  1. Wash the squid carcasses, remove the entrails and place them in boiling salted water, where we cook them for 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a separate pan, also bring water to a boil, add 1 tbsp. salt and lower the eggs to cook for 10 minutes.

In a frying pan heated over medium heat, put a piece of butter, and as soon as it melts, pour the Hawaiian mixture into the container, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for 3 minutes until the components defrost, then pour in 1/3 tbsp. water, add ½ tsp. salt and cook for another 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
  4. Peel the boiled eggs, grate them and mix with the Hawaiian mixture.
  5. We fill the squid carcasses with the resulting filling, secure the edges with toothpicks so that the mixture does not come out during baking, and place the dish in the oven on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake squid at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  7. And you can bake stuffed squid in the microwave in just 7 minutes.

Turkey nuggets

Both adults and children love nuggets and they don’t have to be made from chicken. At home, these crispy chops can easily be made from turkey.

Ingredients

  • Turkey breast – 1 kg;
  • Breadcrumbs – 200 g;
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
  • Dried mixture of herbs – 1 tbsp;
  • Salt - 1 tsp;
  • Pepper mixture - ½ tsp;
