  2. Take 10 grams of a mixture of ground leaves and nuts, pour a glass of boiling water, boil for half an hour, placing our container in a pan filled with water about a quarter. Then strain the resulting drug and add boiled water until you get 1 glass of liquid. First you need to drink this medicine 1 tbsp. l. per day before meals, then, if there is no negative reaction from the body, 2-3 tbsp. l.
  3. A decoction of young chestnut skins is also a very useful and easy-to-prepare tincture for varicose veins. Take about 2/3 cup of nut peels, add one liter of boiling water, cook for ten minutes. Let it sit overnight, then drain, place in a cool place and drink 30 grams at night for 3-4 weeks.
  4. Here's another interesting kvass recipe. Its recipe was invented by Boris Bolotov, a member of the Russian People's Academy. Take 15-30 chestnut kernels, cut in half, and wrap them in gauze along with some weight to weigh them down. Place in a three-liter container filled with water. Add 250 grams of sugar and 1 teaspoon of sour cream there. This kvass is a real “broom” for the body, eliminating heavy radionuclides. The drink prepared “according to Bolotov” is rich in iodine, copper, calcium, and some other valuable substances.

There are several recipes for ointments and rubs containing chestnut components. They need to treat varicose veins by lubricating problem areas of the veins and wearing a special bandage. It is advisable to do this before going to bed, applying ointments to the cleansed skin of the calves.

Mix 5 large nuts with 5 tbsp. l. crushed inflorescences. Add 50 grams of oil or fat (you can use sunflower seed oil, peach, almond or olive oil), cook the mixture over low heat using the “water bath” method. Or simply mix the flowers with oil in the same proportions, let it sit for a day and cook again in a water bath. Strain, store in the refrigerator, apply only externally!

Take 30 grams of grated nut kernels, 10 grams of white acacia and sage flowers, 20 wormwood inflorescences. Add starch in the amount of 30 grams, as well as chicken fat - 1 cup. Cook for two hours in a water bath, let sit for half a day. Boil the broth again, strain, cool and place in a cold place. These ointments can be used either directly on the skin or as part of baths.

To prepare the latter, pour 2 liters of hot water into a container, in which we stir 40-50 grams of rubbing compound, dip our feet in the solution and sit for about thirty minutes. Then you need to dry the calves, cover them with a warm blanket and lie quietly for about 60 minutes.

Ingredients:

half a kilo of viburnum berries;

200 ml vodka;

sugar – 150 gr.;

a glass of drinking water;

a quarter teaspoon of lemon and the same amount of ground cinnamon.

Cooking method:

We collect berries from the branches in a colander. After rinsing with cool water, dry without draining.

Prepare the container. To prepare the tincture, it is better to take a glass jar. After rinsing the bottle with warm water, wipe the inside dry with a towel.

Fill the jar with viburnum and fill it with vodka. Make sure that the alcohol covers the berries by at least two centimeters; if the specified amount of vodka is not enough, add a little more.

Pour sugar into a saucepan, add water, cinnamon, citric acid and stir well.

Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, prepare a clear syrup, and cool.

viburnum, berries - liter jar;

a liter of moonshine, maybe vodka;

pine nut kernels – 50 pcs.;

3 gr. anise (seeds);

three spoons of sugar;

drinking water - half a glass.

Place the washed and dried viburnum berries into a jar.

Rinse the pine nut kernels in a colander. Scald with boiling water and dry.

Pour pine nuts into the viburnum, pour moonshine into the jar, add anise.

  • turn - 1.5 kg;
  • moonshine - 1 l;
  • granulated sugar - 200 g.

Sloe fruits must be washed and pitted. After this, the berries must be placed in a glass container and moonshine added. If desired, add a pinch of nutmeg to the bottle. The resulting mixture must be stored in a secluded place for 2 weeks. In the first 7 days, the contents must be shaken to avoid premature sedimentation.

After the allotted time, the drink must be strained using gauze, removing the pulp. You need to add granulated sugar or honey to the resulting mixture, which will give the blackthorn an unsurpassed taste. Alcohol tincture

The drink prepared with alcohol has a special aroma and sweet and sour taste. A special, specific component when preparing the tincture will be hot pepper, which can add piquancy and also create an invigorating, tonic and anti-cold effect.

For preparation you will need:

  • turn - 700 g;
  • 50% alcohol - 0.5 l;
  • granulated sugar - 100-150 g;
  • hot pepper - 2 pods;
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch.

Sloe berries need to be washed, dried and placed in a glass container. Just in this recipe for tincture with alcohol, you don’t need to remove the seeds from the berries. They will give an interesting, slightly tart taste, somewhat reminiscent of Amaretto.

After this, you should mash the berries and add grated nutmeg. Pour alcohol and mix the contents, leaving in a secluded place for 21 days. During the first two weeks, the prepared mixture must be shaken periodically. When there are 7 days left before the end of the process, there is no need to disturb the drink; let the sediment have the opportunity to fall to the bottom.

When the allotted time is over, you need to filter the tincture. Then add sugar and two peppers inside. Then leave the sloe tincture for another 14 days, not forgetting about tasting the drink every day. When the level of pepper spiciness is to your liking, you will need to remove the pepper so that the blackthorn does not taste like hot lava.

Tincture without alcohol

Blackthorn can also be prepared without using an alcohol-containing ingredient - by fermentation. To do this, the berries must be collected after the first frost and kept in the freezer for a few more days.

To prepare thorn tincture at home, you will need:

  • sloe berries - 4 kg;
  • granulated sugar - 1.5 kg;
  • water - 200 ml.

Harvested fruits should not be washed, as natural yeast forms on the surface of the berries. It is necessary to remove the seeds from them, and put the resulting pulp into a container and pour it in. Then place the bottle in the sun and stir every 10 hours so that the contents begin to ferment.

  • roasted coffee beans - 10-15 pcs.
