And Ziat dishes have become very popular long enough for them to become “Russianized” to some extent. Now every housewife can cook something a la Thai or Vietnamese from products purchased at a nearby supermarket. And most importantly, these are economical dishes - satisfying, but at the same time with little meat consumption. And we never regretted the pasta. Let's get started!

For the recipe, I still took a lot of meat, because we have a very meat-loving family, but you can cut the volume in half, the noodles will be no less tasty. And I take interesting buckwheat Soba noodles, they usually lie on the shelves with Japanese cuisine products. You can get by with regular spaghetti. Sesame, of course, optional.

Ingredients

  • Noodles/spaghetti - according to number of servings
  • Pork pulp - 350 g
  • Bell pepper - 1 large
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Olive oil - for marinade
  • Sunflower oil - for frying
  • Sesame - 2 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Starch - 0.5 tsp.
  • Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Soy sauce - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Chinese sauce - 2 tbsp.

Step-by-step process for cooking at home

  1. We put all the spices and sauces on the table to quickly prepare the marinade. It is better to take frozen pork to make it easier to cut.
  2. In a bowl with a lid, mix the garlic, passed through a garlic press, and all the ingredients for the marinade.
  3. You can take any set that you have at home and in the refrigerator. This combination is quite delicate - not at all sweet in the end and not too spicy, just a nice balanced taste.

  4. Lastly, add soy sauce and olive oil and mix until smooth.
  5. Cut the meat into thin slices and immediately place it in a bowl with the marinade.
  6. In this form, the meat is marinated for at least an hour, but what is most convenient is that it can be left until tomorrow, and to prepare the finished dish you will need literally 15 minutes.
  7. In a dry frying pan, heat the sesame seeds over high heat.
  8. This is optional, but all nuts and seeds like to be lightly browned. Please note that you need to remove the frying pan from the heat before the sesame seeds begin to brown; they will brown on their own due to the residual heat.

  9. Chop the pepper into strips. By the way, you can also prepare it in advance and keep it in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to an hour.
  10. We set the noodles to cook in salted boiling water, and on the next burner we heat up just a little oil, literally enough to lubricate the entire surface of the frying pan.
  11. Fry the meat over maximum heat, turning it over with a spatula so that it browns on all sides. This will take about one and a half to two minutes.
  12. As soon as the meat has darkened, add pepper. We constantly turn everything over and stir so that the dish is fried and not stewed. Also literally 2 minutes.
  13. Don’t forget about the noodles, and if they are ready within a minute, then put them in a colander, saving a cup of broth.
  14. If there is no liquid left in the frying pan and the meat is ready for testing, then you can mix it with the noodles, adding a little broth, which will remove the delicious soot from the bottom of the frying pan and turn into a thick, glossy sauce.
  15. These noodles should be served in large bowls.
  16. And sprinkle sesame seeds on top for taste, benefit and color. Delicious!

Fry the onion until transparent. Fry cabbage and onion until soft.

Add meat and fry until nice golden brown.

Add soy sprouts if available. Mix.
