А вы когда-нибудь задумывались о том, насколько удивительна и необыкновенна наша планета? Конечно, среди всей этой бешеной круговерти нашей жизни, под непрекращающимся грузом ежедневных забот и проблем сложно просто остановиться и найти время на то, чтобы просто восхититься таким чудесным и единственным в своем роде миром - планетой Земля.
Практически все планеты Солнечной системы носят величественные имена: Марс, Венера, Юпитер - сплошь имена могущественных богов. А наша скромно названная Земля, хоть и невелика размерами, обладает одним несомненным достоинством - на ней есть жизнь. Современному человеку довольно трудно мысленно перенестись в далекое-далекое прошлое, на несколько миллиардов лет назад и представить нашу планету такой, какой она была до появления первых живых существ - всего лишь одним холодным элементом галактики. Очень долго «работала» наша планета над всем тем, что для людей привычно и незыблемо - над созданием морей, океанов, озер и рек, над разделением материков, над появлением собственно нас - разумных людей. Как вы думаете, для чего природа наградила нас разумом, умением испытывать определенные эмоции, мышлением? Уж точно не для того, чтобы мы, люди, самые совершенные создания планеты, загрязняли ее, уничтожали редкие виды флоры и фауны, вредили окружающей нас среде! Наверняка любой человек, хот бы раз увидевший снимки нашей удивительной планеты из космоса, признает, что Земля восхитительно красива. Ни одна другая из планет Солнечной системы не превосходит красоту нашей, родной. Так почему же люди так упорно уничтожают, засоряют ее - мать всего человечества?
Одни из первых появившихся на Земле живых организмов - это растения. Любой первоклассник знает, что не будь растений - не было бы и воздуха на нашей планете. В каком-то смысле растения - это наши легкие. Исчезнет воздух - исчезнет и всякая жизнь. Для чего же мы вредим сами себе, уничтожая леса (тем самым уничтожая и животных, чьим местом обитания лес является) и сокращая численность растений? Зачем мы загрязняем воду отходами предприятий, да и обычным бытовым мусором губя при этом всех обитателей подводных глубин? А потом жалуемся, что у нас бежит из кранов зараженная «химией» вода.
Получается, что наша планета дает нам, своим неразумным созданиям только хорошее - воздух, воду, пищу. А мы взамен наносим ей вред, который далеко не всегда есть возможность исправить. Каждый человек должен постоянно помнить о том, что наша планета - это не просто среда обитания, огромный шар, по которому разбросано все население Земли. Наша планета - это наш дом, а в собственном доме нельзя допускать беспорядка, грязи и мусора. Наша планета - эта наша мать, а к матери нельзя относиться с пренебрежением, нельзя вредить ей, нельзя просто бездумно пользоваться ее благами, не заботясь об их сохранении и ничего не отдавая взамен. Нельзя забывать о том, что людям дан разум, а это значит, что каждый человек несет ответственность за все то, что его окружает.
Экология. Как часто мы слышим это слово в последнее время! Радио, телевидение, газеты, Интернет уже устали кричать о проблемах окружающей среды. А люди? Люди понимают, что это вопрос весьма серьёзный и что всему виной они сами, но… но ничего не меняется. Не бережёт человек нашу планету-кормилицу. Неужели люди - это злые эгоисты? Почему человек, который говорит, что любит природу, на самом деле губит её? Есть ли ответы на данные вопросы? Может быть, существует какое-то особое ведомство, ответственное за внешний вид планеты, за её чистоту и свежесть? Попробуем разобраться.
Наверное, каждому знакома такая ситуация: едете из одного города в другой, смотрите в окно и любуетесь прекрасными видами природы. Земля покрыта чудесным ковром травы и цветов, на горизонте видна неровная полоска голубовато-серых гор и изумрудно-зелёная верхушка леса. Ярко-жёлтое солнце заглядывает в окна автомобиля и как будто улыбается путникам, поглаживая их тёплыми радужными лучами. И на фоне этого великолепного пейзажа то тут, то там видны полиэтиленовые пакты, алюминиевые банки из-под напитков, обёртки от конфет и прочее, прочее… Ужасная картина, не правда ли? Ещё с детства мы знаем, что мусорить нельзя, что чисто не там где убирают, а там где не мусорят. А что видим в результате? Неопрятное, неприбранное, неодухотворённое лицо Земли.
