TANTRIC PRACTICES FOR WOMEN

Feminine energy is revealed through the female body.

Beauty, relaxation, trust, intimacy, contact, freedom, emancipation, expressiveness, naturalness, lightness, self-pleasure - all this can be achieved through the Body.

How harmonious your feminine state is, your overall feeling of satisfaction with yourself and your relationships with the outside world depends on how connected you are with your body, how we feel it, how we enjoy it, how we can hear signals and respond to them in a timely manner. There are special techniques and practices that help you open your body and the energies hidden in it. And also to be in the right state at any time when you need it. All practices are based on the Yin approach to the body and energy structure of a woman.

We will work with three chakras, which ideally work for giving in a woman, i.e. the energy of these very centers should flow freely, filling the space around with a certain quality.

And so, this is:

1. Second chakra (svadhisthana). The center of pleasure, both sexual and generally responsible for the ability to enjoy life. The center where the uterus and ovaries are located, which are directly responsible for feminine energies.

2. Fourth chakra (anahata). The chakra is responsible for the ability of unconditional love, compassion and a woman’s ability to experience various feelings and emotions, regardless of their nature (pain, joy, anger or pleasure), because Love is all-encompassing.

3. Sixth chakra (ajna). Clarity, when this chakra works cleanly and energy flows freely, then a woman has the same ability to see clearly that our great-grandmothers, the witches, possessed. Seeing the diversity of the world objectively, without judging, all of this together gives rise to acceptance.

Feminine strength is stored in these three components: pleasure, love and compassion and acceptance.

Meditation - Feminine Energy.

1. Sit comfortably so that your uterus and abdominal areas are above your knees, for example, if it is a half lotus or lotus position, then sit on a pillow. Place both hands on the areas of the uterus and ovaries, first begin to simply feel, feel this place in the body. Direct all your attention to the second center and begin to breathe through the perineum, inhaling and exhaling with the uterus (i.e., stretching your attention with each inhalation and exhalation from the perineum to the uterus and back), squeezing and relaxing the perineum area accordingly. At the same time, even, deep and calm breathing through the nose. Eyes closed.

Time: 5-10 minutes.

2. Now, we direct the collected energy in the womb upward to Anahata. Using your attention, begin to draw energy from the second chakra to the fourth along the spine with each inhalation, and as you exhale, allow it to flow into the thoracic region within the body and beyond. Keep your tongue pressed to the upper palate, eyes closed.

Time: 5-10 minutes.

3. Gather all your attention in the third eye area (between the eyebrows). Just keep your attention in ajna for a few minutes. Then slowly and gently begin to open your eyes slightly, with a slightly unfocused gaze. Consciously begin to shift your gaze towards one or another object that captures your attention. At the same time, when you look at this or that object, try to let go of any thought about what it is, what it is called, what it looks like. Any knowledge, any thought - let go, simply contemplate, without interpretation. Stay on the selected object for half a minute and follow further, moving your gaze and attention to the next object (it can be something large, or a dot on the wallpaper), it is important to move away from knowledge to non-evaluative contemplation.

Time: 5-10 minutes.

4. Completion. Close your eyes and remain silent for some time, the tip of your tongue resting on the roof of your mouth. Move your attention from the lower abdomen to the forehead: as you inhale, up the back surface of the spine, and as you exhale, go down along the front surface of the body.

Time: 5-10 minutes.

Meditation is good in the morning, before the start of the day, in order to be filled with feminine energy and be ready for pleasure, love and acceptance.

Orgasm reflex. Women's practice

The orgasm reflex for women is an energy meditation exercise aimed at opening, liberating the hip area and abdomen and, as a result, releasing energy and maximizing relaxation of the main energy center of a woman - the uterus.

And this exercise is somewhat different, in the dynamics and order of the stages, from the well-known “Reichian” orgasm reflex exercise.

The exercise involves 5 stages. The music is soft and flowing: the rustling of oxen and the sound of the surf.

First stage: 10 minutes.

Relaxation of the sacrum. Lie on your back, bend your knees and begin to gently pulse, lifting and lowering your pelvis up and down just a few centimeters. Keep all your attention in the sacrum area. Flow and relax your body with each subsequent pulsation.

Second stage: 10 minutes.

Lift your pelvis up and pull it up, up and up again. All attention is concentrated in the womb, breathing freely through the mouth, arms along the body or on the stomach in the area of ​​the second chakra.

Third stage: 20 minutes.

Gather all your awareness, all your attention in the area of ​​the uterus, visualizing a white transparent light that is becoming increasingly stronger. Begin to slowly open and close your knees. Do it as if you are surrendering to this life and the world, revealing yourself, being in the receiving position of a woman with her knees wide apart. Each time, starting to spread my knees again and again, going through the birth process and saying YES to life. Important: movements from side to side should be invisible (microscopic) to the eyes, trembling may occur during movements... This is exactly what we were waiting for, we go through this segment very slowly, the body may throw up a little or make some kind of sound. There can be many such areas.

Also remember about breathing at all stages; breathe through your mouth as if you were a child who was just born and enjoys every inhalation and exhalation. Direct all your attention to the area of ​​the uterus and the second chakra, move completely to this center, become it.

Fourth stage: 5 minutes.

Start as slowly as you spread your knees while lowering your pelvis down. Slowly, not in a hurry.

Fifth stage: 10 minutes.

Lie down, do nothing. Relax and dissolve in this relaxation, feel your body and the fullness of the uterus.

Taoist women's gymnastics

Morning women's gymnastics from the series of Taoist practices for women. The article uses materials from the book Lecture Course of the Fu Sisters, or the Secret Feminine Doctrine.

5. Then we place our palms on the outer side of the chest so that the base of the palm is lower than the armpits. And we make 24 quick movements upward and slightly diagonally so that the chest begins to shake.

6. Return your palms to your nipples for 2-3 minutes.

7. Hands in a “cat” (unclenched fist) and make circular movements around the chest. 9 times one way and 9 times back.

In 2012, I already worked at Sechenov University (First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov). The main task was the implementation of innovative programs in the field of improving health and increasing life expectancy. We had to implement various projects. For example, our achievements include the development of the concept of new products that heal minor skin lesions, “Medical collagen patches.” We also developed the “Artificial Leather” project.

The most interesting project for us was the “Healthy Lifestyle” project. It was then that I managed to meet Natalya Shulga (at that time the head of the all-Russian project “Run After Me”). It was she who stimulated and prepared our Sechenov team to participate in the Seliger forum.

– Psychology block – we developed it together with specialists from the Research Institute of Psychological Consulting. A lot of unique knowledge was applied in this block - the use of a transtheoretical model, as well as best practices in behavior change. This block is still the “skeleton” of the program. I believe he is what makes our program so effective.

– Business block appeared later. Initially we planned to make a module on effective communication with the client, but decided to concentrate on the skills of attracting clients. How can a specialist develop if there are no clients?

Ivan Rybakov received his higher education at the First Moscow State Medical University.
