duration: 60 min.

Genres: Detective, Romance

Country: South Korea

Pinocchio is a Korean drama that focuses on the broadcast news industry and the effect a news channel can have depending on how it portrays something in a good or bad light. The corollary of this is that any news reporter can either make a person look like a hero or, conversely, like a devil.

Pinocchio's stars are Lee Jong Suk as Choi Dal Pyo and Park Shin Hye as Choi In Ha. The series introduces us to young journalists who strive to convey the truth. The plot of this story, and the reason it is called Pinocchio, is because there are people in this world with Pinocchio syndrome. These people can't lie because every time they do, they hiccup. Choi In Ha suffers from this very syndrome, and it makes viewers watch with interest how she, as a reporter who can only tell the truth, will get out of various situations.

In the drama, I liked the well thought out and emotionally strong plot. I also liked the great soundtrack, which sets a great tone for the drama and never fails to keep you on your toes. In the game of actors, every emotion is conveyed very clearly, even, one might say, perfectly. For this I want to shake hands with the actors and just say "Thank you!" for their acting skills and conveyed emotions.

Lee Jong Suk is a famous actor from South Korea. His face is one of the most famous in the modeling business of this country. What else is Lee Jong Suk famous for? Films starring the actor, creative path, achievements, personal life - we will talk about all this in the material presented.

Childhood and youth

Lee Jong Suk was born on September 14, 1989 in the South Korean town of Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. The boy was the first child in the family. A few years later, the future artist had a brother and sister.

Lee Jong Suk, whose films are popular today, was interested in painting as a child, was seriously fond of playing baduk (a Korean variety of chess). The boy also played the piano. However, in his youthful years, the guy left these classes in the past, signing up for taekwondo. Lee Jong came to this decision at the insistence of a strict father, who considered the passion for creativity inappropriate for a man. The boy did not get the slightest pleasure from training in martial arts. However, regular attendance at training nevertheless allowed him to earn a black belt in taekwondo.

While in high school, Lee Jong Suk decided to audition for a popular TV show. Filming in the program subsequently allowed the young artist, who had an extremely attractive appearance, to attract the attention of reputable clothing manufacturers. Thus, the guy also took place in the modeling field, becoming the youngest face of the famous Seoul Collection company.

Having reached the age of majority, Lee Jong Suk moved to live in the capital of South Korea, Seoul. Here he began to attend high school. In addition to receiving education, he studied stage skills.

Lee Jong Suk made a firm commitment to becoming an artist after being introduced to the melodrama film Full House. In this tape, the idol of his childhood was filmed - an actor known under the stage name Rain. Lee Jong began to imitate the famous artist in everything. Despite his dream, at first the guy focused on promoting a career in the modeling business.

Film debut

Lee Jong Suk, whose filmography will be discussed below, first appeared in films in 2010. His debut work was participation in the Korean melodrama Charming Prosecutor. The bright type of the young artist fell in love with the widest audience. The character of Lee Jong Suk literally captivated the audience. And this is not surprising, because the artist perfectly revealed the image of his character. A significant contribution to the success of the film was made by the attractive, model appearance of the guy.

A real breakthrough for Lee Jong Suk in South Korean cinema was his second full-length film "Secret Garden". Here the actor managed to fully reveal his talent. Pretty soon, the artist received an invitation to several more films: “I hear your voice”, “School” and “Hot young blood”.

Over the next few years, the actor took an active part in the largest shows of clothing collections. Despite the resounding success of his son, the Lee Jong family, in which strict morals were practiced, was unhappy with the star status of a relative. In particular, the father of the young artist continued to insist that he join the army, where they would make a real man out of him. However, the fate of Lee Jong was already predetermined, because his actions were tied by several contracts with modeling agencies and film studios.

Lee Jong Suk is an excellent piano player, has artistic talents, is a true taekwondo master, and demonstrates outstanding success in playing Korean chess. All these skills remained with the artist from early childhood.

During a conversation with people from a close circle, the actor often takes the interlocutors by the hands, regardless of whether there is a girl or a guy in front of him. For this reason, there are rumors about Lee Jong Suk being gay. Although, as the artist himself has repeatedly stated, he considers such behavior bold and courageous.

The body of the actor does not tolerate the influence of alcohol. During parties, he can drink a few sips of beer or a couple of shots of soju (low-strength Korean vodka). For more, Lee Jong Suk is not enough.

Excerpt characterizing Lee Jong Suk

She slipped between the pots to the other side of the flowers and, head down, stopped.
“Natasha,” he said, “you know that I love you, but ...
- Are you in love with me? Natasha interrupted him.
- Yes, I am in love, but please, let's not do what is now ... Four more years ... Then I will ask for your hand.
Natasha thought.
“Thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen…” she said, counting on her thin fingers. - Good! Is it over?
And a smile of joy and reassurance lit up her lively face.
- It's over! Boris said.
- Forever and ever? – said the girl. - Until death?
And, taking him by the arm, with a happy face she quietly walked beside him into the sofa.

The countess was so tired of the visits that she ordered no one else to be received, and the doorman was only ordered to call everyone who would still come with congratulations to eat without fail. The Countess wanted to talk face to face with her childhood friend, Princess Anna Mikhailovna, whom she had not seen well since her arrival from Petersburg. Anna Mikhailovna, with her tearful and pleasant face, moved closer to the countess's chair.
"I'll be completely frank with you," said Anna Mikhailovna. “There aren’t many of us left, old friends!” That's why I treasure your friendship.
Anna Mikhailovna looked at Vera and stopped. The countess shook hands with her friend.
“Vera,” said the countess, turning to her eldest daughter, who was obviously unloved. How do you have no idea? Don't you feel like you're out of place here? Go to your sisters, or...
Beautiful Vera smiled contemptuously, apparently not feeling the slightest insult.
“If you had told me long ago, mother, I would have left at once,” she said, and went to her room.
But, passing by the sofa, she noticed that two couples were sitting symmetrically in it at two windows. She stopped and smiled contemptuously. Sonya was sitting close beside Nikolai, who was copying for her the poems he had composed for the first time. Boris and Natasha were sitting at the other window and fell silent when Vera entered. Sonya and Natasha looked at Vera with guilty and happy faces.
It was fun and touching to look at these girls in love, but the sight of them, obviously, did not arouse a pleasant feeling in Vera.
“How many times have I asked you,” she said, “not to take my things, you have your own room.
She took the inkwell from Nikolai.
“Now, now,” he said, wetting his pen.
“You know how to do everything at the wrong time,” Vera said. - Then they ran into the living room, so that everyone felt ashamed for you.
In spite of the fact, or precisely because what she said was completely true, no one answered her, and all four only looked at each other. She hesitated in the room with an inkwell in her hand.
- And what secrets can there be between Natasha and Boris and between you at your age - all just nonsense!
“Well, what do you care, Vera? - Natasha spoke intercessively in a quiet voice.
She, apparently, was to everyone even more than always, on this day kind and affectionate.
“It’s very stupid,” Vera said, “I’m ashamed of you. What are the secrets?...
- Everyone has their own secrets. We don’t touch you and Berg,” Natasha said, getting excited.
“I think you don’t touch it,” Vera said, “because there can never be anything bad in my actions. But I'll tell my mother how you get along with Boris.
“Natalia Ilyinishna treats me very well,” said Boris. “I can't complain,” he said.