В этой актуальной проблеме попробовал разобраться, например, известный русский писатель, публицист Владимир Алексеевич Солоухин. В одном из своих эссе он ярко, образно сравнивает нашу планету с космическим телом, а нас, людей, с космонавтами, совершающими полёт по бесконечной Вселенной. Что же мы видим из иллюминатора нашего «космического корабля»? Не люди, а какие-то микроскопические в планетарном масштабе существа, пишет автор, вгрызаются в недра планеты, пожирают их, истощают почву, отравляют атмосферу газами. С горьким сарказмом произносит писатель слово «существа». Где же гордое - Человек? Человек - царь природы? Но разве царь станет разорять своё государство, загрязнять реки, делать бесплодными леса?
Вспоминается в связи с данной животрепещущей проблемой рассказ «И грянул гром» американского писателя-фантаста Рэя Брэдбери (известного больше по роману «451 градус по Фаренгейту» и повести-автобиографии «Вино из одуванчиков), где говорится о том, как группа исследователей на машине времени перенеслась в далёкое прошлое. Человек, по случайности оступившись, задавил бабочку. По возвращении назад люди не узнали свой мир: так он в связи с этим изменился. Смешно? Что там бабочка, букашка! Подумаешь! Но если просчитать последствия гибели одного растения, насекомого, животного на миллионы лет вперёд, то они могут быть ужасающими.
Как же может современный человек черпать духовные силы в общении с природой, если, по словам Владимира Солоухина, наша планета поражена особой болезнью под названием «человечество»? Начинать решение проблемы загрязнения окружающей среды нужно прежде всего каждому с себя. Человеку, который гордится своим разумом и силой, не надо забывать о том, что сам человек, в сущности, лишь недавно во временном масштабе перешагнул тот барьер, который отделял его от животного. Люди, живущие на нашей прекрасной планете, не должны быть похожи на кочевников, временщиков, а места их обитания - на стойбища. Мы в ответе за то, что увидят наши потомки: будут ли это замусоренные леса, обмелевшие реки или зелёные, шумящие ветвями рощи, полноводные источники живительной влаги, поражающие ум и сердце картины родной природы! Необходимо всем нам задуматься об огромной ответственности перед нашими будущими поколениями за судьбу нашей зелёной планеты!

I think, there are some steps that could help people to improve the things. The first that we are able to do is to change the way of life. In my opinion, we should begin with something very simple. For example, start using public transport instead of our cars, we can use glass and wood instead of plastic, it will be effective organize planting of the trees and renovation of the parks.

Наша земля — уникальная планета во вселенной, единственный наш дом. Каждый человек должен заботиться об окружающей среде и не надеяться на другого. Это, как помыть за собой посуду, должно войти в привычку.
Экология Земли с каждым днем страдает сильнее и сильнее. Строятся новые заводы, появляется все больше автомобилей на дорогах, запускаются ракеты и спутники. Это приводит к загрязнению воздуха, глобальному потеплению, таянию ледников, появляются озоновые дыры. Вымирают целые виды животных из-за вырубки лесов, многие водные млекопитающие и рыбы давно находятся под угрозой исчезновения из-за загрязнения водоемов, ведь многие автолюбители экономят на автомойках и моют своих железных коней в природных источниках, используя бытовую химию.
В больших городах люди страдают заболеваниями дыхательных путей из-за плохой экологии. За чертой города вырастают кучи мусора, потому что пакеты и бутылки не перерабатываются, а выбрасываются. Такие «мелочи», о которых мы не думаем, приводят к размножению грызунов и появлению новых болезней, которые потом они приносят в города.
Чтобы защитить нашу Землю от гибели, каждый должен начать с себя. В первую очередь, должно быть бережное отношение к природе, растениям, которые дают нам воздух. Не стоит загрязнять города мелким мусором, который не сложно донести до урны, бросать вдоль тротуаров окурки, бумажки от конфет, пробки от бутылок.
Если каждый заглянет в себя и вспомнит, сколько вреда он причинил природе, а после этого постарается быть мудрее и заботливее, то наша «Голубая планета» просуществует на сотни лет дольше, вместе с нашими правнуками и их потомками.
